Este nuevo y hermosa casa se ubica en 75 pies de nivel en el lado oeste del lago Owasco. Despierta con impresionantes amaneceres y hermosas vistas del lago. El primer piso cuenta con una habitación de matrimonio, baño, salón y hermosa cocina totalmente amueblada. La cocina bien equipada cuenta con mostradores de piedra de jabón y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. El segundo piso tiene un dormitorio de matrimonio, baño, sala de estar, y 3 camas adicionales. También hay una sala de lavandería en el segundo piso. Hay televisores de pantalla grande en las salas de estar y televisores de pantalla plana más pequeños en las habitaciones. se proporcionan por cable y wi-fi. 2 juegos de puertas corredizas de vidrio proporcionan acceso al patio de piedra y frente al lago. Una parrilla de gas y muebles de patio se incluyen para su uso. Se puede acceder al lago desde el muelle, o meterse en la zona de playa de piedra.

Awesome property and hosts. Property was clean and very well equipped, exceeding our expectations. Views of the lake were outstanding. Pat and Debbie were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Their suggestions on dining and things to do in the area during our stay were very helpful. We are already planning our next visit.

We thoroughly enjoyed this fully stocked, beautiful lake home. The owners are lovely and highly communicative. Check-in and checkout were seamless. They thought of everything for you! Close to surrounding communities and parks, we would love to stay again.

Nice Lake House

Great getaway

Our stay with my family and friends were fantastic. The place was well accomodating for all of us. The boat slip was perfect and we were able to get our boat out and about pretty easily. We would be happy to stay there again next year!

Exceptional lakefront home for enjoying the Finger Lakes

A very well-appointed and fully-stocked home directly on Lake Owasco; the design of the bedrooms, living rooms, kitchen/bar, and in-unit laundry maximize space and allow for everyone to gather or find a quiet spot; coveniently located only 15 minutes to Auburn for groceries; the private patio and view of the lake are spectacular! Pat provided great communication before/during/after our reservation and a tour of the home at check-in. Loved hearing about the property's connection to his father and brother and legacy as a family camp.

Wonderful lake stay

Great house directly on the lake. Well decorated, great layout for 2 couples. Loved the view of the lake from every window and just beautiful. All stocked so we didn’t have to bring much with us. Would rerun. Such a great weekend!

Wonderful stay on the banks of Lake Owasco

We really enjoyed the location and made use of the dock for our fishing guide to pick us up and drop us off on one of the days. We played some of the games and enjoyed the patio and the little “beach” access to swim (briefy-brrr!) in the lake in May! We would love to return and next time hope to stay even longer! Thanks Pat, we loved Sparbuck!

Owasco in October

We had a wonderful time staying at the house. The house was clean and easy to feel at home. The location is close to Auburn and Skaneatles so Uber rides were easy to get. The neighbors are close but we never felt our privacy was compromised. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Fantastic Girls Weekend

The house was very clean and Pat was very friendly! The view of the lake was beautiful, unfortunately we were there too early in the year to enjoy swimming in the lake. I would highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a nice house to host a friends get together.

Perfect Weekend on the Lake with Family!

Pat is truly the most gracious owner. We enjoyed a weekend on the lake with three generations of family. The home worked seamlessly and the views were truly stunning, especially the sunrises and sunsets. Pat equipped the home with everything you need and more. Cannot say enough positive things about this VRBO.

Absolutely Perfect

Beautiful property right on the lake-great for morning coffee as well as outdoor home-cooked dinners. The beds were very comfy, the new kitchen well stocked, the bathrooms were beautiful, and it was super clean and well cared for. Pat the owner/host was wonderful. He was very communicative and it's quite obvious the love and pride he has in owning this lovely home.

Amazing property! Patrick was so accommodating. The house was beautiful, clean and comfortable. We were in town for a wedding but already looking for another time to rent this summer! And if you like to fish, this is the perfect spot!!!! 10/10

The outside makes the place appear small and unassuming. But inside, the 'Ah Hah!!!' moment comes when going downstairs. I don’t want to spoil it, but lets just say the pictures don't do this place justice!

Stunning property
