I completely ignore the real motivation of such a harsh judgment My structure boasts 5 stars on all the platforms of the world on which it is advertised. This review has deeply hurt me, saddened and surprised a lot, we can all make mistakes, but I don't understand my faults. I have always been very attentive to the needs of the guests, accompanying them to do the shopping and offering to take them around with my car. With regard to the indoor hydromassage pool, I can say that I never advertised in the announcement that it was heated, also had to go function on May 1st, as per announcement, and to make a surprise to the guest I did find it fully functional on April 1st. With regards to the cold suffered, it seems really strange to find out only when the stay is over. In my house every single bedroom and every single room have a latest generation air conditioner (Daikin) installed. In winter, in just 5 minutes of clock time, it reaches 24 degrees Celsius (75.2 F °). Italian energy saving legislation requires that the maximum temperature in the homes must not exceed 20 ° Celsius and the heating must be closed in March, but with the air conditioners you can set the perfect temperature according to your needs. What to do more? The guest has always left all the air conditioners turned on even during their absence, running out of 100 free kw. I granted them another 100 kw free (90 euros overall on my behalf) but the habit remained and they consumed much more, but I didn't ask to pay any extra. I understand that everything is due for some guests, right? And I never even received a thank you! Mine is a very old building, but it has been completely renovated respecting the very strict laws on protected architectural heritage. On the garbage, I can only say that at the time of departure there were plastic, cardboard, food scraps and many empty bottles at home. I advised the guest, informing him that although I had to pay an extra disposal fee, I would not ask for money to them. I have guests almost exclusively U.S.A. and I never had any particular communication problems. Guests didn't speak a single word of Italian. I asked the guests to call the police because they had written to me that the "swimming pool was not exclusive property" and I sent two vigilantes to check if there were any strangers on their terrace at 7 am. besides them, the guest then wrote to me that "he had not explained himself well" I, on the other hand, evaluated my guest with the highest score, only 4 stars in the communication.
