Love this place

This was our second stay here as we loved it so much last year that we booked again. The views are breathtaking from the terrace and the pool area. The separate master suite on a lower level works for us travelling with our adult children. The property is immaculate and comfortable and I’m sure we’ll be back!

Great villa

Fantastic views from the terrace and swimming pool area. The villa had everything we needed. Lots of steps and a steep walk up from the port but totally worth it when you see the view of the port. Loved it so much we’ve booked to come back next year.

Port Soller villa with stunning views

Stunning 180 degree view of the bay and port from pool and dining terrace. Rare walking distance to the beach, restaurants and port. Separated master suite, unheated pool and steep walk back not ideal for young families or elderly but fine for teens/adults. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing place for a family vacation

We stayed during the month of July, 2022 and had a blast, the house was received very clean and had everything we needed. It was perfect for stay, we had the upstairs space with the kitchen and living area and a wonderful terrace overlooking the beautiful sunsets of the port. Our baby boy was provided with a babycot, tub and high chair as requested. The downstairs has a room with shower and bathroom with is perfect for another couple staying. The pool is amazing, spacious and can’t beat the view. The town has everything you need and is a short drive to multiple little villages and only 40 min from the airport. Will definitely stay again.

We stay in Soller every year but this was by far our favourite villa. The location- so close to the Port is a dream. Easy to walk down (and back up!) the steep few roads down. Easy to park outside the property. The villa inside is immaculate, minimalist , modern and stylishly designed. Airy and light. The outside with a very good sized pool by Soller standards, wraparound terrace with THE best view we’ve ever encountered is simply a dream. You can’t take your eyes off it. Anna at Selected Holiday Homes was truly wonderful to deal with also. We’d love to return.

Superbe villa tout confort avec vue magnifique

Nous avons passé une semaine à la villa. Tout était parfait. La gérante était toujours disponible et très serviable. La vue est à couper le souffle. Et les couchers de soleil magnifiques. La villa est géniale et tout le nécessaire est à disposition. Les produits laissés à notre attentions à l’arrivée ont été très appréciés. Nous recommandons cette location!

Amazing Week in the most Spectacular Villa

We have just returned home from the most wonderful week at this amazing villa. It exceeded our expectations and was simply the best holiday house we have ever visited. The villa was immaculate, superbly kitted out with everything you could ever need. With some lovely welcoming treats of cava, cake and soft drinks and beer. We cannot thank Anna and Marie enough and we will definitely be back. We loved the Port and Soller train trips too, enjoyed fantastic nights in looking at the view and a BBQ or two, and some super night dining out too. Just brilliant in every way. Jo, Stu, Evy and Isla xxx

Traumhaus mit Traumaussicht

Nach einer reibungslosen Übernahme verbrachten wir einen unvergesslichen Urlaub in einem sehr sauberen und gepflegten Haus. Die wunderschöne Poollandschaft und der traumhafte Ausblick aufs Meer machten die Ferien perfekt. Schön und sympathisch war auch das Kennenlernen des Besitzers. Dieses Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wonderful views overlooking the Port

The villa has a fantastic location with magnificent views over the Port. The walk down hill to the Port takes only 5 mins, however coming back it's very steep and I would highly recommend hiring a car or a taxi costs 6/7 euros. The villa itself is very clean and well maintained. The pool area gets the sun around lunch time right through to early evening (august). From the balcony you can watch the sun set and is truly wonderful. The villa is very well equipped, more than any other I have previously stayed in. Plenty of towels both bath and pool, large jar of coffee pods, a bottle of champagne, large bottles of water, olive oil, bags of BBQ charcoal and other items were very much appreciated. The owner even brought us pastries for breakfast one morning. He is very friendly and helpful as was Anna from the management company. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa, you just need to bare in mind the 3rd bedroom has a separate entrance underneath the balcony which could be a problem if staying with young children. Port Soller itself has some wonderful restaurants and bars. Its the third time we have been to the resort with children aged 12 and 15 years. The children can have some independence without being too far away. The people are welcoming and friendly. I would recommend this resort for couples and families.

We had a fantastic holiday in Villa Sa Caseta. The villa is very modern and comfortable with a great pool and amazing views. Fantastic villa

Just returned from a wonderful stay in this villa. Immaculately clean, very well equipped and extremely comfortable. The agent was very, very helpful and surprised us with chilled cava on arrival ! The view from this property over Port de Soller is amazing. As a resort Port de Soller is blissfully quiet, especially in the evening when all the day trippers have gone. Fantastic restaurants locally. I would highly recommend this villa. Just a few additional points to consider though; This villa is at the top of a steep windy hill , car recommended unless you are very fit ! Also there are quite a lot if steps up to this villa from the road so perhaps not ideal for some. The third bedroom is outside and down some steps from the rest of the house so this should be considered if to be used by children. Despite this, this really is a wonderful villa.
