Precioso apartamento en el centro histórico de Cefalú A 150 metros de la playa

Encantador apartamento recientemente renovado para 4 (hasta 6) personas en el centro histórico de Cefalu ', cerca de la famosa Catedral de Norman y 150 metros de la hermosa playa. La ubicación de este apartamento se encuentra en el corazón absoluto de la ciudad, justo al lado de Corso Ruggero, donde se encuentran muchas tiendas, restaurantes típicos y encantadores, cafés, pubs, son ideales para relajarse y disfrutar de las actividades diarias. El apartamento está situado justo en frente del palacio histórico del rey Roger II (Osterio Magno) y está perfectamente indicado para los turistas que quieren disfrutar de la vida de este antiguo pueblo de pescadores, ahora un pequeño pueblo, encaramado entre el mar y una piedra caliza escarpada promontorio, tierra marcada por una catedral y un laberinto de calles estrechas. El apartamento (más de 90 m²) está dispuesto de tal manera: agradable y encantadora sala de estar con un cómodo sofá cama doble, TV vía satélite, equipo de alta fidelidad, conexión a Internet Wi-Fi, una mesa con sillas para comer para cuatro / seis personas, dos habitaciones dobles (posibilidad de añadir una cuna para su bebé si es necesario), una cocina nueva y bien equipada con utensilios de cocina, gas, horno, lavadero adicional con lavadora, comedor y dos baños con ducha.
Las dos habitaciones dan a un balcón exactamente delante del "Osterio Magno".

INFORMACIÓN DE ESTACIONAMIENTO: no se trata de estacionamiento solo en la cercanía del apartamento que se encuentra en una zona de tráfico restringido.
El aparcamiento gratuito más cercano está a unos 200 metros del apto pero si quieres una alternativa fácil, a 400 metros hay un aparcamiento privado que aplica un descuento para nuestros huéspedes y que garantizará un lugar seguro, de fácil acceso y controlado para tu coche .

Cefalu holiday

We loved our stay in Cefalu. Our apartment was in a great location close to everything including shops restaurants and the beach. Our host Dario was wonderful and helpful and went out of his way to make our stay memorable.

Wunderschöne, gepflegte Ferienwohnung im Herzen von Cefalu. Wir und auch unsere drei Söhne haben sich sofort wohl gefühlt. Auch Dario haben wir unmittelbar ins Herz geschlossen. Great location and a very helpful host.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 11 day stay in this spacious well situated apartment. All amenities were close to hand including the shops, restaurants, Duomo and the beach. Dario was extremely helpful and accommodating, the holiday very enjoyable. We had a boat trip from Cefalu to the Aeolian Islands, stopping at Vulcano, Salina and Panarea, then circled Stromboli where the volcano was erupting. Walk up Le Rocca, stunning views. Also hired a car, drove to Tusa where we had a nice meal at Le Giare, stopped enroute at Halaesa, founded in 403BC. Favourite restaurant in Cefalu was Le Chat Noir.

Stylish historic town apartment

We’ve had a glorious week in Cefalù. Dario is a hugely welcoming host. The apartment has charm, comfort and space. Cefalù is full of great restaurants and bars and you are right in the historic centre. Walk to sunbath on the beach or snorkel off the rocks. A climb up la Rocca must be accomplished for the views. We hired a car as it’s an hour from the airport and also drove to Segesta and Syracuse which we’d recommend. Between midnight and eight it’s quiet but otherwise the streets are noisy with town bustle so enjoy a drink in the square and get up for a super coffee and pastry. Thank you Dario and Cefalù 😍💕

A Fantastic Holiday :-)

We had a great stay in Dario's apartment. Dario was a perfect host and we couldn't have asked for more. Dario was very gracious and polite and kept in contact prior to and during our holiday helping us with any queries that we had. The apartment was great, it was very clean, tidy and well equipped and I would highly recommend anyone to stay here. The location is perfect very central and everything is on your doorstep and within easy walking distance to very nice restaurants, bars, shops and the beech - everything is so central. We had a great holiday in a beautiful apartment in a beautiful town - thank you Dario so very much and particularly a special thank you from our two Mums - being able to bring them with us meant a lot to us - you were very kind and we are very grateful - we hope to return again soon !

Live like a local

My wife and I spent a week in this wonderful 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment in Cefalu’s historic center. We loved the modern kitchen with all the new appliances and utensils. The living room-dining room area was open with lots of natural light and a great tv, stereo, sofa, and the dining table was big enough for 6 people. This is where we would plan our day and map out our trips to Palermo and Agrigento on the great WiFi . The smaller bedroom was my dressing room with 2 single beds and the master was larger with a very comfortable bed and a sofa. Both bedrooms had access to the balcony overlooking the Via Ruggero. Both bathrooms were modern with toilets, bidets, sinks, and showers with lots of hot water. There was also another dining area that sat 4 people if you had a large group. We also had access to a washer and iron and ironing board in a spare room across the hall. Our host Dario was the best. He was always prompt and courteous with suggestions and answers to questions. The apartment was spotless and very homey. We loved our apartment in Cefalù and hated to leave it. Thanks for everything Dario. Rick and Becky

Great apartment close to everything.

It was hard finding where to park and nerve racking to be in a traffic jam not knowing what to do. We contacted Dario and in a minute he found us and helped us find parking. He was always available to answer any questions. We loved the apartment, clean, spacious and modern with even a laundry room to do our laundry. There was four of us staying together with no problem.

Fabulous apartment

This was one of our best apartment stays ever. The location is amazing- central to beach, train, shopping and restaurants. We loved sitting on the little terrace at night and watching the action on the street below. The actual apartment itself is very spacious, super clean, and very comfortable. Dario was an absolute pleasure... extremely responsive, friendly, great attention to detail and welcoming. We loved Cefalù and would not want to stay anywhere else but in this fantastic apartment!

Lovely apartment in a great little town

We had a really nice week in this lovely apartment. We stayed there with three adults and three children and it was spacious enough for all of us. We stayed during May half term which is a really good time to go - not too hot or crowded. Cefalu is a really good base - atmospheric with little narrow streets to explore, and plenty of nice restaurants to eat in. Great beach for the children. The only thing about the apartment was that it was quite noisy at night, because on one of the main streets in the centre, but then you have to expect that if you are based in the centre of town, and the apartment was ideally located for walking down to the beach or to go out and eat in the evening. It had everything we needed, and was perfect for our stay. We would definitely return (to Sicily, to Cefalu and to the apartment!)

a beautiful apartment in the center of town

My 3 sisters and my Mom arrived in this beautiful apartment with cobblestone steps in the center of town and were greeted by Dario and his welcoming gift of wine. The apartment is spacious, warm, inviting, with a kitchen equipped with every thing you'd need if you wanted to stay in and cook. We all had plenty of space to spread out and relax, super comfortable beds, great bathrooms with good showers. It was also immaculate. Staying here was a highlight of our trip to Cefalu. It was perfect. I plan on returning. Thank you again, Dario for all your help and making us so welcome.

Fabulous apartment at the centre of everything!

We were lucky enough to stay in this beautiful apartment for three weeks - Dario is the perfect host. He arranged transfers for us, helped us source a taxi when we needed one and, because ours was an extended stay, arranged additional cleaning. A friendly and lovely person to deal with as well as extremely responsive. The apartment itself is beautiful - and even bigger than it looks. There were three of us and there was plenty of space for all of us to find a quiet spot when we wanted to! It was cleaned to an immaculate standard and very comfortable. The boys were delighted to find the TV was showing all of the Euro 2016 games! The laundry room was a great space to store sandy equipment after long days at the beach, the kitchen large and really well equipped. There's a second dining space which also has the large fridge/freezer so plenty of room for delicious drinks and food! It's well decorated, nicely furnished and felt like a home from home. The building is very historic and right in the heart of the historical centre, close to every shop, restaurant or facility you could need (including the amazing RossoRubino bar and great cake shops...!) It's also less than five minutes to the beach, a stroll to the base of La Rocca and about 15 minutes to the old port. For those looking for a quiet location, it is busy on the street outside the balcony (not New York busy, but certainly bustling) but we felt we were in the heart of things, hearing people go about their daily lives in this beautiful city. We spent our days exploring, snorkelling, climbing La Rocca and enjoying the beautiful beach. This is a great apartment in a wonderful location.

Georgeous stay in a gorgeous place

What a fabulous place to stay in to get a real taste of the stunning Cefalu. Located right in the centre of all the action, we felt like locals as soon as we arrived. Dario is charming and always happy and cannot do enough to make your stay memorable. Cefalu felt victim three days before our stay to some arsonists that set fire to the Cefalu countryside, and with the damage Dario lost some of his own property, however you wouldn't know it, as he was as lovely as ever. The apartment is huge and suited our family of four perfectly. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a full kitchen and another dining room. Everything we needed was there, and only a short walk down to the beach was welcomed on hot days. The Osterio Magno apratment was well-priced for such a comfortable stay, and we felt in luxury. I would encourage anyone to stay here, you definitely won't be dissappointed.

The best location!

Spacious, well equipped apartment in the heart of Cefalu. A short stroll to the beach but in the heart of the town so atmospheric (if a little noisy but that's the Italian way - you soon adjust to this!) Apartment has everything for a relaxing holiday and the spacious kitchen and eating area are great if you like to cook - we bought local fish and seafood - helpful owner who recommended a fantastic local restaurant for a birthday celebration and met us to help find the apartment on a very busy Sunday afternoon - if you are out of season and plan to just relax without any day trips then you may like us find the car parked up for your stay - at least 10-15 minute walk as centre has no free parking apart from local residents. in May most of the coastal towns were pretty much shut - we had a trip up the coast though and found a local restaurant for a good fish lunch. Overall we loved the apartment and had a relaxing week - Dario was a very helpful host and kept in touch.

Perfect Location in Cefalu'

This is a beautiful and comfortable apartment on the main pedestrian walking street in Cefalu' The large well equipped kitchen makes entertaining and preparing meals fun for all. I loved the fact that I could stand on my balcony and be serenaded by beautiful guitar music in the evenings and watch the processions for the holidays pass just below. The town movie theater is just across the street, and a great small grocer is two doors away for convenience. The furnishings are not only beautiful but extremely comfortable as well. The Duomo is just steps away as well as gelato and many restaurants to chose from. Just a short stroll down the cobbled street to one of the best beaches in Sicily. This was my second stay and I plan on returning every year. I highly recommend this apartment. The owner is a wonderful man and will accommodate any of your needs if possible.

Wonderful apartment, charming, rich of character

Dario is a fabulous host. We called him as we were coming in to Cefalu for directions as we agreed to. He said to look for him at a certain gas station and he was there as promised. We followed him on his motorcycle and he found us free parking 5 minutes walk from the apartment that is very central, on Corso Ruggero, in the main old street in the ancient part of town. Nice balcony right over the Corso. Great for people watching. He had written instructions for the Internet, suggestions for restaurants and a map of the city. He has a warm and vibrant personality. He responded to all our questions very quickly. The apartment itself was terrific, spotless and tastefully decorated. It is very large and could quite easily accommodate at least 6 adults. It had everything you could need for your visit, large 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a big shower. Great kitchen is well equipped. 2 dining areas. Eclectic and artsy furnishings. Dario showed us all around the apt and even the separate private laundry room across the hall. Good WiFi. 50 feet from an alimentari. 200 feet from the duomo. Heart of everything. 3 minute walk to the start of the trail up La Rocca. The location is right in the center of the shopping district and within a short walk to the beach which was very clean. We were there at the end of the season but I imagine the beach would be quite lively during the busy tourist season. We enjoyed the quiet. We had a car but chose to use the train for a trip to Palermo. The station is a short walk and the trip is only about 50 minutes; very convenient. We would highly recommend this apartment and this host.

Wonderful place, wonderful holiday!

Gorgeous place, right in the centre of town, really nicely renovated, spotless and everything in great condition. Dario is a brilliant host, friendly and available any time we needed anything. Cefalu is a paradise, easily accessible from Palermo, though it was difficult to drag us away from that beach and the cobbled-stone streets of Cefalu. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. Highly recommended!

Cannot recommend too highly.

We have just returned from a hugely enjoyable 10-day stay in Cefalu. The apartment was fantastic; larger and better than I had expected and the location was superb. It's bang in the centre of the Old Town and just 5 minutes walk to the beach. It was just perfect for the four of us - me, wife and two children, and I would recommend without hesitation or reservation. And Dario, the owner, was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We certainly intend to make a return visit.

This very old apartment of the last century was the old grandfather's medical study that, over the years, was many times renovated and converted to be more comfortable and functional.
Now it is a nice and charming apartment perfectly located in the center of the old town, just 5 minutes walk from the sea and from all the main places of interest: Piazza Duomo, the Cathedral, the Tourist Office, the Markets, the Port, the Bars, Pubs and Restaurants.
From here you will be immersed in the real life of this amazing village
