El apartamento está en un edificio histórico en el corazón de Madrid. El edificio es completamente nuevo en el interior con una moderna cocina, cuarto de baño y ascensor.
Cuenta con 3 ventanas con vistas a un patio, porque muchas personas prefieren las noches tranquilas. Cuenta con una cama doble grande y un sofá cama en el salón. La cama está separada del salón por una hermosa estantería. Estoy seguro de que le va a encantar!

Process was smooth and we were able to get in and start our vacation immediately. The communication was perfect. The apartment is centrally located and easy to get in and out of. If I go back to Madrid this is where I am staying.

The property was in great shape and located perfectly so we could walk everywhere in Madrid that we wanted to go. We were very happy with the flat. Just one little suggestion: some of the information in the excellent information guide left by the owners is somewhat out of date. Miranda, the coffee place suggested, is closed now and so is a flamenco place listed. But that is a small thing. We had a great stay overall.

Fantastic Stay!

My wife and I had the most wonderful time in Madrid, and the apartment was so close to everything in the middle of city that we rarely had to use transit. Our host, and concierge were very kind and accommodating (We had a last minute change in our flights and ended up arrive a couple hours early).I cannot say enough good things about our stay and would highly recommended this location for anyone looking to spend time in Madrid.

"Very good stay in this accommodation, well equipped in the center of Madrid and near tourist attractions. The basic equipment was perfect and there were very good restaurants nearby. Excellent apartment/Excellent location

Grete's place was wonderful. It matched the pictures perfectly, was very clean and comfortable for two people. Also, its location makes it a wonderful beginning point to anywhere you need to go in Madrid. We'll stay here again for sure.

Perfect Launchpad in Madrid

Ideal location, clean and comfortable. Walking distance to museums, train station, and more tapas bars than you can count. Easy to reach from airport via subway. Owner exceptionally helpful with checkin and tips / instructions. Would recommend highly and would stay here again!

Just as good as our first stay

Gorete’s apartments in this building are a great home away from home. We stayed here last year and returned again this year. The location is perfect for walking access to all the sites and museums in the center and metro.

Perfect location

The flat was perfect and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, location was great for walking and shopping near and in the Plazas. It was an active area with plenty of places to eat and drink very close by, yet it was not noisy at all. The hostess was very helpful prior to our stay yet there was no need to contact her during our stay because we had no issues at all. We intend to book this location again the next time we’re back in Spain!

Awesome place and location!

The location is very central to all the major tourist attractions in Madrid. The area has plenty of food and shopping options, and the location felt very safe and secure. The building itself is quite beautiful and our room was well-furnished. Definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a convenient location and cozy place to stay!

Wonderful stay in Madrid

Perfect little apartment, had everything we needed. Great location in the heart of Madrid and walkable to everything but blissfully quiet once you’re in the front door. Lovely restaurants and cafes within 100m - absolutely no negatives.

Great communication & location

The communication is one of the best, she’s fast & responsive. The location is great too. It’s quiet but lively at night but not noisy at all. Feels very safe and comfortable for our stay.

Winning Location

A modern, spacious, well equipped studio. The location is quiet, but close to everything. Very walkable. The host was easy to connect with and accommodating. Check-in was seamless.

Great Place in Madrid

I really enjoyed staying at Gorete’s apartment. It was just as advertised, very clean, very comfortable and quiet at night even though you are in a busy part of town. Everything works very well (air conditioning, wifi, laundry machine, etc.), and Alicia does a great job cleaning the apartment and helping with anything you might need. I can highly recommend staying here.

Perfect little apartment in the heart of everything!

Very nice apartment in the heart of everything. Nice decorations and Host was always available. Just needs more light in the bathroom and bed was hard, not very comfortable. I would definitely come back and recommend this place.

Excellent stay in Madrid

We spent 5 days in Madrid. The apartment is well situated and well maintained for a comfortable stay. It is also very quiet despite the active nightlife nearby. The apartment is well equipped and spacious for 2 people. The owner is easy to contact and responds promptly to any query and also sent us some useful literature about Madrid prior to our visit. Wonderful stay in a great location

We only had two nights in Madrid so this apartment was perfectly located for us as we were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. Gorete is a wonderful host and provided lots of recommendations and insights. The place was very clean and we had everything we needed. Even though it’s located on a busy street, it was very quiet. Amazing place and location!

Had a fabulous stay! The apartment was beautiful and very clean. Our host, Gorete, was very friendly and extremely helpful. For the location alone it is worth it. So many places to eat at at either Plaza San Angel or Plaza Santa Ana, right down the block. Walking distance to most museums. A wonderful and energetic neighborhood. ps. For the best tortilla española go to Juana La Loca.

Absolutely wonderful!

Everything was fantastic! Communication was very easy and prompt. We arrived in the early morning and were able to leave our bags at the building. The concierge, Alicia, was very nice and helpful. The apartment was beautiful. Everything was so nice, new, clean and well appointed! The location could not be better. I can’t wait to come back. Thank you so much!!!

Short stay in great area

We stayed in this apartment for two days. The host was in communication from the beginning and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment is in the second floor and faces a small interior court yard. It had all of the amenities we needed. We did have on evening when a neighbor was noisy late. We were able to dull the noise by turning on a noise app on our iPad. We would stay here again.
