Esta casa con piscina de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños frente al mar fue totalmente remodelada en 2014. Decorado con buen gusto con un tema de vida costera, todo en esta casa es completamente nuevo ... baños, cocina, piscina, etc. Todos los muebles también son nuevos, incluidos todos los colchones de alta calidad en cada habitación.
La casa está ubicada en una tranquila calle sin salida en un tranquilo vecindario residencial cerca de la costa del centro de San Petersburgo. Tiene capacidad para seis y está totalmente equipado para proporcionar una experiencia de vacaciones divertida y relajante para familias de todas las edades. Disfrute de kayak, andar en bicicleta o relajarse en la piscina.

Great home in a great location.

The house looks quite small from the outside but it is actually very spacious. It is super clean and comfortable. It has a nice pool area. It is located at the end of a very quiet street. Many different kinds of birds living there make you feel like you are staying in a bird sanctuary.

Peaceful location away from the beach but close to St Pete

A nice, peaceful location and well equipped home for St Pete but less convenient if you want to spend alot of time at St Pete or Clearwater beaches. Nice backyard and pool and saw the dolphins several times during feeding times.. We enjoyed visiting the downtown area which is only a few mins away.

First 4th of July in St Pete's

Relax by the pool while dolphins swim by!

This is our family's second stay at this lovely home. Dennis is a wonderful host, the house is comfy and clean, and we especially love the setting on the water, complete with a big screened-in porch, heated pool, and kayak launch. On our last day, we were playing in the pool while dolphins swam by. Paradise.

Family Reunion

Dennis and his property were PERFECT for our Family Reunion. The home was exactly as described and the open floor plan, screened porch, and outdoor space gave us plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy our time in Florida. We will absolutely be staying there again! The dolphins and birds were just an added bonus! :)

U. Tampa Stay

House was great for us to get our daughter into U. Tampa. About 25 minutes from campus. House had plenty of room for 4 people (we were only 3). Cool kitchen bar, good BR’s enjoyed the pool, nice screened in porch AND a dolphin did visit us just before leaving. Also easy access to the garage and washer/dryer.

2 week stay while work being done on our house

House was nice, good open welcoming layout. Restful stay while we were having construction done on our home 4 miles away. TV was a little overwhelming, lots of channels and not clear directions on how to use it. Other than that minor note, our stay was perfect.

Winter 2024 Getaway

We stayed here from Feb. 1 to April 8, 2024. Everything was just as it was advertised. The property owners live close by and were easy to contact. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood, nice house, nice pool area and covered and screened lanai were all well used by us. Anything we needed was readily available and the owners were just a text or phone call away. Loved seeing the dolphins swim by at various times and really enjoyed the quiet and relaxing area. Would recommend to anyone.

Relaxing Get-A-Way

This meticulously maintained home is on a cul de sac in a quiet, St Petersburg neighborhood. The pictures on their website accurately show the furnishings in the house. The screened back porch is spacious. It’s location provides the option of hanging out at the private pool at the house or driving to beaches and boardwalks like James Pass or the St Pete pier. It was an easy drive to museums, restaurants, and the grocery store. It was our first time visiting this part of Florida and we had a great time.

Graduation at University of Tampa!

Stayed here for my niece's graduation from University of Tampa. This place is very nice and quiet. I am an early riser 😔 (5 - 6am daily ) and it was so relaxing, that I did not get up to 8 am every morning. Enjoyed coffee on the back screened in porch and evening walks in the neighborhood along with relaxing at the private backyard pool. Spent a couple days at Maderia Beach and John's Pass, which we enjoyed and thought was nicer and has more options then Clearwater Beach, where we normally stay. And if you like Crabby's in Clearwater, they have one. This place was half way between both the beach and graduation ceremonies for us. Definitely would recommend staying here.

Paradise in St. Pete's

Absolutely perfect place to stay in St. Pete's. A quiet neighborhood with a comfortable backyard (and multiple dolphin sightings!) and easy access to grocery stores and downtown St. Pete's. We stayed for three weeks, vacationing one week and then my husband and I working remotely for two weeks. The internet was great and had no issues with simultaneous video calls multiple times throughout each day. The fenced in yard was great for our dog, and the open air pool (not screened in) was a true gem. We took advantage of the two kayaks and even the fishing rods - caught several mangrove snappers and sheeps heads. The home itself was comfortable and accommodated our needs perfectly. Thank you for providing a great stay for our escape from the long Minnesota winters!

St Petersburg 2023

Well maintained, clean, comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space for three couples. Spacious kitchen which was adequately appointed, within the open floor plan living room/dining area. Bedrooms were nicely decorated with comfortable beds. We spent a good bit of time in the screened-in porch overlooking the canal. Enjoyed watching various waterfowl feed their young. The pool was clean with refreshing water temps. Visited downtown St. Petersburg, John’s Pass, Clearwater and Fort DeSoto Park’s North Beach. The Saturday Market in Williams Park had many vendors with a large variety of food and giftware for sale. serene vacation

I stayed at this property with my husband For nine days and my son daughter-in-law and grandson And their small dog came to visit for a short stay with us. The house was spotless and had every amenity you could think of. We did not have to shop for anything other than food. We spent much of our time sitting out on the lanai, enjoying the sound of birds and the quiet peaceful setting along the canal. The owners DENNIS and Susie could not be more accommodating. They were helpful with Any questions we had about the area restaurants,places to visit. They answered any text we had within minutes They could not have been more pleasant and accommodating My son daughter-in-law grandson came the last three days of our visit and DENNIS came over and put a fence around the pool for the safety of my grandson. The pool was clean And warm and we spent much time enjoying it I would recommend this home highly!

Not the Ponderosa but pretty sweet

This house worked perfectly for our four adults and our four-legged dog. It was comfortable, roomy even. Our favorite hang out spots were the kitchen and the screened in porch. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean. We were in town to race our sailboat so we didn’t get much time at the pool. The garage was a great place to organize our gear. All in all, we would choose this place again when we return to the area.

Great Location with a relaxing atmosphere

The property was just as advertised. It was in a quiet subdivision with a great outdoor area to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The house was well kept and clean. It had everything we needed to enjoy our quick trip. We will definitely return to this property.
