CACHI 3 es un espacioso e impresionante apartamento en el corazón del centro histórico de Lucca, en PIAZZA SAN GIOVANNI, frente a su iglesia, con una vista maravillosa de la fachada románica, los mármoles blancos de Carrara y los azulejos. Cada ventana es una imagen. Precioso panorama desde el balcón! Vista privilegiada de la belleza de la plaza San Giovanni y de los jardines interiores.

El apartamento se encuentra en el tercer piso de un edificio residencial y tiene ELEVADOR. El apartamento cuenta con aire acondicionado en cada habitación y una conexión wifi muy confiable proporcionada por la compañía telefónica nacional.

Lujo desde el principio: un ascensor te lleva desde la calle hasta la puerta del apartamento. El apartamento se encuentra en un tercer piso y consta de una entrada con una cocina moderna totalmente equipada abierta, conectada a una sala de estar grande y luminosa con sofá, asientos, una gran televisión plana, una mesa para 6 y una ventana francesa que se abre a una amplia terraza panorámica. Terraza con otra mesa de comedor para 6 y un sofá. La zona de noche cuenta con dos habitaciones dobles (una con cama de matrimonio y otra con una cama individual) y dos baños con duchas. Ambas habitaciones tienen ventanas con vistas a la fachada de la iglesia de San Giovanni: ¡la vista es fantástica!

Te encantará el ambiente mágico de este lugar. Historia por un lado y comodidades modernas por el otro. Muebles de diseño. Lamparas de diseño. Detalles muy cuidados. A Wonderful 2 Weeks in Lucca

The team and Manuel were very responsive when we needed any help. All the appliances worked well, and the new mattress toppers that were added made the beds much more comfortable. I think it is time to replace the sofa in the living room. It is very uncomfortable to sit on and seems to be getting less supportive. Also, the red rope chair in the living room is very uncomfortable and we did not use it.

This place was just fantastic! It is large & clean and has a well equipped kitchen. The location was convenient and Manuel was so helpful in getting us a cab to and from the parking garage. The patio was perfect for evening wine & cheese. We were very happy with our stay! The elevator is slow but it works!!

I spent five nights in the property with my wife. The apartment is clean, modern and very well located, we could easily walk anywhere within the walled city area, plenty of bars, restaurants churches, museums. We particularly enjoyed spending early evening on the terrace watching the swifts overhead while having a sun-downer.

Manuel was always kind and responsive in communication. We were greeted by him upon check-in.. it was smooth, and we appreciated that check in time was easy to coordinate. Apartment 3 was just lovely. Location was perfect and Lucca is a great town to relax. We had a clogged drain and was fixed immediately. Stella was not attentive during chec in and it would have been nice to know how to use heater/ac unit.

Perfect place.

This was our 3rd, week long stay in Lucca. Previously, we had a lovely apartment that wasn’t available this time. We were pleasantly surprised with this apartment and particularly the attention from Lucca Apartments and Villas. Everyone working there is upbeat and efficient. The apartment is in a great location although, within the walls, it’s hard not to be centrally located. It is simple, spacious and filled with light. Highly recommend it.

Yes, it is slow as previous guests have stated, but when you have luggage, groceriesif you are tired it is great to have. The apartment is well designed with two bedrooms and two baths. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. There is a laundry room with drying racks. The terrace is amazing, I just wish that we had used it more but we were constantly on the go. The apartment is located in a piazza along with the church of San Giovanni. They have nightly Puccini concerts which we highly recommend. Great restaurants are close by. The information booklet that the owners put together is very helpful and I recommend taking their advice. This is a great place to stay.
