¡Bienvenido a una ola de todo! ¡No busque más su casa de ensueño en Gulf Front! Esta impresionante casa de seis habitaciones está ubicada en la comunidad cerrada frente al golfo de Old Florida Beach. Una vez que ingresa a la casa, es recibido por la amplia escalera principal que conduce a la sala de estar principal. Best week ever!

The property management company did n excellent job of communicating and preparing us for our trip. Upon arrival the house was very clean and ready for my family! We loved being so close to everything. We not only ate great meals close by but were able to cook for our family too. The house is spacious and cozy all at the same time. The beach was great! We had a fabulous time!!

Beach views and sunsets

This is a beautiful property with plenty of gathering space, as well as sleeping accommodations for our five couples. Will be ideal for families with kids, also. The house was immaculate and clean, with a perfect layout of the large kitchen and dining/living area. Highly recommend this home.

Gorgeous home

A Wave from it All is a gorgeous hone on the beach with large gathering space. The house would benefit from more thorough cleaning, exterminators and some appliance maintenance.

Amazing beach house

Our stay at A Wave from it All was so perfect for our girls’ trip. The location was in a nice gated community with backyard access to the ocean. The views were breathtaking! My only complaints: a few rooms did not have clean duvets. The management company quickly remedied the situation and replaced bedding within an hour of my call. Additionally, the lighting was too dim in the bathrooms and the main lounging area. Other than that, the place was perfect for a group of 6 or more!

Only complaint is the HOA has a chair service that takes up the front row to the beach. With large groups the chair service doesn’t make sense and you’re forced to give up the best spots on the beach no matter what time you go down. Many of the chairs went unused. Otherwise the house is great!

Lots of steps for older adults, but great house. Did not receive extra towels after reporting dryer not working. Worker came to fix, but had to order part, so only used washer once. Had to hang clothes to dry!

Beautiful and welcoming home BUTMy family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at a wave from it all. The home is beautifully decorated and has a warm and inviting open floor plan and is perfect for large families or big groups. BUT, this lovely home sits exactly on the boundary line between the public beach access and the private beach area. Although signs are posted at the boundary line, public beach goers did not respect the line. We found ourselves with people plopped in front of, behind and on the sides of our paid beach setup. When we asked for assistance from royal destinations ( who were lovely to work with) they asked the chair attendants to monitor and manage the border between public/private beach. The chair attendants informed us that they had no authority to prevent public beach goers from infringing the public beach area. On the last day of our trip the beach chair attendants set our chairs up with a little extra space and that was some help. For the above reasons, I won’t rent this home again unless the beach situation is corrected.

While our team and the beach chair attendants do their best to manage the situation, their ability to enforce boundaries on public beach space is limited by local regulations. The lock on the front was very difficult to open. The keys were almost useless. They need to update with a coded lock. The public access to the beach was right next to the house but we didn’t find that to be any problem at all. The staff at Royal Destinations was very prompt to take care of a couple problems we had. Excellent customer service from the first phone call to check out. Everything was in good shape and working order except the main oven. They sent a tech. out who explained the part is on order. There was a smaller oven and a microwave so it wasn't a problem. Good folks to deal with. I would not use VRBO again. I would go directly to Royal Destinations

Plenty of room to be together and spread out . Took couple days to figure out heating / cooling system and several overhead lights were burned out . Large kitchen and living area. Had high chair and gate for stairs provided which was nice for little ones. Management company very quick to respond to any concerns. House right on the beach and walking distance to shops, restaurants . House could use a little TLC. and updating like king beds in rooms,but would definitely rent again

If you are looking for a large beachfront home in an ideal location along 30A, this is the one for you! Sitting directly on the beach w/ private beach access and close to 30A restaurants and shopping this property has a lot going for it. The kitchen, although spacious, is in need of an overhaul. Make sure to bring your own knives, pots/pans, and cooking utensils if you can - those that are found in the kitchen are in desperate need of replacement. Additionally, the cabinets and countertops appear worn and also need an upgrade. The large wrap around deck makes up for the inconvenience of the kitchen. Just make sure to enjoy your morning coffee and evening wine outside on the deck listening to the ocean waves.

Dissatisfied

We arrived at the home and found it not as clean as we expected. The appliances were old and not in good working order…some of the appliances did not work. The windows facing out in the upper floor over the balcony were covered in salt water residue….between the double glass. You could see thru the front door and it is solid wood. The house was just worn out and that is not explained in the romance of the property. We paid a very high rate for a home that is not in good shape. We communicated this to Royal Destinations and now you have the feedback.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed in many upscale properties. AWAVEFROMITALL is among the very best. The location offers 250 degree unobstructed views of the beach and ocean. Spacious porches creates such a wonderful space for family and friends. The oversized Living/Common Area inside the home ensure large groups have plenty of space to steal away.... much like a lobby of an upscale resort. The space and location are truly luxurious.The home is dated. It could use an updating. The most disappointing thing was that 4 appliances didn't work at all. These included Wine Fridge, Ice maker at kitchen island, Ice maker on ground floor, ice maker at ground floor. We felt the owners have probably grown tired of the property, as it was apparent these appliances haven't worked for while, and with a home this grand, a few thousands dollars of appliances wouldn't be tolerated to be broken if the owners still visited regularly? Additionally there was mold at the ceilings of the bedroom and bath upstairs. A maintenance investment of $20-$30k on this wonderful property would go a long way in bringing it back to the place it deserves.The management company Royal Destinations was very efficient and helpful throughout the stay. Loved the efficiency of the app and the communication before, during, and after our stay. One of the best management companies we've encountered.This is a Premium Property, at a premium price. except for the rundown, not working multiple appliances and the mold upstairs, our group of 8 was very satisfied with our stay even at the pricey rates. And that is because of the location and the spaces inside the home.

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A very beautiful and unique home with wonderful water views. We were a group of 5 couples and everyone was very comfortable. Although beware: 2 of the king beds share a room, even though there is a sliding door between them for "privacy". If we had a 6th couple (like we originally planned), that would have been more than awkward! The only drawback was the lack of basic cooking supplies (salt, pepper, condiments, only one roll of paper towel, etc.), which seems to be a new trend among rental companies. I'm not sure if this is a covid thing (even though we now all know it can't live on surfaces), but some kind of starter pack that would cost the rental company less than $60 would be greatly appreciated. It seems silly and wasteful to buy salt and pepper for a 3 day weekend, and then leave it behind. This is a minor thing, but still impacts planning and enjoyment of the stay. Overall, we loved the home, it's unique design, its comfortable furniture, and high quality linens.
