Bienvenido a Po Pueo Hale, también conocido como Nightowl House en la costa de Kona de la Isla Grande de Hawai. Condominio moderno y actualizado con vista directa al mar desde la unidad. Tan pronto como abres la puerta, el océano es lo primero que ves. Unidad limpia, cómoda de una habitación y un baño para una pareja o un adulto soltero. Estamos ubicados en el popular Sea Village Resort. El hermoso complejo ajardinado frente al mar cuenta con una piscina climatizada, bañera de hidromasaje y caseta de piscina con baños y duchas. Fabulous rental property close to amenities. Clean, beautiful ocean view. Just needed more toilet paper and laundry supplies for our week stay. Listing said air conditioning but we did not have any. However our host was easily accessible and very helpful. Kona did not disappoint!

The unit worked perfectly for our trip to Kona. Joann was great host quickly responding to questions. Bed was comfortable and greatly appreciated the fans. Kitchen had a the items we needed. Just bring your food spices and good to go. Property and pool area we great and the bbq's got our use.

Previous occupants forgot to run the dishwasher but was no big deal as her appliances were very easy to use. Loved having a washer and drier available. The sweeper was a great thing to have available. Could not quite figure out the tv in the bedroom as the instructions left did not work for us. Surprised that her personal Netflix did not work for us. But made due with the live stream. We overpacked so it was a bit difficult going up three flights of stairs, but well worth it once you got up there. We enjoyed the space and would recommend. She gave recommendations as to what to do on the Island. We did them all! What a great vacation!

Fabulous location and vibe!

First time to Kona. Played lots of golf and did several of the marine adventures that were available. This property with its view and atmosphere were a delight to come back to every afternoon. The grounds, pool, barbecue grills were all immaculately maintained. Less than five minutes via car to the hub of restaurants and entertainment, the location absolutely could not been any better. We had family over for a potluck/barbecue down at the picnic tables and they were all jealous of our location compared to where they all stayed closer to downtown. It was a great vacation and this property was a highlight.

Beautiful view

The condo is really nice and comfortable. The bed is super comfortable and the furniture is nice and comfortable, too. The kitchen has three things you need to do your own cooking. Bring or buy your own spices. We loved the washer and dryer being right there in the condo. There is no AC but we only missed it a few times during our two week stay. The fans were great. We discovered booking a condo with AC is at least twice as much as this lovely condo. Restaurants and shopping are close. Kona is full of great places to eat. Note that the condo is on the third floor so being able to do the stairs is a must. Think if it as a bit of a workout everyday, which is good. We liked not having people walking above us which would happen if you are on the first or second floor. This condo is great and the best place price wise that we found.

We Enjoyed Our Stay

This is the third time that we have stayed at Sea Village but the first time in this unit. The grounds and buildings are kept in excellent condition. The view from the unit overlooks the common area that includes a well-maintained swimming poot and four gas BBQs as well as the ocean. It is about a 15-minute walk into town where there are many restaurants and shops. Our hostess was very easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions or needs that we had. A few things are a bit dated, but we would definitely stay in this unit again.

Wonderful stay!

First of all communication with the host was top-notch and very responsive to all of my questions. Secondly, the view is spectacular! The accommodations were very comfortable, including a nice comfortable bed and a great shower, as well as everything you need in the kitchen to cook a meal or eat in. The location was ideal for visiting attractions both north of Kona and south of Kona. And parking is free. The grounds are beautifully maintained with lovely landscaping and a crew maintains the grills and grounds each morning. We were so excited to see whales and dolphins literally from our lanai!

Clean condo with great location

Perfect location, very clean and equipped with all the necessary appliances and accessories. Having a washer and a dryer in the unit was priceless as I was traveling with a carry on. An exceptional view from the balcony. The only issue was that there is no AC, but if you leave the windows open and fans on at night, it cools down.

Great place

Exactly as described. My only complaint is it did get a little warm in the condo mid day. I bought a fan at Walmart to help move the air around and it was very helpful. The view was amazing. I totally recommend this place, and would stay here again.

Relaxing and much needed vacation stay!

The spot was absolutely perfect, and Joann was super helpful and inviting. The condo was very well appointed, overlooking the garden, pool and the ocean! It's a magical place and we may have to get back there next year! Green Flash coffee was a few steps away, town is a short trip on Ali'i Drive, and Magic Sands beach (our current favorite) is a couple minute drive in the other direction. Thank you Joann!

Vaca in Paradise

Nice, clean, comfortable condo for 2 people. Beautiful ocean views from our lanai. The grounds of the complex are impeccable. Close to old town Kona. Only drawback, no elevator. Worth the walk up 3 flights however. Owner Joann is a pleasure to work with, also the maintenance crew at the complex are friendly.

Great view!

The condo is clean and beautifully decorated with everything about Hawaii! The view from the lanai is perfect in the center and 3rd floor for privacy! Perfect location! We went in August and I was worried about it being hot but I brought some mini fans and was fine! Kitchen has all the appliances and tools needed to cook. Host is really helpful with pointing out thinfs to do and has a whole book of helpful stuff! Pool and hot tub are nice! I miss it already! I didnt need to rent chairs or umbrellas while i was there for the beaches. I brought a lightwieght festival blanket to sit on and found shade in caves and trees. I prefer to be in the water most of the time! There are tons of things to do on the island besides beaches! We rented a car and went everywhere. This condo is a great location if you dont want to rent a car because theres a lot of nearby things to do!

Beautiful view of ocean and grounds!

Enjoyed staying in this fully equipped condo, had everything we needed to cook meals. The pool, grounds and bbqs. were very well kept up and cleaned every day. Nicely located just south of Kona. Very comfortable king bed. Joann was very helpful and responded quickly before and during our stay!
