¡D4 también es uno de los pocos condominios con su propia lavadora y secadora!

Bienvenido a D4 - Lighthouse on the Shore, una cabaña con vista al muelle de nivel superior ubicada en North Coast Village. Lighthouse on the Shore se enfrenta al suroeste de la playa y desde el patio, la sala de estar y la cocina se puede disfrutar de una vista del océano, la playa de arena y el muelle. Inmediatamente se sentirá enamorado de D4 al ingresar a la cabaña, ya que los propietarios se enorgullecen de su condominio y están renovando constantemente para mantener el condominio en perfectas condiciones para que se sienta como en casa. Las renovaciones más recientes fueron la ducha personalizada sin marco, mostradores extendidos con hermosas encimeras de granito y azulejos de color azul cobalto. Puede sentarse y disfrutar de la impresionante vista desde las sillas del bar en el patio de azulejos personalizado. Se puede acceder a la arena justo debajo del condominio a través de la puerta de seguridad controlada por llave.

Lighthouse on the shore está completamente amueblado, con suficientes asientos y camas para alojar cómodamente 4. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size de California y gabinetes personalizados y espacio de almacenamiento en la pared. También hay asientos y TV con cable. El dormitorio adicional se encuentra en la sala de estar principal, donde hay una cómoda cama plegable Murphy. El comedor tiene una mesa con capacidad para 4 y el bar. La sala de estar principal tiene un televisor de pantalla plana montado en la pared, dos sofás y un sillón reclinable. D4 también tiene una chimenea en funcionamiento para los meses de invierno y está equipado con todo el equipo necesario para la playa: tablas de surf, toallas de playa, juguetes de arena, sombrillas y sillas de playa.

Los terrenos complejos están cuidados a la perfección y cuentan con una sensación exuberante muy tropical. Te encantará pasear por los terrenos cerrados y explorar los pequeños arroyos, estanques de koi, fuentes y alcobas escondidas. El complejo también está equipado con dos piscinas, dos jacuzzis, una estación de parrilla comercial, sala de juegos, sala de pesas y cardio y varias instalaciones de lavandería. North Coast Village es realmente un lugar único para unas vacaciones inolvidables.

Amazing stay!

We had a beautiful stay and loved hearing the ocean! So close to the beach and we loved the added bonuses of a swimming pool, spa, and Koi Fish pond. Loved walking to the other local places like the Pier and harbor. Condo was comfortable and we enjoyed all the beach equipment provided. Would definitely stay again!

Week at the beach

Loved the condo. Perfect location for a respite from the heat! Set up was perfect for my wife and I. Very comfortable bed. Shower and appliances worked well. Great having a washer/dryer in the condo. Looking forward to next years visit!

Lovely property with great amenities!

We enjoyed our weekend away staying at this condo in Oceanside. The pool is huge and family friendly! The flowers around the property were beautiful, and made me feel like I was in a tropical island oasis. The koi pond is a nice fun feature too. It was a little loud at night, with car horns waking us up at 3 AM, but that is to be expected many beachfront locations.

Quick trip to recharge

What a lovely unit! Comfortable beds, remodeled bath, no complaints at all! The view is very nice for being on the side. Easy access to the beach. Wonderful to have the chairs and umbrella available. We used the gym and it had everything we needed. Highly reccomend this property!

Overlooking the Strand

Excellent location. Comfortable beds. Dryer doesn’t work properly. Requires 3 rounds to dry one small load. Adorably decorated. Love the gas fireplace. The kitchen is nice. The shower water pressure is low but adequate. We had a great stay. Would love to stay here again.

Great location

We enjoyed staying at North Coast village, the interior design of the unit is very nicely decorated, bed is comfortable, fresh new linens, enough towels. Kitchen is equipped enough for cooking for the family. Washer and dryer in the unit is a plus, yet dryer does not dry well. But overall it was a good experience!

Anniversary trip

We had a fantastic time and the condo it was very nice we didn’t cook at all there just went out. Very close walking distance to the beach. We loved having a washer and dryer in the condo and the walk in shower was great. The only thing that happened was there wasn’t enough toilet paper there only 3 rolls for 11 days. We definitely want to come back to this condo. Thank you

Excellent stay. Did notice the storage locker had broken Chair in it. All rusted. Sadly dragged to beach before noticed. Also the tv in master one of the legs of stand was broken. Lovely stay. We will return. Everything was ready and perfect. Thx you.

Wonderful Vacation

The unit was fantastic. Very clean, great views, a great feature I thought, was that parking was close to the unit so you don't have to take the elevator. Nice munchies upon arrival. The water was out a couple of times during my stay but didn't have a direct affect on me. I would definitely recommend staying there and will for sure book this condo again. My recommendation to the owners is to make available Netflix, Amazon, etc, to visitors that are able to sign in under their accounts. Thank you for sharing your condo.

The fact that this property is managed by two management companies makes this overpriced. Also they penalized me for booking inside of 60 days because I didn't make the full payment 60 days before the stay. So I ask you, if I book inside of 60 days before the stay, how can I pay for the booking 60 days before. At 60 days before, I didn't even know I was going on a vacation.

What a dream!

This unit is spacious, clean, and nicely decorated, with a gorgeous ocean view from the balcony. The Murphy’s bed was shockingly comfortable, and the living area still had plenty of space to use when the bed was down. The ocean breeze kept it cool, and we never once heard the train. The complex is lovely and well maintained- reminded me of a complex we have stayed at in Hawaii but even nicer. Only minor issues are the dryer takes forever to dry anything and there was only one not-broken chair and one useable boogie board when we got there. We requested and received lovely replacements, but waited 48 hours after our request. Minor inconvenience. Overall this place is fabulous and I would definitely stay again!

We LOVED staying at this property in Oceanside. We would definitely come back!

We would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Oceanside. Our only regret was that we didn't have more time to spend at the property and make more use of the pool, hot tub and other amenities included. It felt like you were at a resort. The unit we rented had a prime location. The picture from the deck is exactly what we saw. We enjoyed our morning coffee with this gorgeous view, being just steps from the beach and the ocean. We could watch the surfers and people walking the beach. We even saw a school of what we think were dolphins one morning. You could walk to a variety of fun restaurants nearby, which made you feel like you were at a small beach town. I hope to return and would definitely choose this unit again. It had everything we could need and then some. LOVED! LOVED! LOVED!

The. Washer dryer are shot (I rent condo with those due to being handicapped) when washer don't wring water from clothes this presenented me with undue issues and a lot of $$$ using the laundry!!!!!snd asking someone for help! This was a problem last time also. I suggest to owners to replace unit it looks like very old Also Atend of visit, ants appereared in bathroom and cub boards in kitchen. We dealt with Worn out!!! Otherwise I-love lighthouse on the shore!!very comfortable snd beautifull decor! The bath vanity looks great painted gray. !!! The ocean view from patio is awesome also for pier view! Being at end of the strand is always fun.. very Busy dead end street! Looking forward to next march2023😀

Close to beach and parking garage

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. We stayed in another one last year but it wasn't as updated. This one is updated, clean and very well equipped - towels, kitchen appliances and pots and pans, tablewear, etc. Even the TV works with a LOT of choices of channels. (However, instructions on how to use the TV remotes would be very helpful.) The beds were awesome. We tried to use the oscillating fan (really warm in the back bedroom) but it was not working, in that, it was loose from the base and really squeaking! We loved easy, quick access to the beach and car. Again, better directions to the condo after you park would be really helpful! It took us quite a while to find it because it wasn't clear on the map we were given. Last, it is VERY noisy starting around 8-9pm. I had to call the police because there were so many cars, motorcycles, trucks with music blaring and/or very loud motors. The end of the road meets the beginning of the strand so it's a gathering place for many to meet. The police patrolled more the rest of the week after I called so it was a little better. (Full disclosure - my son is an Oceanside police officer so I did get immediate attention.) Anyway, just be aware that it is noisy if you are sleeping in the Murphy Bed (which we preferred due to providing fresh ocean breezes). Thanks for the wonderful cleanliness and well-thought-out provisions. (Nice treats in the basket upon arrival =)

Great getaway

Northcoast Village offers an excellent place to getaway. The condo was very nice. My 28 yo son used the murphy bed and said it was very comfortable. . There was TONS of storage at the condo and the kitchen had everything we needed - everything from cookware, to trash bags, paper towels, dish washer soap, etc.. We loved the 10 minute walk to the pier and the walk to the Thursday Sunset Market. We have stayed at Northcoast Village before and prefer the South facing view so that the sun is not right in our eyes. We can look at the pier and the people this way. There was construction going on with the units across the street which was distracting during the workweek, but that is not their fault. Management was extremely communicative throughout the process which was appreciated. We did call about the dryer taking a long time to dry and they had a representative out there within two hours – very impressive! We had thought it may have been because I did not have it on "high heat" but they were still willing to have a dryer service tech come out on Wednesday. Not wanting to cost the owner money due to my error, I told them it was not necessary. But on Thursday when I went to wash another (very) small load, it again took over two hours to dry. I did not call as it was my last load of laundry and did not want someone coming during my stay but I did notify them upon checkout of the need to have the dryer serviced. I do have to add that you do see the public bathrooms a bit more than the pictures represent. There are no trees or flowers to obscure them as the pictures may lead you to believe. However, I have stayed at Northcoast before and was aware of the bathrooms and knew this ahead of time. The view of the pier, ocean and sounds were still very beautiful and soothing!! I still think south facing and close to the beach where you can see the pier is the way to go! Overall, a great week, great communication and lovely unit.
