"Tiempo de la isla" es un condominio 2/1 directamente al otro lado de la calle de acceso a la playa. Es muy moderno, actualizado, y hermoso con vistas parciales al mar desde el balcón tanto frontal y posterior. Se encuentra en el corazón de la zona de ocio y está a poca distancia de bares, restaurantes, tiendas de comestibles, tiendas, etc. Ha sido actualizado y remodelado. Tiene un balcón compartido en frente, que tiene unas vistas parciales de agua (bahía y Golfo). Hay un gran balcón privado de la habitación principal en la parte posterior, que también tiene vistas parciales al océano. El salón es grande y la cocina tiene comedor para ocho personas. Hay una gran piscina y zona de piscina. Ofrecemos WIFI gratuito. Televisores de pantalla plana se encuentran en cada habitación, así como la sala de estar. Este condominio es precioso y muy cómodo en el interior y tiene unas vistas desde el exterior.

Perfect Location

The condo was perfect, just the right size for our vacation. It had everything we needed! Easy walking distance to the beach. Close to grocery store, restaurants, and bars! Easy walk to the bay too where we watched fireworks on Sunday night

Fantastic accommodations

Fully equipped is an understatement! Especially appreciated the extra wall hooks/pegs, blender, the kcups, treats and the comfortable bed. Location was great as well!

Great Stay at a Great Location!

My family had a wonderful time during our recent stay at Padre Time! The location couldn’t have been better with beaches, dining and shopping within easy walking distance. The condo was clean and nicely decorated, and there was plenty of room for the 4 of us to relax and enjoy ourselves. An extra roll of toilet paper (we had 2 partially used rolls provided for 4 days) and an extra towel or bathmat would have been nice (we had 4 towels for 4 people), but those things may have been a cleaning company decision and not the owners’ choice. There were plenty of other “perks” provided, including a ton of beach items to borrow. Overall, we found the owners easy to work with and the property to be lovely!

Wonderful stay!

We were on the island for the first time. The owners/managers were quick to respond to questions. When we were there the code to the pool wasn't working, she took care of that immediately leaving the door open for our stay while it was repaired. :) super attentive very nice. Super close to the beach: I will be staying here again.... soon!!

First weekend of summer vacation at the beach is so easy and convenient here. Everything you need but food and beach towels; beach is literally across the street! Already planning for next year.

Place was just as it looks in the pictures. Convient to beach as well as to many local eateries and amusement. Had an amazing stay and the island was perfect!!! Host is very responsive!!

Easy Beach Access

Across the street and then on the walkway to the beach. Around the corner from great Italian restaurant and close to many others. Would not stay anywhere else now that we found this gem.

Perfect placement on the Island

Just across the street from beach access; coffee and restaurants around the corner; 2 blocks from grocery store. We watched the fireworks from the balcony! It was exactly like the pictures and so perfect. Will book again!

Awesome place to enjoy SPI

The quick walk to the beach and the central location kept us going from arrival to departure. The place was clean and well provisioned and gave us the community and privacy we wanted. The place made the relaxing visit a hit with the whole family!

July 4th on Padre Island

This was a nice place to spend the week. It fit our family of 6 well even with only 1 bathroom. The condo was clean and well kept. We arrived July 4th and the area was busy but it was great to find out that the fireworks could be seen from our location well and were only a blocks walk to be front and center. Beach access was very close and convenient. The owners were very responsive and had everything for us as needed. I would stay again and recommend the place to others.

Wonderful

This property was fresh and clean!! Pictures are true to condo! We had a great stay, close to beach - beach access was right across the street - could walk a block to the main street with many restaurants and shops. It is third floor so if you have trouble with stairs that could be an issue but we loved being up on top so you could see the ocean and bay from front porch. I agree with other post, bathroom fan is loud but by no means did that effect our stay. I would for sure stay here again!

Convenient and beautiful condo you'll love it!

This was the perfect place for a weekend get away! It was spotless and ready early which was perfect since we arrived 2 hours early. It's so close to the beach and restaurants we were able to walk anywhere we wanted to go! The owners are quick to respond and very welcoming, I highly recommend staying at this hidden treasure!

Comfortable quick stay!

Overall a great place! We were on the island for an event and a short stay. Owner was very easy to work with and easy to contact. We had a minor issue with the door key pad when we first arrived but the owner was great in trying to resolve the issue. The condo was very nicely updated and very clean. Although not directly on the beach, the beach access was literally right across the street. Close enough to walk back and forth to the beach. The condo is within walking distance to several restaurants, shops, grocery stores etc. We needed a budget friendly condo and this was perfect. The hooks in every room were greatly appreciated to hang towels and swimsuits. The bunk beds and double bed were ideal for our kids so everyone had a bed and no one had to sleep on the couch. The only negative was the 10:00am firm checkout time. If there is one thing we would recommend, have separate switches for the fan/light in the bathroom. The fan is loud. We would definitely recommend this condo and will more than likely book it again!
