Recién reconstruida de 3 dormitorios, 2 baños casa viene completo con todas las comodidades del hogar en una tranquila 0,5 acres. Cerca de todas las cosas buenas de Placerville y país de oro. Casco antiguo está a unas cuadras de distancia, pero nunca se sabe estabas cerca de nadie. Ven a jugar, o simplemente quedarse en casa. Todo para descansar y relajarse. Te encantará este lugar. Visita Apple Hill, lago Folsom, Diamond Springs, o Sierra At Tahoe. Vagar por el acre 0,5 y alimentar a los ciervos local que viven aquí o un baño en la bañera de hidromasaje.

Amazing property

This place was amazing. The beauty of the area location, the environment, the comfortably of the property, the amenities were more than we expected, and the kindness of the owners was the cherry on the cake. We highly recommend this cozy house, and for sure we would come again.

Great house, great location

The house was clean and had many small amenities to make our long weekend a comfortable stay. Very close to town. Back patio was wonderful and we saw deer 2 evenings. We will stay there again.

Great place to stay

The rental is very homey, clean and quiet. Although town was just down the hill, I felt as if I were in the mountains. The attention to detail was far above what I experience in other rentals. The hot tub was the icing on the cake!

Beautiful home in great location

We needed a place to stay in placerville for a wedding. This home was about 3/4 mile to downtown shops and restaurants. The house was newly updated and included extra touches like plush towels, robes and any toiletry you could ask for. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Property is very nice and well maintained. Kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked and beds are comfortable. Lot is very pretty atop a hill in the forest of the Placerville foothills. Could have used basic TV but streaming was very good

Comfortable and convenient for whitewater trip

My two grown sons and I stayed here four nights while taking a kayaking class on the South Fork American river, a pleasant 20 minute drive away. Kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable, and there are good dining options very close in downtown Placerville. I'm sure we'll be back for future river trips. Highly recommended!

Very Cool Pad!

Great place to relax and watch the deer coming through the yard. Private back patio is awesome on a Summer night. Well stocked home with all the necessary amenities. We would book it again if in the area.

Wedding Weekend

Nice property close to town, although the walk to town was longer than expected. Nicely stocked kitchen. Very comfortable beds. The robes and slippers were a nice extra for chilly mornings while enjoying coffee on the front porch swing. Also enjoyed watching the deer amble past during the day. Would visit again!

Comfortable, clean and close to everything

Excellent rental. The home is clean, has everything you need to live like it is your home and is in a quiet location. You are less than 5 minutes to downtown Placerville which has plenty of great restaurant choices, an hour to South Lake Tahoe and the same to Sacramento. Coffee on the porch swing is awesome early in the morning with almost nothing to hear except the birds. We had daily visits from a couple of deer and a turkey. Thanks for letting us stay!

Relaxation

We absolutely loved Three Sisters! The home was the perfect size and layout. Beds were very comfy. Everyone slept great. We spent many hours on the front porch which had a continuous nice breeze. Our daughter and granddaughter loved the use of the jacuzzi. Enjoyed the close proximity to downtown Placerville. Suggest Bene Italian restaurant, Solid Ground Brewery and HWY 50 Brewery. Their house is so nice. Wish we could buy it or find something just like it.

I am absolutely impressed with this house. It was very clean, spacious and accommodating. The owner takes extremely great care of the house and every detail in the home. It’s so charming!!! The home was very organized. The owner goes to great lengths to make sure the guests are completely taken care of. The property is in a great location near the freeway and shopping. I absolutely loved this home. Communication with the owner was easy and they helped to make our stay feel welcoming and comfortable. I can’t wait to come back.

Fantastic property for your Placerville getaway

This was the absolute perfect spot to stay in Placerville. We stayed for a wedding at Sequoia Mansion, which is basically walkable from the property. The property is meticulously cleaned, and set up perfectly for anything you'll need. I felt at home, and we had plenty to do there as we were getting ready for the wedding. If I had to find anything to critique, I would say just the curtains were our only drawback. The blackout curtains do not cover the window fully and they're finished with sheer, which let light in and don't fully block the neighborhood.

Beautiful setting close to town

Lovely house and tastefully decorated with very good updated appliances. Elaine was very helpful and accommodating with check in. We really enjoyed the comfort of the home and the quiet peaceful setting. We did not get to use the hot tub as there was a heat wave going on but appreciated the added touch. Everything was as advertised except the BBQ had been removed (due to some issues with previous guests not properly managing the ashes). A propane BBQ would be nice, but not a huge issue as many nice restaurants are nearby. We enjoyed day tripping to Auburn as well as wine tasting to the south and visiting Apple farms to the north. Great central location for visiting Gold Country. If we decide to vacation in the area again, we would definitely stay at Three Sisters.

The best home!

This is a great find! The owners have stocked it with anything you could need - two of my kids even forgot their toothbrushes and they had new toothbrushes in the house! They left us coffee and granola as a welcome gift, the kitchen had my new favorite olive oil and vinegar so I didn't have to buy that stuff for just a few days of eating salads:-). Oh there were even a hand full of eggs in the fridge for us! We felt so comfortable here. The beds were great, all 4 kids slept great and were so comfortable. House was SO quiet! The yard allowed our kids to run around for hours while we packed up for each day activity. Loved this house! Will definitely stay here for any future Placerville visits!

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house was beautiful and spacious, and cozy and warm which was much appreciated with the brisk winter weather. Everything was super comfortable, beds were great, towels were plush, the couches and chairs in the living room were perfect for lounging. I really appreciated the shampoo, conditioner and body wash that was provided, and even more appreciated was the very comprehensively stocked kitchen. I really enjoyed the hot tub, and wish I'd been able to use the fire pit, but the mornings were very misty and dewy, so there were no dry twigs around to gather. The tiki torches in the back yard somewhat made up for it though. If I were looking to just get away from everything for a few days and enjoy complete peace and quiet while also being just a ten minute drive from a safeway, or a 15 minute walk to a pretty good brewpub, I would not hesitate to book this house. Thanks Davylyn!

With its open floor plan, short distance to town and quiet cul-de-sac, you won't want to leave for any other reason that to stroll with the local wildlife or grab a quick bite to eat at the Original Mel's Drive. Wine Tasting or the Local Golf Course at Apple Hill may tempt you out but you will quickly return back to our cabin for true peace and tranquility. Shake off the busyness of life in the City or just curl up with a good book or warm blanket. Naps are free!
