Pauline unit B es nuestra acogedora casa de vacaciones de 1 dormitorio y 1 baño ubicada en Virginia Beach, a 3 minutos a pie del paseo marítimo. Notarás la decoración tropical en la sala de estar con un sofá cama desplegable, suelos de baldosas y techos de madera. El dormitorio tiene 1 cama queen y el baño cuenta con una ducha a ras de suelo de azulejos y dos lavabos. La cocina gourmet equipada cuenta con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, encimera de granito y placa para salpicaduras de azulejos y comedor. Otros bonos incluyen internet inalámbrico gratuito, televisores en cada habitación, patio al aire libre.

Ubicado en la calle 34 en el distrito frente al mar de Virginia Beach, estamos a tres minutos a pie de la playa, supermercados, restaurantes, lugares de entretenimiento y mucho más.

La mentalidad y el objetivo en el desarrollo de esta comunidad era ofrecer un entorno temático de playa tropical confortable con atención al detalle y proporcionar lo último en alquileres de vacaciones de lujo. Con 17 casas disponibles, cada una ha sido completamente renovada para que su estadía sea acogedora y agradable.

Perfect place to stay

Loved the place. Stayed for a week. Super fun. The place is updated and super cute. The pool is warm. I enjoyed the shared pool. Got to meet other people. Great location. Walked to anything I wanted to. Beach, food, bars, shopping, coffee. Would recommend to anyone!!!

Unsatisfied with property looks..

Property was not ready for visit. Found Bugs and spots on funiture on bedding.. Request resolution, but was told the client had to be notified.. Still no resolution to stay and did not even stay on property. Requested refund and was not settled.. Still waiting on my refund.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was no door on the bathroom or bedroom. Do not recommend this rental for more than 2 people. The driveway was occupied by a long-term renter who lived upstairs, and she refused to move her car, though there was plenty of room for 2 cars. The house lacked some necessities like a chopping board, a spatula, only 2 forks (3 salad forks. No TV in the bedroom, though there was a TV bracket attached to the wall that stuck out. The place was clean but smelled moldy. The doors can easily be broken, and the dead bolts did not work.

Fragile property. Fragile with tropical storm.fragile when the weather is cold.the windows are fragile with the wind. The wifi is very fragile No more than 2 peoples can live in the property We enjoyed Virginia beach and it’s boardwalk

No bathroom door to start with. Not just steps from the beach as indicated. Pool turned green and was unable to be used for an entire day.

Check-in is a breeze the 4 digit code to door sent via email prior to stay. The kitchen appliances are awesome. Frig has ice maker. Pots and pans, cups and plates available and some silverware. Coffee pot and toaster. We did alot of cooking which was very convenient. No bathroom door or bedroom door. Living room area very small had to push chairs back pretty far towards kitchen area in order to open out the sofa bed. My kids age 9 and 12 loved the corner table area to hang out and eat with their tablets. There is a door leading drom bedroom out to the patio pool area and main entrance door at the kitchen. Parking is in the grass along the ally behind the building. Long term tenant upstairs uses the paved parking spot so you can't. It wasnt very clean. Dead bugs under the furniture. Glad I took a vaccuum cleaner with me came in handy. Also no rugs at entryway doors and the brick walkway and patio has fine stones that stick to your shoes and feet so rug would have been a big help to keep the place clean. The sofa and chairs were stained and worn out looking. There was a musty smell also we sprayed everything with febreze to help. Some of the windows had only a screen and the wind out type so could feel warm air coming in from outside 90 degree weather. Pool water was warm and not refreshing but most of the time my kids had pool to themselves. Less than 5 min walk to beach but had to cross divided highway which i didn't like otherwise good safe location and quiet.

Great location!

Overall, I would recommend this property and will probably stay here again. This apartment is a basement unit and may not be suitable if you’re very tall. I’m 5’6” and was able to put my palm on the ceiling without standing on my toes. There is NO DOOR to the bathroom or between the bedroom and kitchen. So there is no privacy in the bathroom or anywhere. Also, only one roll of toilet paper was provided for the entire stay, so you might want to bring some extra. The shower has very, very little water pressure, so showering takes a while. We did have a problem with ants, but I emailed and they were taken care of. There is currently construction going on in the unit next door (same company) during the week. This place was very clean. It is a 3-5 min walk to the boardwalk/beach and you can park right in front of the unit. It was quiet at night and in a safe area where I felt comfortable having a young child.

Our staying was very good & pleasant

We had a good service with the person in charge her name Nicole,she was very kind & nice when we asked her to move us because we were beside the swimming pool so she moved us to a quiet house,we really appreciate her service a lot

Flooding Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cottage is in a great location however we had a rain storm and the rain poor's in every door and window as well as running down the wall in the bedroom right at the light switch on the wall. Yikes! We had our bags on the floor next to the sofa and everything was soaking wet with street water, mud,& debri. We actually left a day early with no washer and dryer in the rental we had to get home to clean everything. The property manager was very nice and apologized for the mess said we could move for 1 night to higher ground upstairs but my daughters things we a total wash out.

Very disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Poor customer service, no bathroom door in unit, rooms are extremely small, no markings on unit to identify unit (had to go to various units entering door code to locate correct unit), never stayed one night in unit after arriving and being frustrated with the lack of communication and overall appearance of unit. Would not recommend!!!

Very enjoyable beach retreat

Nice accommodations close to the beach. No washer/dryer but a nice laundromat a few blocks away. My only minor complaint is that the checkin email has an address and a unit number but there are no house numbers or unit numbers on any of the buildings or doors and the back of the house is to the street whereas the photo from the website is the front of the house. We had a great stay.

Sweet secluded gem in the middle of it all

What can I say, I’m not a fan of high rises and while I can handle the busyness of the beach I also need to be able to get away from it. This sweet spot is only a block from the hustle and bustle but feels secluded and relaxing. Gorgeous pool shared by a handful of homes. I spent hours everyday just floating and reading a book. The umbrellas they installed in the shallow area for shade helped make this possible. And the landscaping and beautiful colored homes makes you feel like you’re in paradise. We couldn’t have found a better stay in Virginia Beach and we’d love to return some day!

Perfect and really cute!

It is really small but for a couple of days with my two girls it was perfect! It had everything we needed and we brought the things it didn’t after reading other reviews. We took a stall expandable curtain rod and added a shower curtain for the bathroom door, no problem at all. We loved it and will definitely be back!

Better for couples only

This space is really intended for couples only and maybe if you have a young child. It says 4 can stay but there is no privacy in the unit as the bedrooms and bathroom have no doors. We found out last minute from another review and ended up bringing table cloths to cover the doors. Otherwise it would have been a huge inconvenience as we traveled with my 8 year old son and 13 yr old nephew in which we all require privacy. The space was nicely renovated and for the space it was pleasant to look at and stay in. The kitchen was convenient. I wish paper towels would be provided. For the bathroom, the water pressure was low so it took a long time to take a good shower. The bed was very comfortable. The spare pillows were soiled and despite having pillowcases, I was hesitant to use. Again, overall, price, proximity and space cleanliness was perfect for a quick getaway. I would consider coming back but would only do it with my husband and not anyone else because of the privacy.
