Great place to stay in Texas

Loved our stay here. House was very clean. Layout of the house was perfect - bedrooms in the front of the house and living and kitchen in back. Older kids could stay up late at night without bothering the younger ones (and us parents sleeping). Only suggestion would be to have kitchen stocked a little more with more dishes, utensils, and bowls etc. e we don’t like to do dishes (even in the dishwasher) when on vacation. 😊. Would definitely stay here again.

Easy place for a family needing rooms in North Dallas

Property was clean and well kept. The rooms were nice and beds were cozy. It was good for us with our 5 teens (1 girl and 4 boys). We mostly needed a place for everyone to sleep and eat breakfast. They liked the huge field across the street for some Thanksgiving day football as well. The kitchen had the essentials and all of the appliances worked as expected.

Absolute perfection.

This place is awesome! I already miss the king sized bed and the master bathroom... The homeowner has clearly thought of everything as the whole house was well stocked from laundry detergent/fabric softener to delicious smelling shampoo, conditioner, and body wash- not to mention a hair dryer that is literally on the way to my house today from Amazon because I liked it so much better than the one I have at home. The house layout is awesome with the master on one side, separated by living space from the other two bedrooms and the living space is all so open and airy, it's just so comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with staples like sugar/salt/pepper/veg oil/coffee and so much more. We had no problem making a full breakfast, among other meals. And it's one of those great layouts where even if I'm doing dishes, I can still be involved in conversation in the living room. The TV was great for downtime; with Netflix working perfectly. We could even log in to our own subscriptions of hulu, HBO NOW, etc, if we had need to do so. The homeowner was communicative and I really felt like I could reach out with any issues, though there was no need during our stay there. Finally, I want to point out that the whole area- like the neighborhood and the shops around the house, was just beautiful. Nice houses with owners who clearly care about their property; and grocery stores, shopping, and food less than a minute's drive from the house! We felt safe and well cared for throughout our stay. 10/10 would stay again!

We had a great time in Frisco while staying in a very comfortable and beautiful home. I would recommend this home to anyone staying in the area. The management and homeowner were very nice to work with and helped us with all of our needs.

A cozy, clean, and spacious home!

We really enjoyed our stay - and the owner was very helpful when we had a question or needed something. We would definitely stay here again. The house was clean, bright and open. It felt very homey and comfortable! And the king bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept on.

Very neat and well maintained place. Great host.

Our family have stayed about a week and really love this place. It is very neat and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Air condition / heater work very well. Location is very close to grocery stores, shopping malls, restaurants, and sport complexes. The host Arun was out of the country but was providing all useful information and friendly reminders ahead of the time and was super responsive when we had questions. Highly recommended.

Nice place, good for families

I stayed with my family over Thanksgiving and we enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable, and the open dining room/living room made it nice to spend time with family. We had a small dog with us, and the yard was great for them. Thanks!

This home perfectly met our needs

It was great to have a home away from home in the middle of an established neighborhood. This is a good central location that put us a short drive away from grocery shopping. Lots of restaurants nearby to choose from. The garage parking allowed us an extra feeling of security with our rental car. Air conditioning was plenty strong for the 100 degree Texas days. Bonus points that there is a resident, wild, bunny that hangs out at both the front and back lawns. We were treated with a view of a mink visiting the front yard too. Thank you!

Beautiful house located in a great locality

We enjoyed our stay here. This place is very near to the mall and grocery stores and some of the best restaurants in the area. Everything in the house was perfect and very clean.

I would definitely recommend this property.

The house is very nice and clean. It's close to stores and restaurants. Arun is very easy to work with. We've used HomeAway / VRBO four times now in four different states, always a good choice.

Nice & Clean in a good neighborhood.

Arun was an accommodating owner. Checked in with us during the stay to make sure everything was going well with the house. The house is across the street from the back of a school yet it never got overly busy on a school morning. We cashed in on the track for part of our morning run. We would definitely stay here again.

Great House!

My family gathered here for Thanksgiving and we were very pleased with the house. It is in a nice neighborhood and the location couldn't be better in terms of shopping and access to highways. The kitchen is well stocked to prepare even big meals like Thanksgiving dinner. The owner supplies clear directions and lots of information about the area and amenities in the house. The owner also is available and responsive quickly to any questions. I highly recommend this VRBO.

Relo Wonderful

We transferred to the area and instead of paying for a hotel we decided to stay in a home and we are so happy we did. The owner is wonderful and checked on us regularly to see if we needed anything. The area is quiet and centrally located to Frisco/ Plano and McKinney. We were even given a welcome basket that highlighted eating area's and things to do...... Outstanding....

Home in a nice quite location

When we arrived the place was very nice and clean. Was very close to family living in The Colony which made is nice for going back and forth. Beds were very comfortable, my husband and I occupied the master room which we found for staying a week were short on towels, faucet handles were loose the toilet paper holder was broke and there was no place to put bottle of shampoo other than on the floor of the shower. In the kitchen we couldn't find any dishwasher soap. TV remote had no batteries. We didn't meet Arun but was very nice in conversation over the phone. We explained about some of the things and he was going to look into them. Over all our stay was great and if in the area again may stay.

Great location, well maintained place and great and responsive host. Highly recommend this place

from the time we signed up till we checked out we had a great experience. Arun was very prompt and responsive in returning phone calls and answering any questions we had. We had a great week of stay at the home which is well located ,great and peaceful neighborhood with easy access to almost anything (groceries, mall, shopping etc) and most of all well maintained requiring zero maintaneance. Overall had a great and hassle free experience during our entire stay and would recommend this place to anyone planning a stay in frisco/Plano or anywhere in Dallas.

Nice layout. Easy to get to.

The house was basically clean and neat. There were issues that needed attention though. All glassware and dishes were put away dirty. Freezer door handle fell off. Dishwasher did not work properly. Probably why the dishes were dirty. Some lights were burnt out. Especially the one over the front door. There was no hair dryer, which Arun went and got for us right away. Despite these issues the house was still a pleasant place to stay.

Excellent home!

This is a beautiful home in a very nice area; close to all Frisco has to offer. The home is well-maintained and well-furnished. The owners are very friendly and easy to work with. I will definitely stay here again if I need to return to the area, and would highly recommend this home to my family and friends!

Great home!!!

We were in town for our oldest daughter's wedding. They live in Little Elm and a hotel for us and our other 3 children would have been a terrible idea. Arun's home is extremely nice and well taken care of. I was in charge of the wedding décor so we had lots of stuff brought from our home in Missouri to Texas and the large clean garage was perfect for storing it until the event. Love the location of the home as it is close to lots of shopping and dining choices. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. We had the AC go out on us while there and it was so hot but upon notifying Arun he brought a portable AC unit to tide us over until the AC could be fixed and that evening the repair guy was there to check it out and returned the next morning to get it all fixed. Wonderful response to this issue. Even though the home is sparsely furnished it is a rental and it is still very comfortable. I would suggest more dishes, flatware and cups. Seems like we were always running out and had to wash them daily. Also would be nice to have some better cookware. We did little cooking because of the inexpensive cookware which was not nonstick. A grill in the backyard would be nice also not just the tiny charcoal one that was in the garage! And even though there was only 1 TV some people probably would want one in each room. We enjoyed actually having the family watch TV together. Just some suggestions. Otherwise we really enjoyed Arun's beautiful home, his quick and professionalism in dealing with the AC issue and we will definitely stay there again. :o)

I live about 15 minutes away. I own this and several other single family homes, some of which are fully furnished and available for temporary accommodation, and others that are unfurnished for long term rentals.

As more families move to Frisco and Plano from other parts of the region, I wish to offer guests a better alternative to hotels. I have been learning from my experience of hosting guests for the past year, and have made all necessary improvements based on guest feedback to ensure my home serves as a home away from home.

This home is ideal for parties of 4 or more who want the privacy and comfort of staying together, sharing common areas and perhaps cooking at home. Our typical guest prefers this type of an environment - the 3 bedrooms, kitchen, family and dining rooms, the garage and backyard - much more than booking multiple hotel rooms, paying additional for parking and being forced to eat out.
