CACHI 2 es un espacioso e impresionante apartamento en el corazón del centro histórico de Lucca en PIAZZA SAN GIOVANNI, frente a su iglesia, con una maravillosa vista de la fachada románica, los mármoles blancos de Carrara y los azulejos. Cada ventana es una imagen. Precioso panorama desde el balcón! Vista privilegiada de la belleza de la plaza San Giovanni y de los jardines interiores.

El apartamento se encuentra en el segundo piso de un edificio residencial y tiene ELEVADOR. El apartamento cuenta con aire acondicionado en cada habitación y una conexión wifi muy confiable proporcionada por la compañía telefónica nacional.

Lujo desde el principio: un ascensor te lleva desde la calle hasta la puerta del apartamento. El apartamento se encuentra en un segundo piso y consta de una entrada, una amplia y luminosa zona de día con sofá y asientos, una mesa para 6 que mira a la iglesia y una cocina moderna abierta y totalmente equipada. Un largo pasillo lo lleva a la zona de noche donde se encuentran dos habitaciones dobles, ambas con una cama king size y dos baños con ducha a ras de suelo. Uno de los dormitorios tiene baño en suite y una ventana en el jardín interno con un enorme árbol CACHI. Vista muy sugerente, inolvidable durante el otoño con todas las frutas naranjas. El otro dormitorio se abre a la terraza, muy panorámico y con mesa y sillas para cenar. La vista es fantástica.

El apartamento cuenta con todas las comodidades modernas: lavaplatos, lavadora, lavandería, secadora, wifi y aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones.

Te encantará el ambiente mágico de este lugar. Historia por un lado y comodidades modernas por el otro. Muebles de diseño. Lamparas de diseño. Detalles muy cuidados. Es importante saber que los apartamentos han sido totalmente restaurados recientemente en 2016. Aún más importante es saber que el propietario es un arquitecto, diseñador de interiores ... y esto hace que el resultado sea un lugar perfecto para quedarse.

It was a beautiful, very well situated apartment. The heated floors, high ceilings and fabulous views make this spot top notch. Manuel was incredibly responsive and so helpful. We’d return any time to Lucca and stay here.

while the place was great. It was a walk from the parking lot to the apartment. We had a friend drop us off and carrying luggage through the cobble stone streets to the actual building was tough. The apartment was clean, pretty, right in the middle of the town square . We checked in easily and checked out and nobody bothered us in between. Italy and its beauty can’t be beat! I would stay here again but would bring much less stuff! Better explanation of trash and what goes in each container.

This is a fantastic flat. Beautiful views, the location is perfect and so much to discover in Lucca for a small city. The train station also makes it easy to get to Florence, PisaViareggio. The flat was exactly as it is in the pictures and spotlessly clean.

Ideally located and superbly appointed.

Location was ideal. Close enough to all the action but not right in the middle of it. Lots of things to see nearby. Charming facade with all modern amenities on the inside. We ended up parking our cars just outside the city walls in paid meter parking near the police station, on Viale Camillo Benso Cavour. Was the most affordable nearby location.

The pictures don't do this place justice. The peaceful and beautiful view aren't captured, nor is the luxuriousness of the sheets and towels,the million little touches that make the place so special. We would not hesitate to come here again, highest recommendation!

this apartment has been the best

We have been coming to Lucca for over ten years, this being our sixth visit and this apartment has been the best so far, in terms of facilities, comfort and location. The management team were very helpful and friendly, particularly on arrival. If they were looking anything that could be done to add to the experience, I would suggest maybe a welcome bottle of wine and perhaps the balcony furniture could be updated

We had a perfect week in Lucca. My brother and I brought our father to Lucca so we could visit his grandparents villages just north of the city. We had perfect weather and the apartment was perfect. Great location IN THE VERY CENTRAL OF THE CITY, easy walk to parking the car and train station. The view was stunning. Thank you ! Apartment was clean, cozy and well appointed. Thank you.
