Perfect Stay

Dad and teen girls had a perfect stay. Location was A, apartment was exactly as advertised if not nicer. Great pool for a late afternoon dip, with sun and shade. Friends stayed at a nice hotel nearby, and they all agreed this apartment was a much better option. Owner and manager replied immediately and were great to deal with.

An excellent location and comfortable apartment in Barcelona. Check in was very smooth and informative. It would be an outstanding apartment for a couple. It was still excellent for our family but our kids were a little cramped in the secondary bedroom.

Terrific appartment

It was our first time in Barcelona, we quickly settled in and felt at home. Everything we wanted to do in the city was in walking distance, and the metro and train access was very convenient. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about this property. From booking to check-out...everything went as planned. After we booked, we got a nice email from the owners with detailed recommendations of museums, restaurants, etc. A week before we arrived, we received detailed texts from the Maria who is the property manager. She greeted us at the property and went over all the functionings of the place. The property was situated steps away from the shopping district in a cute little alley. Downstairs there is a gelato shop right across the street and we went to it every night after sight-seeing and shopping all day. The property was clean and well-maintained. The best part for us were how comfortable the beds and pillows were. The whole family had such a great sleep everynight because of this. Every detailed was laid out for us so we were left with zero questions. I highly recommend staying at this property.

Great location, nice, well equipped apartment. The welcome staff was very accommodating. The pool area could use a bit of cleaning up to make it nicer but I realize this is a shared space with the other building residents and not the apartment owner’s responsibility.

An amazing apartment in an amazing location

This is the perfect apartment for a family to stay in while in Barcelona. It’s beautifully decorated. Our two small children loved having their own room as opposed to sharing 1 room for all of us in a hotel. The location is within walking distance to the main avenue as well as many metro stops. The gelato place across the street is the best I’ve ever had. Book this place immediately

Great flat in a great location!

My husband and I spent a very pleasant week in this flat in February. Communication with the property manager and owner was smooth, they accommodated an early check-in, and we received detailed instructions on everything in the place. Getting two sets of keys was a real treat! The flat was comfortable, attractive, and reasonably clean, the lower level is bright and airy, and the location is surprisingly quiet for Barcelona (the narrow street is blocked to through traffic, but there's foot traffic and people hanging out on patios talking through the night, par for the course in Spain). We appreciated the laundry, and that there was even some laundry detergent in the flat. I imagine that the bedrooms can get hot, and there is little air circulation (especially when it rains) in the main bedroom which has skylights, but others say that the air conditioning works well and I'm certain I would have been given a fan had I asked. Luis's recommendations for dining were excellent. The location is fantastic, just off the top end of La Rambla in Gracia, with easy access to lots of good food and metro. We've stayed in four parts of Barcelona, and this was our favorite location. If you want to eat at Berbena, make sure to book well in advance. There are plenty of other wonderful restaurants right by the flat that are easier to get into; Tangana and Santa Gula were particularly good. Origo Bakery is another place worth visiting, and the gelato across the street is lovely.

Gorgeous apartment in beautiful neighborhood

We loved this apartment - plenty of space for my mom and I to base our Barcelona trip. We loved being right around the corner from world class restaurants - Berbena was incredible! ...and so close to the the heart of Barcelona, as well as the Diagonal metro station. The apartment was very comfortable, and it was nice to have a kitchen, couch, and Netflix-enabled TV for easy breakfasts and evening relaxing. The check-in process was super easy and helpful.

Unbelievable location. Quiet street, but still close to cafes/restaurants, shopping and the Metro. Apartment was super clean and exactly how it looked in the photos. 2 bathrooms/showers was a plus for a 4 person family. Lali & Luis were great hosts and Maria did a wonderful job of greeting us along with providing a tour of the apt. Would recommend this apartment to anyone and can’t wait to visit again.

Location Location Location!

This contemporary flat is within walking distance of Sagrada Familia, high end shopping, countless bars and shops. As a bonus you can catch a taxi 1/2 block away at the hotel, but we were able to walk most of the time. Lovely and helpful hosts and property manager.

Lovely place!

Our family (2 adults, 2 young kids) thought it was lovely. The building felt very safe (great elevator) and the bedrooms are comfortable. The one with 2 beds is a little tight, but perfect for our young kids. The air conditioning is very, very good and great after long hot days in Barcelona. The balcony is great for watching people up and down the street. The kitchen had a good number of products and the dishes were good. We loved the washer and dryer. The place is in a great area, near many markets, restaurants, and major streets, while the plaice itself is located on a secluded street. It is located across from a fabulous gelato place and in walking distance of everything you’d need. Easy to grab transportation, whether you want a cab or bus or train. It’s about a €35 cab ride from the the airport and €15 from the train station. We really enjoyed it!

Amazing property, great location!

Our family of 3 had a wonderful stay at this property! It is in a great location walkable to many sites (Casa Mila and Casa Batlo), and has easy access to the metro. It is a very spacious, comfortable apartment. We liked to be able to cook/eat in some meals, but there are many restaurants close by. A highlight was the gelato shop across the street- it was so delicious and we ate there everyday! The balcony overlooks a pedestrian alley (quieter than a main street). One of the reasons we booked this apartment was for use of the pool for my 8 year old after a hot day of sightseeing. The pool was not in very good shape when we arrived. The owner was very responsive and had a maintenance crew out to clean and fill the pool, so we were able to use it. The owner was very helpful in assisting us with getting a taxi to the airport on the last day. We feel very lucky to have found this amazing property and would definitely stay here again! It was so much better than staying in a cramped hotel room!
