Esta es la unidad más grande en Tennis Townhomes y está muy bien actualizada, amueblada y decorada para cumplir con los estándares Gold; 4 dormitorios 4 baños completos con una sala de dormir fuera de la sala de estar. Esta casa adosada está aprobada para 12 personas en camas y podría acomodar más. La unidad cuenta con dos grandes suites principales, cada una con un nuevo King Mattress (verano de 2019). La unidad tiene una lavadora / secadora Bosch en el armario de lavandería. Hay una gran terraza de 10 x 12 para disfrutar después del esquí o las vistas de verano. La cocina y los baños se han actualizado recientemente. La casa adosada se encuentra en la lanzadera circulante con acceso de 5 minutos a las áreas de esquí base de Mountain House y River Run. Quince minutos en coche de la cuenca de Arapahoe (autobús disponible). Diez minutos para Dillon y Silverthorne. We had some oven issues that did affect some planned meals, but Vance did try to get things fixed as quick as possible, and answer any questions we had.

Excellent remodeled property

The unit was lovely, nicely taken care of and remodeled. The host was extremely easy to communicate with and very responsive to texts. The beds were some of the most comfortable we’ve had in a rental! The only thing I’d point out is that the den with Murphy bed is not a private room, it is open to the living area. It wasn’t an issue for us, but I had not realized this setup from the pictures. But the living area is actually bigger than the pictures look, which is awesome! Would come again if we wanted to stay in that part of keystone!

Annual Ski Trip

We just completed our annual guy's ski trip and it was amazing! Great snow and great accommodations!!! When we start to nail down next year's trip, I will most certainly look to see if the same lodging is available. Super clean and modernized, but more importantly, Vance Sanders was very attentive during the whole process. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking in the Keystone area anytime of year. Well done!!!

Worked for what we needed, but probably wouldn't book again

Pros: - check in did not require stopping at a separate location to pick up keys (there is a code for the unit's keypad)- host very responsive to messages- plenty of beds/bathrooms- location- kitchen had space and was decently stocked, although it could use a good clean out to get rid of expired items/broken pans/etc.Cons: - a panel outside the unit beeped the entire 4 night stay while we were there. we contacted the host who said it's the central fire monitoring box and during extreme cold the battery registers as low causing the chirping, and can only be solved by a replacement battery from the fire company. he said he reached out but no one ever came so it just beeped for our entire stay...very annoying. not SUPER loud when you were inside the unit but you could still hear it.- seemed like there was a lot of STUFF that could just be cleaned out - most of the closets were full with random things that were either really old and not useful or in disrepair (i.e. old lamps, shoes, etc.) - because of this the closets were not really usable and it gave a feeling that the unit wasn't all that clean (although the rooms themselves were clean, but i didn't really want to grab a blanket out of any of the closets). one of the closets had an empty trash bin that had a dead mouse in it that we had to dispose of... there was a hutch in the murphy bed nook that was stuffed full of random items, so for anyone using the murphy bed, they had nowhere to put any of their things.

We had a great time here. The place was large and clean. The microwave stopped working and the door hinge came off one door but other than that it was great.

Great Family Christmas

Great townhome close to Keystone. Plenty of room, great kitchen, and comfortable place to stay. Walking distance to two different bus stops. We walked to the Keystone Conference center to catch the Red bus to the slopes. The Silver stop is up the hill from the townhome so we took it back from skiing to walk down hill. Will definitely stay here again.

3rd stay at this great summit county property

This was our 3rd stay at this property. It provides great space for our extended family as well as access to hiking and everything that Keystone has to offer.

The condo and the location were perfect for us for our annual small family reunion. It is central to so many of the outdoor activities that we love to do. We highly recommend staying there!

Overall a good stay

I had a problem upon check in, as one of the pictures on the listing was incorrect, showing 3 beds in one room, but upon check in, we quickly found out that there were only 2 beds in that room. When contacted about this, the owner, Vance immediately deleted that photo from the listing. After some back and forth, Vance was nice enough to have his cleaning person bring over a single air mattress to replace the missing bed. Although we had this problem at check in, it was overall a good stay.

Just what we needed

Kitchen well stocked and served our needs well. Used the hot tub and the sauna half of the days. Suprisingly, kids didn’t use the heated pool outside but others did. There were two bus routes (silver and red) accessible up the hill or through the tunnel underneath the highway. The latter is needed for gondola.

Great space

The house was just as described. Very spacious and well stocked for all needs. The only thing I thought was weird was the one side going down to the living room had stairs and the other side was just a drop off. Other than that the stay was perfect. We really enjoyed the house.

CO Vacation - 2023

We've vacationed in the Keystone area for 5 years - this was our first stay at this property. The property worked really well for this year's trip -10 adults in total. The kitchen area worked well for preparing our meals - kitchen accessories met our needs. Each couple had their own sleeping space - 4 bathrooms worked well for our needs. We used the pool and hot tub each and every evening of our stay. The main floor and deck worked well for casual conversation. Opportunities: Kitchen: more forks - there were 9 during our stay; Towels: consensus was that there were enough towels provided although 6 more would have been beneficial for some of our group. Towels at pool were advertised - we didn't see any provided. South master bedroom: TV remotes were all dead, cable feed appeared not to work. More switchable lights would be nice. Murphy bed slept ok, recommend opaque shades to block out the morning sun better. Shower faucet handle on main floor bathroom was not attached when we arrived. We were able to use the shower without the handle. We were able to fit 10 around the dining room table for meals using folding chairs - one thought from our group was to provide bar stools at the eating bar. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this property!

Amazing Value!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! There were a plethora of beds and rooms that enabled my entire family (4 couples, and one single) to enjoy the Colorado Mountains! The kitchen was great and the living room cozy! Vance was also SUPER prompt when we had a question. He followed up with multiple messages and even texted me when I forgot to check my email to make sure we were covered. Thanks Vance!

Our family lives and works in Denver. We have two children ages eight years and three years. Our family purchased this townhome in late 2015. We completed the last few remaining updates and enjoyed the first holiday season for ourselves. This is a fully updated, spacious and welcoming townhome that we look forward to sharing with friends, family and guests. We are currently updating mattresses (2 New Kings in the Masters; 2 new full size memory foam mattresses & 2 new twin mattresses in upstairs bunk room; 1 new Queen standard mattress in the Murphy Bed in the Sleeping Den; and new twin and full in twin over full bunk in main floor bedroom.

Absolutely the best large townhome unit available in Keystone. 2000 square foot with 4 large bedrooms (2 huge Master Bedroom Suites) and 4 full bathrooms. Additionally, there is a Den with a new wall mounted Murphy Bed with new full size mattress. All mattress' are new and good quality. Mountain views from every window. Elk and Moose throughout the property. Short walk to year-round heated outdoor pool, steam sauna and large indoor/outdoor hot tub. Large private deck with a small year round creek steps from the back door. The Kitchen and dinning room are nicely updated and provide every items needed to make your stay here comfortable.

Immediately across street from Keystone Conference Center, five minute walk to Lakeside Village with access via two tunnels under highway 6, and five minute walk to the circulating shuttle ride to both Keystone ski base areas that pick up across the street. During summer the walk to Keystone base areas is less than 15 minutes. The Townhome has 4 large bedrooms (2 Huge Master Suites) 4 Full Baths and a sleeping den. This property is configured to sleep the approved 12 guests as permitted on mattresses.
