Great property and worth the taking in. The views are amazing and units are very relaxing. It is an easy walk down the shortcut and a longer one back up, but everything is right down the path and worth every step. Would book this again for our next trip to Como

Great apartment with very nice view

We had two very pleasant weeks in this great apartment with its very nice view on Lake Como. The apartment has a dishwasher, washing machine and new television, and is very convenient. The location could not be better: Very quiet in a beautiful garden with a lot of trees, yet still very close to the main road along the lake with many restaurants and cafes. You only need a couple of minutes to walk down on a small path, ending up directly in front of the landing stage of the ferry (which takes you to all the nice places on the lake: Bellagio, Menaggio, Varenna and Lenno - even Como is just half an hour away with the fast boat). But it is also nice to sit on the balcony, enjoy the view and relax!

Location is amazing. Tremezzo is the perfect place to stay with access to all the other towns. Great place to stay. Matteo is very responsive and helpful.

A beautiful stay in Tremezzo

The location of the property is wonderful (but a bit of a short steep climb to it). The pool is perfect and you never tire of the amazing view. The outdoor whirlpool is a lovely addition. Inside the apartment there is lots of space and it is very clean. It was hot when we were there so air conditioning would have been welcomed, there was a fan but the whole apartment was still hot. The apartment was well equipped, but some of the appliances were a bit tired and dated, such as the cheap plastic kettle and toaster, however this doesn’t really detract from the overall holiday experience: I only mention it because if you are expecting high end you might be a bit disappointed. Matteo provided us with lots of information via Wattsapp, however when we arrived he was not there to meet us at the ferry so we were left to climb the previously mentioned steep hill with our suitcases. Overall we had a lovely time with just a few niggles but we would definitely return to this beautiful part of the world and Residence Tremezzo.

Beautiful property, comfortable & clean

We really enjoyed our stay in Tremezzo, and Matteo was a gracious host. He took me on a tour of the area when we arrived and made some recommendations for restaurants, and using the ferry services to get around the lake. Grounds include a lovely pool, hot tub, sauna, and BBQ. we did not make full use of the facilities due to the weather, but it would be a great place to hang out in the summer. Close walking access to the ferry dock, shops and restaurants, although some may find the walk uphill at the end of the day/evening a bit steep. Scenic views and highly recommended.

So relaxed with everything you need!

Matteo was so welcoming when we arrived making suggestions of what to see and do during our stay. He could not have been more helpful. The pool is wonderful for the kids with the most gorgeous view of the lake. The apartment has everything you would need for a two week stay or shorter.

Family break in Como

We booked this family break with friends who also stayed near by. The residence is immaculate with a huge pool and magical views. The neighbours at the residence were friendly and Matteo ensured we were settled in and had all we needed at our disposal. We stayed on the first floor or the residence (1 of 5 apartments) There are six more apartments on the groundfloor i believe and made for a warm, friendly family environment. Tremezzo is located in a really sunny position and had all the amenities we needed with a number of restaurants and pizzas, both high end and more reasonably priced. The park is a 10 minute walk from the home and the village closer again. We hired a car and parked here in the garage and for the most part used the ferries to navigate our way around the lake (Tremezzo has two ferry stops) which was very convenient. We have recommend tremezzo residence to friends and family and definitely intend to return and would not hesitate to use the agency again to book direct with.

We stayed here with friends last month and enjoyed our stay immensely. The booking process was seamless and Matteo looked after us brilliantly throughout our stay. The view from the home and facilities are all first class. It is sometimes a shot in the dark booking a Holiday home on the internet a thousand or so miles away but i am pleased to say the whole experience of Lake Como, Tremezzo Residence and the italian people easily exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back!

Lovely romantic break

Stayed here as part of our friends special 50th birthday celebrations and what a week we had. Matteo was the perfect host and looked after us throughout our stay. The home is immaculate, stunning views, and the amenities from the huge pool to the jacuzzi and sauna are first class. The walk down to the village whilst a 10 minute walk back up the hill, was manageable and hence like our friends we tended to leave the car in the garage and walk to the village restaurants at night or cook on the bbq in the garden or in the well stocked kitchen. The residence is great for families and we our group met several new friends during the week. I would not hesitate to recommend terms for an authentic Lake Como experience and italian apartments who oversaw our booking with great care. All in all a memorable holiday to treasure!

The residence is brand new boasting a spacious and modern with quality fixtures and fittings at every time. Returning guests love the huge outdoor pool and spa facility. Not to mention THAT view!
The home is close enough to reach to all amenities yet burrowed away from the lake front so you are located away from the main road and can enjoy a truly peaceful Lake Como experience.
It is little wonder we received so many requests to return. Just a short walk down to the lake front you will find a whole host of bars, and restaurants, two ferry stops.
