Villa rústica en el norte de la isla, venga y disfrute del verano en el paraíso.



La casa está ubicada al norte de la isla en el pueblo de Sa Pobla. El lugar está a solo 10 minutos en coche del centro principal. La propiedad tiene tres dormitorios, uno con cama doble y los otros dos con dos camas individuales y dos baños, uno con ducha y el otro con bañera.

La zona de estar y comedor es amplia y espaciosa, tiene una cocina bien equipada con todo lo necesario para que pueda disfrutar sus vacaciones.

Aire acondicionado en las habitaciones.



En el exterior encontrará una terraza cubierta, piscina de buen tamaño y una zona de barbacoa para disfrutar de agradables comidas con familiares y amigos.

Excelente lugar para relajarse y pasar unas vacaciones con los suyos.



IMPORTANTE:

Todos los pagos adicionales y los trámites de registro online se gestionan a través de mensageria instantanea, fuera de la plataforma.

Highly recommended

We had a great stay at this Finca. The house is great and the garden is beautiful. It's very remote and the road to it is a little bit rough - something to be aware of. We really enjoyed the place and the village sa pobla is just a 10min drive and has a nice atmosphere and supermarkets. In the beginning we had some issues with the key but the support was great Highly recommended

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this villa - it was absolutely beautiful in a gorgeous, private setting, ideal for the perfect getaway for the week.We had a delayed flight but the charme team were super accommodating when I told them we’d be a day lateIt’s about 15-20 mins from busy Alcudia and can picafort but you have the Perfect balance with this place! Pool table, ping pong table and the pool itself meant there was plenty of stuffto keep our family of 4 occupied! I would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone visiting Mallorca! I think we will be back also! Thanks Lauren

READ BEFORE BOOKING: good property, poor management

The property is lovely, if dated, and situated in a serenely remote area surrounded by fields. The downside of its remoteness is that there are lots of mosquitos (outside and inside), wasps and rodents most concentrated around the pool area which made us nervous around the pool. The owner was kind to frequently come daily and exterminate/clean up, but still made us nervous with our kids. There is no A/C on the property (as advertised), which made it oppressively hot in the evenings. When we opened the windows in the evening we were all covered by mosquito bites even when keeping the lights off (which meant we had to spend the evenings in complete darkness) and still were sweating in our beds - our children woke up repeatedly each nightdrenched in sweat and inconsolable. Even with windows open temperature inside the house at 2am exceeded 30 degrees. Upon flagging the temperature issue, management declined to do more than provide 3 poorly functioning fans (for a family of 5!), despite requests for more. They were appallingly unsympathetic, dismissive of the health concerns in our party and told us we were overreacting and did nothing. So unless you are used to sleeping in 30+ degree heat swarmed by mosquitos, strongly recommend you book elsewhere (as I wish we had) if you want a pleasant stay in Mallorca. With better management that cares about their guests this place could be a 5/5!

We're really sorry to hear this! We're currently working with the owner concerning the A/C, Unfortunately your stay was met with a heat wave and our agency worked hard to ease the heat during your vacation. What we recommend for future stays in Mallorca, in case there is no A/C, is closing the windows so the heat doesn't come in the evening and opening them up during the night. Concearning the plagues in the pool, we contacted a pest control. They worked on the pool but there's not much more they can do due to the thriving of wild life in the remote fields. We're really sorry that there was a miscommunication and hope you had a wonderful time in spite of the inconveniences.

Parfait pour des vacances en famille, parfait pour les enfants. On a adoré. Logement au calme, entouré de champs agricoles. Voiture obligatoire. Il faudrait juste tailler un peut les herbes sur les côtés du chemin, histoire de ne pas rayer la voiture de location. Je recommande sans problème.

Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in dit prachtige huis

Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in dit prachtige huis. Het huis is heel goed te bereiken maar toch ook heel prive. Het zwembad is mooi en heerlijk (ook al was het iets fris in de tijd van t jaar). Het uitzicht op de bergen is ook fantastisch met hele mooie zonsondergangen iedere avond. Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook voor natuurliefhebbers is het een feestje. Op en rond het verblijf meerdere leuke vogels gezien zoals: Roodkopklauwier, de Hop, Griel, Europe Kanarie, Rode patrijzen. Tevens een marter die dagelijks over het verblijf hopte. Ook voor de fietsliefhebber is het een uitstekende uitvalsbasis om alle mooie wegen te verkennen.Enige minpuntje is de toegangsweg naar het verblijf toe, deze is ronduit belabberd en we waren iedere dag bang dat we onze auto zouden beschadigen.We komen graag nog een keer terug.

Hermosa casa para ir entre 5/6

Hermosa casa para ir entre 5/6. Muy cómoda y completa, el camino de llegada si es de noche asusta un poco jaja pero si tienes coche es el sitio IDEAL para conocer Mallorca. Volvíamos de la playa y echábamos unos billares o Ping pongs, o descansábamos en la piscina haciendo una barbacoa.Que se podría mejorar? Uno de los baños perdía mucha agua y estaba como pinchada la ducha, las reglas me parecen muy estrictas con la limpieza y multas que puedan realizar. Pero ya es quejarse de más porque la casa es un 10/10 con la mayor privacidad y comodidad posible.

Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt

Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt.Das Haus und der Garten waren wie beschrieben und Alcúdia sehr schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar.Der Weg zum Haus ist etwas huckelig, aber mit Schnittgeschwindigkeit zu befahren.Alles war wirklich super, einen Abend hatten wir einen Stromausfall, als wir zurück kamen, Mallorca Charme Home Rentals hatte eine Notfallhotline und hat sich gut um alles gekümmert. Der Pool war wunderschön, die Eigentümer hatten sogar einen Ball und Wasserspielzeug für uns bereitgelegt. Leider konnten wir ihn mit 2 Kleinkindern nur vor dem Mittag und in den Abendstunden nutzen, da mittags unglaublich viele Wespen und vor allem Feldbienen zum Trinken kamen. Abends gab es sehr viele Mücken, trotzdem haben wir die Abendstunden auf der Terasse sehr genossen und einen wundervollen Urlaub in der Unterkunft verbracht. Vielen Dank für diese tolle Location.

Fantastisch en ruim huis in een mooie omgeving

Veel ruimte op het perceel en prachtig uitzicht rondom. De landweg waar het huis aan ligt, is nogal hobbelig dus rustig rijden :) Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt om een fijne vakantie te hebben, zeker ook met kinderen! Bedden zijn matig. Goedkope standaard matrassen, dat voel je wel na een paar nachten slapen...

We zijn heel tevreden over dit huis

We zijn heel tevreden over dit huis! 5 vrienden van mij en ik zijn hier 7 dagen geweest. Bereid je wel voor op veel muggen, veel wespen en misschien zelfs een zwerfkat. Verder was de communicatie geweldig. We konden alles gewoon vragen. Super zwembad, geweldig uitzicht en goede bedden etc.

Wir haben es genossen.

Eine schöne und saubere Finca die sehr gut ausgestattet ist, jedoch echt etwas spooky mitten auf einem Feld im Niemandsland gelegen. Trotzdem sehr nah an Sa Pobla und mit kurzer Fahrzeit nach Port de Pollenca oder dem Strand von Muro und sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir haben es genossen.

Das Objekt liegt am Ende der Autobahn, deshalb Verkehrslärm aus der Ferne zwischendurch zu hören. Objekt sehr sauber, der Pool wird immer wieder gereinigt. Liegen sind in ausreichender Zahl vorhanden. 3 Schlafzimmer mit je zwei Schlafmöglichkeiten. Grillmöglichkeit vorhanden.

Ein sehr schönes Haus, in ruhiger Lage. Die Kommunikation hat sehr gut funktioniert. Allerdings ist nur ein Ventilator im Haus.

Gute Finca

Für uns, Großeltern, Eltern und 2 kleine Kinder ist dies eine rundum gute Finca. Man muss allerdings die Einsamkeit mögen, da ringsum nur schöne Landschaft ist. In mittelgrößer Entfernung gibt es 2 stark befahrene Straße, deren Verkehrslärm als Hintergrundsgeräusch wahrnehmbar, aber nicht störend ist.

The pool and terrace area are awesome!

We had a great Stay! The pool and terrace area are awesome! The House has enough space for six people and is very clean and well maintained. Its in the countryside, so very quiet (in a good way), but of course that means you need a car for everything and the little dirt road to the house is a bit adventurous to drive (but totally manageable).
