Villa Margarida by Laranjal Rentals es una excelente propiedad ubicada en Olhos de Água - Albufeira, amplias áreas dentro y fuera. Con 5 dormitorios grandes (3 en suite) un gran balcón orientado al sur con fantásticas vistas al mar y al campo. Una sala de estar muy cómoda con una gran pantalla LED al lado de la mesa de billar y el área de comedor, todas con amplias puertas de vidrio que dan al salón exterior, barbacoa y área de la piscina, la piscina se puede vallar para la seguridad de los niños. Césped grande, ideal para juegos de niños con columpios y toboganes, debajo de esta área se encuentra la casa de la piscina con ping-pong y futbolín.
En tan solo 2 minutos a pie encontrará varios buenos restaurantes y bares, si camina más lejos, después de 5 minutos encontrará todo lo que necesita, supermercado grande, mercado local de pescado, cafetería, farmacia, periódico / tienda de tabaco. La playa de Olhos de Água o la playa de María Luísa se encuentran a 850 metros de distancia, a menos de 10 minutos caminando en buen camino, aquí encontrará varias tiendas, bares, buenos restaurantes y una variedad de actividades en la playa. Varias otras buenas playas para explorar a 5 minutos en coche. El centro histórico de Albufeira y la playa de Oura están a 4 km y el puerto deportivo, el casino y el campo de golf de Vilamoura, a 15 minutos en coche. Cómoda y bien preparada

La casa muy limpia y cómoda. Piscina y jacuzzi a buena temperatura, aunque el tiempo no acompañó. Espacios amplios y agradables para estar en familia (éramos 14). Las habitaciones espaciosas. La ubicación de la casa buena, con un supermercado muy cerca, aunque un poco más lejos de la playa. Muy recomendable para familias con niños pequeños

The property was absolutely brilliant, great location and fantastic amenities. The check in and check out process was flawless. My family and I had one of the best holidays together and we could not fault the accommodation. We look forward to visiting again next year.

Perfect for large group!

Villa Margarida was amazing! The size of the place was perfect for us (a larger group of friends and family), having the swimming pool, table tennis and pool table kept everyone entertained throughout. The villa is also in a great location in between Albuferia and Villamoura, with cheap taxis either way. We would definitely recommend! Thanks again.

Fabulous!

We had the best time during our stay over New Year 2023/24! The property had everything to make our family celebrations the best they could be including heated pool and jacuzzi, walled garden for our 2 dogs, pool table, table tennis and foozball. The house itself is large and accommodating, with a great, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms with lots of bathrooms and ample hot water. The supermarket and beach were within easy walking distance and there is ample parking. The host even installed a charging point for our Tesla! We really couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you João, Élia and Luiz for all you did for us. Can’t wait to come back!!!

Lovely villa, would thoroughly recommend

We had a weeks holiday in October half term at this villa. Child of 11 years old, and 16 years old, plus 5 adults in our party. No issues with space with us all staying in the same property. Everywhere was spotless, good sized rooms, plenty of utensils/crockery/glasses etc in the kitchen. Bedrooms all good, beds comfortable, bathroom and an-suites all very good. Lots of seating in the main lounge. Plenty of games to play, which certainly helped when it rained a couple of times. The table tennis and bar football and pool table kept us all entertained. Plenty of bars and restaurants all within a short walking distance, we sampled most of them, no complaints. We also walked in to Olhos de Agua Centre, not far either, all down hill, walking back was no problem uphill. Local supermarket is also within walking distance, stocks everything needed. Owner Joao looked after the whole booking and managing process very well, we were met by Elia the maid when we arrived quite late, she was very friendly. Any issues were dealt with effectively and efficiently, even when it was out of their hands / bad weather for 1 day. There is also a folder in the villa with good recommendations for restaurants and bars etc, very helpful. All in all I have no hesitation in recommending this villa to anyone of any sized family of any ages.

Excelente Villa , melhor ao vivo do que nas fotos. Excelente espaço muito bom jardim , boa piscina e jacuzzi , água quente uma excelente opção . Excelente espaço para as crianças , snooker , ténis de mesa e matraquilhos , baloiços e escorrega . Uma Villa fantástica para famílias. Quartos muito bons ( grandes ) 4 Wcs , cozinha muito boa com frigorífico americano com gelo em cubos e água filtrada. Um agradecimento a governanta Elia e ao sr Luís da manutenção sempre atenciosos e prontos a responder aos nossos pedidos. Muito obrigado, uma Villa para voltar .

Beautiful villa in a great location

My family and I stayed here early October and everything was perfect. We had two 1 year olds in the party and the villa provided everything we could have asked for - cots, high chairs, even the pool was fenced off. The location was great as well with a good supermarket 5 minute walk and a great beach with shops and restaurants only 10 minutes walk. Couldn’t recommend Villa Margarida more highly...already looking forward to next year!

Perfect for families

Our family of 7 adults and two toddlers have just returned from a wonderful 10 days in this great villa. It has everything a large family needs,plenty of room ,lovely comfortable beds,great bathrooms,plenty of seating,inside and out, great location,short walk from everything you would need. Joao and his team were excellent,very easy to contact at all times. We have visited the Algarve many times and this it the best villa we have stayed in. Thank you Joao, we may be back !

Incredible place for a large family in Albufeira

This is a grand place to stay for a family vacation. It can handle a party of 17 people easily. The host was very responsive when we forgot the combination for the safe, he responded the same day to fix it. The location is terrific as it's 400 meters or so from the beach. The people are pleasant and not pretentious at all. When we needed any help the team responded the very same day. The host is very receptive to the need of his guests & tries to fulfill them. I dare say the host goes above and beyond the call of duty. If you have children or a large family and plan to visit Albufeira then this is the place. If we come back then we are staying here again. We would plan to revisit other properties owned by our host Joao.

Long stay in villa Margarida

The villa Margarida provides all the comfort needed for a long stay. Apart from the spacoius living room, well located bedrooms at the sunny side of the villa, the well equipped kitchen it also provided a billiard table and separate housing for a tennis table, etc.. The weekly cleaning is done by dedicated staff and supply of towels is well organised. The villa is located in close vincinity of restaurants with a large variaty of foods/kitchens. The owner is very responsive in case of any problems one may encounter. In summary, the vacation of 6 weeks in villa Margarida was very enjoyable and combined with the nice weather and a many golf courses around, it has been a superb experience.

Beautiful Villa, Perfect Location

This is our No.1 villa of choice when staying in Portugal. We have stayed in many other villas in the area before however once we stayed in Villa Margarida it was obvious none of them could compete in future. The location is perfect for a self catering family holiday. A few minutes walk to many restaurants that are really excellent, Less than a five minute walk to the supermarket and less than a ten minute walk to the local beach. Albufeira Old Town is also only a short taxi ride away. The villa is fairly new and modern. The pool and grounds are just fantastic and we particularly liked the security shutters that black out all windows. Perfect for a great nights sleep when that sun comes up early. The owner Joao is also the perfect host. Nothing is too much trouble and everything is taken care of for when you arrive to ensure the perfect holiday awaits. On our recent visit our son was ill with a virus that he picked up in the UK and Joao was so kind in helping us out in so many ways. We can’t thank you enough for your generosity. Myself and the family can not wait for our visit to Villa Margarida again next year. See you soon

This villa is of high quality throughout.

This villa is exactly as advertised: high quality, clean and well maintained. Excellent air conditioning throughout. We would certainly recommend the pool and jacuzzi heating. The staff are friendly and most helpful. After arriving early we were able to leave the suitcases and go for lunch. Any problems were sorted quickly. The villa was conveniently located for the supermarket (5 minutes walk) restaurants (many within walking distance) and the beach (15 minutes walk). car not needed, we used a minibus for 12 to travel to water parks and Zoomarine. We were a party of 11 ranging from 4 years old to 65 year old grandparents. At the end of our holiday a precious toy was left behind and this was returned by post. In summary - highly recommended.

Excellent Villa

We stayed in Villa Margarida as a family of ten for two weeks during July / August 2018. We ranged from Grandparents to 4 and 7 year old grandchildren. As a family group we have enjoyed a number of villa holidays but Villa Margarida allowed us to experience the best holiday to date. The location of the villa is excellent with no car being required. Two beaches and Olhos de Agua centre being a 15 / 20 minute walk away. The large supermarket is a 5 minutes walk and there are numerous restaurants within easy reach. We also enjoyed the space provided by the villa, both inside and out and the safe environment. Electric gates at the front, a house alarm, blackout shutters at all windows, a pool fence and stair gates for the children. The Owner Mr Joao Barreto was very responsive to all emails and provided good advice when requested. Elia (housemaid) and her husband Luis (maintenance) are also very nice to deal with. Highly recommended

Stunning villa

We stayed at this villa 2-9 June 2018 and had a lovely time. The villa is well equipped and has everything you need. Very spacious so plenty of room for a big family. Super market was a 5 min walk up the road so we could get all of our food supplies. Some nice restaurants just past the supermarket, all that's missing is a few bars, we didn't want anything too lively as we had a 4 month old with us but there was no where to have a few drinks before/after dinner unless you went into the new and old town which was a cab ride away. Overall we had a lovely time the weather wasn't great but that can't be helped. Thank you for letting us stay, highly recommend.

Brilliant Villa perfect for three generations

Fabulous stay in lovely villa,11 of us covering three generations really enjoyed it. Excellent facilities, very well equipped and secure. Great location next to very good Italian restaurant and 5mins from supermarket. Olhos de Agua fishing village and beach easy walking distance. Short taxi ride to Villamoura and Albufeira. We would love to return in the future

Our stay in Villa Margarida

Villa Margarida is situated on a fine location in the middle of Olhos d'Agua in close vicinity of Albufeira and Vilamoura. The villa is furnished with fit-for purpose furniture, including the possibilities to, when the weather is less attractive, to entertain yourself in the house. A billiard table is in the house itself and in a separate little garden house a table tennis table is available. The living room is spacious and the four bedrooms upstairs are situated at the sunny side of the house and have a nice feeling with beds of good quality. Outside of the house there is a comfortable seating area and adequate loungers around the swimming pool. The owner of the house employs nice staff for cleaning and handyman-activities. In case of problems occurring, he responds quickly and efficiently. Kees van Burg
