Villa de lujo de 3 dormitorios en el pintoresco pueblo chipriota

Hermosa villa independiente de 3 dormitorios en el pueblo de Peyia, a 10 minutos hacia el interior del complejo y la playa de arena de Coral Bay. Peyia tiene carácter chipriota y excelentes servicios que incluyen farmacia, supermercado, tienda de alquiler de DVD, tabernas e incluso entrega de pizza. La villa tiene una hermosa vista al mar y estacionamiento para 2 autos. Cada habitación tiene baño y las dos habitaciones de arriba incorporan un gran balcón nuevamente con vista al mar. Hay un dormitorio principal con cama doble con baño con bañera / ducha, y hay otros dos dormitorios dobles con ducha. Hay un gran salón con TV, satélite y DVD y wii. El salón tiene grandes puertas correderas que se abren a un área de piscina privada con ducha al aire libre. Hay una gran cocina / comedor totalmente equipada. Afuera hay un jardín totalmente ajardinado con árboles frutales para que pueda recoger toronjas para el desayuno o limones para sus G&T.
Equipamiento para bebés (p. Ej. Cuna de viaje, trona, orinal, etc.) disponibles. Ahora también tenemos wifi disponible de forma gratuita.
Nuevo para 2017. La piscina se está renovando por completo. Nuevo forro, skimmers, luz mejorada y filtros para hacerlo aún mejor que antes.

The villa is lovely, all facilities provided. The pool and outside area are beautiful, and mostly peaceful.Easy to get to and easy to travel to sites from.Secure with an alarm and shutters, nice to have the car parking on site.

Great stay

We have never stayed at such a well equipped property. It has everything you need. A short walk over the road to supermarkets, bars & takeaways..a Chinese, Indian and chippy. Initially on our arrival we guessed that a previous occupant had been feeding stray cats, as we found pouches of cat food.. they were going crazy trying to get in! 2 days of putting them off finally worked and they didn't come back. Just something to be aware of and it certainly wouldn't put us off coming back, we loved it. Thank you Alan.

Our return stay.

Our second stay at this Villa ,like home from home.Great location with plenty to do and see with shops and bars etc within walking distance. Once again we were sad to leave on the last day.The highlight of the Villa is definitely the heated pool.We look forward to staying again in the near future.Thankyou to Alan and family.

Lovely villa in a beautiful location. Very clean. Unfortunately the pool heating didn’t work. The heated pool was one of the main reasons for booking this villa however we still enjoyed it and used the pool. The bath towels could do with being updated and the downstairs toilet seat probably needs replacing. But apart from that very thing was very good.

Great family villa

We had a great stay at this villa, bit of an issue with the burglar alarm on arrivial at 2 in the morning, daughter managed to call the villa manager who gave instructions how to disable the alarm, apart from that it was a terrific stay, great pool, facilities were excellent including kitchen untesils which allowed us to make our own meals occasionally, overall a great holiday at the villa

From bobble hat to bikini

In spite of the inclement weather in the first couple of weeks, this was the best holiday we have had. The villa was very well equipped, a real home from home and so quiet and private. The beds and furniture were so comfy and the pool a good size. Bars, restaurants, shops, all within walking distance. We will stay here again.

There were a number of issues staying here which was disappointing

There were a number of issues with this properly really effected our holiday ; There was human hair on the bathroom sink, as well as cutlery, cups, plates in the drawers being dirty showed the cleaner had not cleaned properly and this made us feel the house was dirty and maybe why there were some cockroaches When I first walked into the property within my first 2 mins of walking up the stairs there was a cockroach and though the manager sprayed the drains there were another 4, and for me it was really stressful, if the traps had been laid down the first day that would have helped, but it was said traps would be laid and that did not happen till a week later - There were then ants everywhere again on the first day all on the walls outside and then inside and on the floor - I know pest control came but still they persisted until the second time - again this made it stressful. I also had to kill a lot of spiders and there were lots of cobwebs which again added to the fact the house just had not been cleaned properly. As well as finding a Tarantula in the pool. Then the TV and the internet did not work for a number of days on the holiday which made us use up lots of our data and had cost us as well as putting strain on. This was our holiday and it was more things going wrong in the house The air con going off every 2 hours, for me must be a health and safety issue, I understand if it was April or may but it’s the height of summer, my 3 year old son and myself would wake up sweating in the night and it meant he was waking up 3-4 times in the night as was I, this was a terrible start to the holiday as it exhausted us, and the fact you can’t use the remote but at 2,3 am in the morning you have to get out of bed - seems really bad - They did bring fans which was helpful - but still we would wake up because it was so hot. And I did not understand why every room would not have a fan. All 3 of the toilets had sewage smells from about 3 days in which was disgusting. This persisted on and off throughout the holiday. Outside the view from the house is lovely one side but to the right there is a massive dump, I’ve never stayed in a holiday home right next to a dump. The downstairs bedroom I could not get the air con to work. Ultimately there are lots of positives things about the house but all the issues above massively effected our stay and enjoyment of our holiday -

This is the second time we have stayed in this Villa and we love it. Pool is wonderful with optional heating. Only slight drawback is the next door property looks like a junk yard. Otherwise perfect

A perfect stay

If you are looking for a place to stay in the western part of Cyprus, Alan's villa is a perfect choice. Well located, giving you a large variety of choices to pick an attraction around the seashore, inland or in Paphos. The villa was beyond our expectations. Neat and tidy, a beautiful back yard with a pool and a full equipped kitchen. In case your kids like some board games - there's a plenty of them, not to mention the console in the living room and a large library. Alan - thank you so much for your great hospitality. We had a wonderful time!

Great villa

We have just returned from our holiday at the villa and what a brilliant time we had, the villa was in a lovely location & private, a great pool they had everything and more you could ask for inside very well equipped ( the toy box was much enjoyed everyday by our 2&4 year old) lots of space and would definitely recommend to anyone we’re already looking about going again :)

Great apartment with nice pool

Big pool with a nice terras including a barbeque. Perfect beds and bathrooms. Anything you need is present in the kitchen.

Fabulous Villa

Fab villa. Nice quiet area. Not over looked. Within walking distance to several bars/restaurants. 5 min drive into Coral Bay itself. Villa very well equiped with everything you could need, from kitchen utensils & equipment to dvds, games, books & towels. Loved the heated pool, was used everyday. Would highly recommend this Villa. Car is needed but easy enough to navigate your way around the area and venture to other parts too. Would love to return.

We first visited Cyprus in May 2006. We loved the place so much that our next trip was to buy a property. The first couple of places we looked at weren't what we were looking for for but then the agent took us to a patch of bare ground and showed us what they were going to build there. We bought straight away and have never regretted it. The villa is so much more than we expected. The views, the privacy, the beauty of the villa itself. We spend at least 6 weeks per year there ourselves and will be moving there permanently when we finally retire in about 6 years time.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Its the views,the privacy and the location out on the edge of the village with the gorge running down the side of the development that make it special. Theres nothing quite like picking a fresh grapefruit for your breakfast or a lemon for you G & T when they are ripe.
