Gran casa junto al río con hermosas vistas e interior bien equipado.

¡Este es un gran campamento base para una aventura! Esta encantadora casa tiene mucho espacio para albergar a toda su familia y amigos, junto con todas las comodidades que necesitará para una estadía divertida. Nuestro patio está justo detrás de su propia playa junto al río en la orilla del río Colorado: acabamos de completar una pérgola junto al río con una mesa de picnic y una parrilla de carbón. Además, durante los últimos meses de verano, hay canoas y kayaks disponibles (se requiere exención). Juegue a la pelota de bochas de césped "pícaro", siéntese debajo de las glicinias y disfrute de un picnic, o simplemente observe las estrellas.

También creemos que un alquiler a corto plazo debe estar bien equipado. Además de nuestra flota de 8 bicicletas para su uso, también ofrecemos especias, aceite, vinagre, café, crema, champú, loción, secador de cabello, plancha y tabla de planchar, lavandería doble, juegos de mesa, Internet de alta velocidad y un divertida sorpresa para ti cuando entras por primera vez. Si esto no es suficiente ... ¡tenemos que hablar! Jajaja ...

The Palisade River House también le brinda acceso rápido a una gran cantidad de atracciones y eventos en el país del vino y el melocotón de Colorado: estamos "EN" la ruta de la fruta y el vino, a solo unas pocas cuadras de The Rim Trail, The (próximamente a ser ) Palisade Plunge, y a pocos minutos en bicicleta o a pie del querido centro de Palisade.

La casa tiene 5 dormitorios y 3 baños, pero la ciudad de Palisade solo reconoce las tres habitaciones de arriba y los dos baños de arriba como espacio para alquilar.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Palisade River house over the weekend! The house is cozy and clean. The location is fantastic....both for it's proximity to the river and easy access into town. We enjoyed using the cruiser bikes (bring a pump as we had to inflate some tires) and loved the basement movie room! Such a fun and creative way to use that space! Would love to return to this gem!

We had a great weekend at the house on the river!! There was a nice surprise when we walked in the door!! The house is very close to downtown and was a short bike ride to get coffee. We did some cooking at the house and the kitchen had everything we needed. We played corn hole in the peach orchard and used the blue tooth speakers for music. The downstairs movie theater is very nice, if you have time to watch a movie. The chairs are very comfortable. We were even able to charge a car at the house. Everything we needed was provided. Our hosts responded very quickly with answers to our questions and made some suggestions for some things we might enjoy. We plan to be back next time we are in Palisade!!

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was perfect for us. We had 3 households in our group and we were very comfortable. The hosts thought of everything to make the stay perfect. And the area was so cute. There was lots to see. Half our group is vegetarian and we found lots of dining options for the whole group in the area. The bikes, theatre room, kitchen, laundry, all the outdoor spaces, the games, and decor were our favorites. It was definitely one of our favorite stays. We can’t wait to continue enjoying the Palisade peaches and wine that we brought home. Thank you for a wonderful Colorado vacation experience.

Such a fun place!

A perfect group vacation!

This property could not have been better for a few couples to spend a fun and relaxing weekend away! The property was beautiful with a big backyard backing up to the river and in a perfect location easily walkable to downtown and biking distance to vineyards. The beds were very comfortable and we really enjoyed the lux home theater downstairs! We hope to come back!

The Best Holiday Stay!

This year we hosted Thanksgiving for our family. We are locals here and in Palisade, but we needed a little more space for our out-of-town family. The Palisade River House was the PERFECT family gathering for Thanksgiving. It had everything we needed and more! Bill and Kristen even left us some Thanksgiving ingredients just in case we forgot anything. It was SO thoughtful of them. We loved having the warmer drawer in the kitchen, it made food prep a breeze. The movie theater kept the teens entertained, and the kid's hideout was perfect for our 3-year-old to play in when we came over. I highly recommend The Palisade River House for your next stay in Palisade at any time of year!

Excellent!

We had an amazing trip. Your house is wonderful; however, we did have a hard time finding the house in the dark. The directions on ----------- maps take you to 349 Troyer Road so we kept bypassing the house. Beyond that we LOVED it. Enjoyed the movie room both nights. We plan to stay again if we can next year. Would love to come sometime during the summer to enjoy the river. HIGHLY recommend.

Girls Trip

We had a fantastic time at the River House! Great location which allowed us to walk to the Trolley for the wine tour. Beautiful views for coffee in the mornings and cocktails in the evening on the river. Enjoyed the riverside for dinner and a fire, and loved the basement movie theater. Thanks for a wonderful weekend!

Wine Fest 2024

We had such a fabulous time in this beautiful home. They have put so much thought into the extra special touches! From the huge and beautiful charcuterie board in the fridge upon arrival to the small things like having shampoo, conditioner and body lotion in all the bathrooms! We enjoyed the fire pit by the river and watched some football in the theatre room with recliners and blankets for every seat! It was truly a great weekend in Palisade!

Excellent Spot

The properties location was unbeatable. It was exactly as described, and the house was awesome! We were able to pick peaches on the property and they left our group cooled whipped cream to eat them with. So walkable to go into town. The property offered so many different amenities. Would absolutely book again.

Peaches, River and Short Bike to Wineries and Downtown!

Just wonderful stay- comfortable and clean beds- and beautiful river views. The peach trees were completely full of amazing fruit. Couldn't have been happier with the stay! We didn't take full advantage of all the house had to offer (the movie theatre is amazing!!)- but we did borrow the bikes to access downtown and wineries and loved the river access and everything about the house. Thank you!!

Great girls trip!

Seven of us ladies stayed at this property for a girls weekend. We were in love! Lots of outdoor space and on the river, great location with downtown right around the corner but still felt secluded. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. The hosts were super quick to respond to any inquiries. It was just all around a great stay!

Perfect stay for our girl's trip

We stayed at the River House for our daughters wedding in Palisade, it was the perfect place to relax and gather. Perfect location to access downtown! Would recommend for anyone staying in Pali.

Still a great house

My dad built this house (literally) and I grew up in it. We were so happy to see that it's a place we could stay when we all returned to Palisade for my wedding. We are probably harder to please than most guests but I can report that we all love what the hosts have done with the place. It's clear that they love the place and that they love sharing it with people and I'm certain you will not be disappointed.

Great Palisade Stay

Loved spending time at the river house, it was lovely drinking tea by the river in the morning and using the bikes to go explore during the day. The house is so close to downtown and wineries made it very convenient to get around. Highly recommend!

Couldn’t ask for more

Not only is this a fantastic home with all the accommodations you have in your own home but so much more. The kitchen has everything you need, the grills outside so like new. The beds are all very comfy and there is so much room for 4 couples and even a few kids. The river is so peaceful and serene. Town is just a quick drive and the peach trees are so beautiful. Hope to go back again someday!
