Esta nueva casa ubicada en Anna B Street tiene capacidad para 17 personas en 6 BR y 5. 5BA y está a poca distancia de la playa. Una habitación familiar de segundo nivel que se abre a un amplio balcón, junto con un sótano sala de recreo terminado y conexión Wi-Fi proporcionar un montón de espacio para la diversión de interior. Una cocina, un comedor para más de 10 personas y un gran patio con una parrilla de propano sin tanque hacen para unas vacaciones relajadas. Esta casa también dispone de aparcamiento privado con capacidad para cuatro vehículos de tamaño medio.

The house was beautiful.Perfect place for my families Christmas holiday.Only issue we had was there was no wifi the entire stay for my gamers.And one thing that this house needs is a hot tub especially for the winter trips.

Family Beach Vacation

The house was perfect for our family of 17, including 9 grandkids under age 10. It was spacious with an open floor plan. The room layout provided a lot of flexibility. The basement ping pong table was a hit.We liked the easy access to Dewey Beach and Rehoboth, whether walking or biking.

Great property

Really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect, house was very clean, and plenty of space. Only downfall was the Wifi was not super strong but other than that everything was great!

Good spot for our NYE celebration

Plenty of space to accommodate our large group for our annual NYE trip. Location is good and we enjoyed a nice walk to the beach on an uncharacteristically warm new year's day.

Great house for a group

Great stay for a large group!

My friends and I had a girls weekend recently in this property and we were blown away at how accommodating this house was for all 13 of us to stay in comfortably! The decor was beautiful, the kitchen table was massive for us all to sit around, and the location was perfect for all we had planned. Highly recommend!

Perfect for bachelorette weekend

This house was perfect for our group of 16. The downstairs is amazing… so big and open. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the beach and a short Uber ride to bars/restaurants. Would definitely recommend for a big group.

Perfect for a large family

This house is very open so it is perfect for a larger group of people. About a 20 min walk to either the beach or downtown Dewey. Owners were extremely responsive. We will be back!

We had some hiccups ins the initial property as there was a gas leak, but they acted quickly to ensure we had alternative plans and set us up next door. The communication was A+.

Beautiful house

Beautiful house with a convenient location between both rehobeth and Dewey beach. Walk to beach was a bit longer than we expected. Very doable just makes it more difficult with kids.

Great house and location

The house is in a great location to everything. The overall size of the house was perfect. My only issue would be the basement has a strange smell. It almost seems like the sewer lines are messed up.

We typically see this happen when the property has been vacant for a period of time and the pipes have not been used. We are glad other than this the house was perfect and you enjoyed your stay. Very spacious, clean. Large dining area great for family. Grill worked well. But there were some ants, bugs seen on counters despite wiping clean after meals. There was mold on cabinetry above the microwave. Walkable to beach, about 15 minutes. Location adjacent to coastal highway, but quiet inside. Could use some updating of pillows, blankets.

Perfect Bachelorette House!

Incredible, clean, beautiful home that was PERFECT for a bachelorette weekend. Plenty of space, lots of comfortable beds & bathroom configurations, easy communication with booking agent, and fantastic location - walkable to town & beach. One thing to note is that the house lacks scissors, good cutting knives for cooking & does not come with linens, cleaning supplies, TP/paper towel, etc. Otherwise, highly recommend!

Ideal Location

We absolutely loved the location of this beach house!! The bedroom selection was great overall…teens were able to hang in the lowest level and plenty of room for the rest of the family upstairs. Loved having the several different living areas. Beautiful and spacious kitchen and loved the king dining table to dinners and games in the evening. Linen delivery was seamless as well. Small details like having hooks on doors to hang wet bathing suits or towels would be great but overall we loved this property and will definitely be hoping to book again next year!!

Beautiful beach house

Property was clean and like new. Plenty of space for 14 people and adequate showers. 2 suggestions: the kitchen was not well stocked with everything and we bought a hose and nosel when we were there to rinse off sand chairs. There was an outside shower that was nice. The sprinkler system over watered as yard was always muddy. Overall a great house.

Great house

The house was very nice, new, clean and spacious! We were 4 families with 6 kids and we had planty of space! The only downside was the basement. It was also very clean, but there was a slight smell lingering around. There were air fresheners everywhere, that probably helped a bit, but we still didn't use the playroom and bedroom downstairs. Overall great house! Location is convenient as it's right off rt.1
