Venga a nuestra casa de playa para divertirse en Hilton Head Island o relájese y simplemente relájese.

Disfrute de la corta caminata de 3-5 minutos a nuestra playa virgen natural en esta propiedad frente al mar con 2 piscinas al aire libre, 1 piscina cubierta, bañera de hidromasaje, canchas de tenis, sala de ejercicios, laguna y comunidad de seguridad cerrada 24/7. Estamos en el tercer grupo de edificios frente a la playa. La unidad está en el 2do piso - NO hay ascensor.

Este apartamento de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños con cocina completamente equipada, sala de estar, lavadero y porche con mosquitero le ofrece toda la comodidad del hogar de vacaciones.

Convenientemente ubicado cerca de todo: restaurantes, tiendas, lugares de entretenimiento y todas las necesidades locales: biblioteca, hospital, aeropuerto y mucho más.

TENGA EN CUENTA: la piscina cubierta y el jacuzzi están cerrados temporalmente debido a reparaciones extensas. Nos han dicho que todo el trabajo debe completarse en agosto de 2019

Great condo in Hilton Head

The condo was conveniently located for all of our vacation needs. Check in process was easy and any questions we had or answered right away from host.We appreciated using the pool amenities after a day of being around town. Would recommend and would stay here again if needed in the future.

Great location within walking distance of airport and beach

Very nice and clean property that is very cute. There are some updates needed for the listing though. Parking is credit card only, not cash only. The big key to the Fitness Center does not work on the outside building (once inside the small key works) Overall very nice place to stay!

Great location

Property was as advertised and met our needs perfectly. Property is within walking distance to the beach, just not a swimming beach, which is my only complaint. But very nice beach was within a 5 minute drive and parking rates were reasonable.

We rented this condo for Memorial Day weekend to attend my Neice's wedding! It truly was home away from home. Very Clean and well taken care of. We had an issue with the air upon arrival. I texted the owner at 11:30 at night. She immediately responded and took care of the problem immediately! I recommend this condo! Truly 5 star!

Quiet and Close

The condo was on the second floor, no elevator, but was roomy. Short walk to the beach. Never could get the living room TV to work properly. Bathrooms were nice. Kitchen well stocked with plates and glasses. Overall good location.

Hilton Head Vacation

We really enjoyed the condo and all the amenities. Maybe it was just wrong time of the year but not sure as no could explain, but the water was so receded we could not even get to it. Maybe has something to do with low tide, but we could see the water maybe 1/2 mile away and after walking to try and get to it. Became way too muddy. I wish I had known that, but that's not the owners fault, Other than that very good experience visiting Hilton Head.

Fantastic Weekend with Family

This home was very clean and comfortable for our stay. The area was quiet and well maintained. The home had everything we needed for the weekend. The owners were very caring and was easy to contact. I would definitely stay here again with my family and highly recommend to others.

A decent budget stay

There are a lot of high end places on HHI but we weren’t interested in paying a lot of money just for a home base. We were out exploring and enjoying the area! So, in that regard, this place checked the box for us. It was a decent and mostly comfortable budget place. It was smaller than I anticipated— we had our 2 teenage boys and 1 pre-teen boy with us and it felt like we were on top of each other all the time. We aren’t cat people so the smell outside was very noticeable to us, especially after a rainstorm. The property is also right under the landing path of the airport— planes start flying in around 7am and barely seem to stop all day. So, if you’re sensitive to sounds and smells, I wouldn't recommend this place. Also, as another reviewer said, the TV is very slow to respond. We did like the close walk to a beach, especially during low tide. The kitchen was also well equipped so I could make meals for my hungry boys.

Cozy beach house

Home was lovely overall. Had a small issue with the ac on a super hot day and within 15 minutes there was already someone on the way to get it fixed. I'm overall very pleased and would 100 percent book again! Thank you for sharing your home with us!!

Father’s Day Weekend!

My family and I had an amazing time at the beach house.!!!!! The house was cozy and had everything we needed. I took my husband for Father’s Day weekend and he enjoyed it very much while my kids enjoyed the indoor pool and the beach. I would recommend anyone Visiting Hilton Head to checkout this place, it’s all you need to have a great time. Amazing Location!

We stayed a week here, and was very pleased wirh everything, from location, to property amenities, condo amenities and the beach being right in the back yard of the property. This condo had absolutely everything we needed, including cookware. The host was very easy to work with, and had excellent communication. I would highly recommend this host and this home!

Relax in comfortable setting

Nice location close to water and swimming pool. Well-rquipped kitchen with Keurig and coffee maker. Beach chairs and wagon in closet helped with trips to beach. Pleasant communication with owner. Friendly gate attendants, Paul and Tina.

Condo was older, it was clean. Lots of steps to get to it. TV in living room was difficult to operate, directions werent clear. Had to reset multiple times. Soap and toilet paper supply was minimal.

HER STORY: One of my fondest memories is the summers I spent in SC. My father was taught the importance of family and with him wanting to share the unity and love of his family, we journeyed to SC as a family on vacation, bringing us often to Hilton Head Island.
This was a wonderful experience, so as an adult, I too wanted to share SC with my family and express the heritage of family. And now having the opportunity to have a SC zip code on HHI, to share with family and friends, I am excited. I believe owning a home on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina will allow me a greater awareness of who my family was, is and to build on who they will become - THE LEGACY. Come Journey with me and my family.
