Perfect location - great property

We really enjoyed our stay! Not only is this property close to the beach and the village area, but you have plenty of space to relax at home. We so enjoyed the outdoor patio in the back - so comfortable, private and soothing. The owners/property managers were also kind and gracious. We would stay here again.

Stayed here for my grandson's wedding

The property was clean, roomy and supplied with everything we needed. Any questions were quickly resolved by the property owner. Would stay there again, should the opportunity arise.

Home away from home

Eclectic and artsy, this home was truly a delightful place to stay! Jane was very accommodating to our needs and the location is absolutely perfect with walking distance to both beach and downtown Siesta Key. Highly recommend!

Owner was very responsive and caring about my needs!

The property is literally a half block from the public beach access. Owner has done a great job providing things you may need for the beach such as chairs, a pull along buggy to haul everything to beach if walking, and the unit was sufficiently furnished with dishes, coffee maker, etc. Very pleasant stay!

Great Location

This house was a great place to spend Thanksgiving week with family and friends. The kitchen was a good size to cook breakfast and dinner. The outdoor seating area was very nice, especially with the great weather we had. The location was very close to both the beach and Siesta Key village which made it very convenient to walk from place to place. Jane was very responsive to any questions we had and the check in and check out process was easy. I would recommend this location and would stay here again.

Great location

This place is one of the best locations on Siesta Key, with just a 3 minute walk to the beach, and a 5 minute walk to the middle of Siesta Key Village. The property is also clean and comfortable, with a nice backyard patio (which we used quite a bit). The host was very friendly and responsive, and she set up a travel crib in the property for our stay. The place is also well equipped for the beach, with a wagon, beach chairs, and a collection of beach toys (perfect if you are traveling with kids). I would highly recommend this place.

Great Location

Everything about this property was amazing. The location was perfect. Walking distance to beach and village. The house was very clean and has everything you need. It was our first time in Siesta Key and we had a blast. Jane was amazing and very helpful. Communication was great. We will be back here very soon, hopefully.

Great location

Great location between beach access 3 & 4 and 1-2 blocks from the village restaurants and shops. Plenty of room for us and our 3 teenagers and they were able to take off to the village on their own. Publix isn’t far and u can use Instacart to do a pick up or delivery for all you need. That was the only time we used our car all week. Public beach is about a mile away but you don’t need it bc 3&4 are so great. Property has beach chairs and a cart so just load up and go. This is our first time to siesta key and this would be our recommendation on where to stay when you go!

Great location

The property was within walking distance to everything in the village and very close to the beach. It was so nice to load the wagon that the owners provided and take the very short walk. There were two boogie boards provided and plenty of beach towels. The shower located on the patio was really convenient. That's where I took my actual showers coming back from the beach. The owners were easy to get ahold of. Always available if needed. Check in was super easy. Was able to check in before the actual check in time. The house had everything we needed such as kitchen and bathroom items. Beds were comfortable. Would stay there again

Great for family trip

The place was everything we hoped for when we booked it, especially for a small family. We visited for an extended 4th of July weekend; it had all the amenities we wanted, and is convenient to just about anything you'd want to do in Siesta Key. Although we had a pretty full itinerary during our stay, the house was a great place to rest and recuperate: well equipped kitchen; comfortable beds and living room; and a decent collection of beach chairs, toys, and wagon out back. We didn't take much advantage of it, but the back patio looked like a great place to unwind as well. And as others have mentioned, the location is fantastic--less than a 5 minute walk to multiple beach entrances, Siesta Market, Dacquiri Deck, and other bars/restaurants. Jane was a great host as well; thanks to her the check-in, check-out and everything between were smooth. She manages to strike a great balance of keeping in contact without being pushy. Overall, a great stay and would gladly stay there again.

Quaint House in a Great Location

Very nice 3 bedroom, 2 bath vacation rental. We had teenage boys with us and there was plenty of room for them to lounge during their non beach time. Rental is in perfect proximity between beach and village. A quick 2 block walk to the village and then a simple walk out the cute back yard patio to the beach walkway entrance. House is a quaint older Florida home with an updated kitchen. Beds were incredibly comfortable with mattress toppers. The beach area is about 1 1/2 miles north of public beach. Which is nice if you want to avoid the crowds. The rental also had beach towels, beach chairs and an umbrella for the beach plus a cooler. We did not cook any dinners, but there was a grill on the back paver patio. The back patio is a bonus area to sit out and enjoy your morning coffee, or relax in the evening with a good book. Jane the owner met us there upon arrival and showed us around and was available via phone or text all week if we had any questions. We loved it and would rent again !!!

A great location and home at Siesta Key Beach

It is walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. An ideal location. The home is spacious and well appointed with all you need for cooking and lots of towels provided for the bathrooms. The home is very clean. The owner is very gracious and helpful. There is a washer and dryer off the kitchen, I had a problem with the spin cycle, but maybe it was me not understanding the settings. I told the owner and she was going to look into it and make repairs if necessary. The only other "complaint" I had was the large bedroom had a musty odor, but nothing that opening a window could not fix. Parking can be an issue if you have more than one vehicle, there is parking near and around the area, but not marked for this home. If you have one vehicle than you are set. We truly enjoyed our stay there and if we return with a large family group again we will be sure to contact the owner to book another stay.

Very nice place and exceptional location!

This rental is amazing in every way! We met up with friends who have been going to Siesta Key every year for 25 years. They told us that this rental and the location was outstanding. It is located directly behind the Daiquiri Deck at Siesta Key Village. You literally walk out the driveway from this rental and turn right and walk 50 steps and then you are on the back side of Daiquiri Deck property where the parking lot is located for the restaurant. It’s a great shortcut to the main part of the village as well going that way. It’s almost the same distance to the beach as well. This location is absolutely incredible for beach and village access. I cannot say enough on that front. The rental home itself is amazing with plenty of room and the beds are cozy and comfy. The 2 bathrooms are also nice. The back patio is large with plenty of room for a good size group of people. I would say 20 people could easily sit back there with plenty of room to spare. There are beach chairs and a beach umbrella as well with wagon to transport it all. The kitchen is fully stocked with things such as plates, cups, silverware, etc… You cannot go wrong renting this place. Truly a home away from home. Do keep in mind, if you’re used to perfectly updated/brand newly remodeled type of place, this isn’t that, but I feel it’s the next best thing to that as it is very nice/clean, and well maintained furniture/housing. Thank you for providing such a GREAT place to stay for my family!! :-)

Great Location!

This cute condo is a 5 min walk to the beach or the village! The patio are is great for hanging out and the outdoor shower was one of our favorite features! The bedrooms are a good size and the beds were comfy! There were some beach chairs and toys that we were able to take with us to the beach, which was great! Communication with Jane was also great! We’re definitely going to keep this place in mind for future visits to Siesta Key!

Beautiful home in the perfect location

The property was perfectly cozy for our week on the beach. It has the best location - just a few blocks away from both the beach and downtown (but far enough for privacy). The amenities are great for a week to a month’s stay. Jane is a great hostess who is very responsive and accommodating. This will be our go-to spot to book the next time we’re in Siesta Key, and I’d recommend it to anyone who’s looking for that idyllic beach getaway.

Family Girls Beach Week

We had a great time all week. The house was ideal fo what we were looking for. Plenty of room and well equipped with beach chairs, towels etc. Totally updated kitchen and bath. Jane was very helpful with answers to questions about where to shop, etc. hope to repeat this week in the future. Needless to say Siesta Key Beach is the most beautiful in the USA.

Our family lived here for 20 years before we moved off the island to be closer to our child's school. We always enjoyed the location and friendliness of many of the Siesta Key locals. Keeping the property is important to us, as we still "identify" with the Key life!

Location, location, location... AND it has a cozy home feeling.

Without being repetitive about the excellent location, we also love going to sunsets at "sunset beach," where many gather nightly. Siesta key also has many art shows throughout the year, and has a farmers' market every sunday in the village.
