Excelente ubicación en Vineyard en Vineyard Avenue en Oak Bluffs. Construida en 1920 y cuidadosamente restaurada en 1999, esta casa está limpia, ordenada y convenientemente ubicada a unos cientos de pies del Distrito de Artes Oak Bluffs. A poca distancia a través del campamento (cabañas de pan de jengibre) a tiendas, restaurantes, Flying Horses y la costa de Oak Bluffs. A solo quince minutos a pie de las playas East Chop, Inkwell y Pay, y la terminal de ferry Oak Bluffs. La casa cuenta con una luminosa cocina totalmente equipada con barra de desayuno, comedor separado, sala de estar y porche cerrado. El baño grande del primer piso cuenta con una bañera con patas y ofrece acceso directo a la ducha privada al aire libre. Arriba hay otro baño grande y completo, además de dos dormitorios. Disfrute del aire libre en el porche cubierto para agricultores con vista al jardín de hierbas en el frente o la cubierta en la parte de atrás. No se incluye en el alquiler una pequeña cabaña para invitados en la parte trasera de la propiedad que a veces está ocupada por el propietario.

A+ Host, Beautiful Home!!

Our Oak Bluffs vacation was perfect in every way. Scott's instructions were clear and he was always available to answer our questions. I can not say enough about the cleanliness of the home. For the first time, ever, I did not feel the need to take out my cleaning supplies to re-clean to my satisfaction/comfort. The home was so much better than the pics. It was larger, than depicted, nicely decorated and had everything that we needed. We especially enjoyed the comfortable beds, large bathrooms, deck and the outdoor shower!! The location of the home was second-to-none. We were able to walk to all of the major OB attractions, including the beach, shopping and restaurants. In addition, Edgartown and Vineyard Haven were a short drive away. Scott's thoughtfulness was very much appreciated. He generously extended our check-out time when he learned that we had a late departure time (ferry). This was our best MV vacation and we will always look to reserve this home, if available, for future visits. Scott, thank you for sharing your home and for being a great host.

Great house, great location

The pics on VRBO don’t do this house justice. It is spotless, comfortably appointed, and airy, with a great location. It is located within a mile of Circuit Avenue and the local playground with basketball and pickle-ball courts. It’s just right for 2-4 people. The outdoor deck is very comfortable, the grill super clean, and the flowers and landscaping provide a relaxing, private environment. The landlords are responsive, patient and gracious, just all-pro. This is a great property for a relaxing vacation on the Vineyard.

Charming Home--All that's necessary for a pleasant stay

We spent two wonderful weeks in Kevin and Scott’s Oak Bluffs home. The house is perfectly located. At mid-island, many beaches are in easy reach. It’s a short walk into town and the well-stocked convenience store, Tony’s, is just around the corner. Even during the pandemic, MV safety was clearly structured and reassuring. The house is impeccably clean, well-organized, and tastefully decorated, with all necessary comforts and properly working equipment. The property, including the lovely dining deck and outdoor shower, is both well-maintained and charming. Scott and Kevin provide clear, helpful guidelines for use of the house and, most important, they were quickly responsive and friendly if we had any questions. We have been coming to MV for years. Wonderful cottage

This little house is cozy and very thoughtfully appointed with everything you could need. The hosts were very welcoming and communicative and the garden was lovely.

A cottage I wish I could take everywhere I travel!

I rented this house with my colleague and my daughter and we had the most wonderful stay -- we love the place! From the front porch with the beautiful hanging ferns and the herb garden, to the back dinner deck on the lush green yard, to the most amazing outdoor shower with sun peeking through the floral vines, to the comfortable living room and bedrooms -- I cant say enough about this place. Kevin and Scott know how to create the best living experience for their renters -- it was also immaculate smelled amazing and nothing damaged or tarnished. I just love that. I am pretty fussy guest and I always nervous about renting places and I just loved this house so much we are renting again next year. Highly recommend for quiet, small family and friends with high standards!

Relaxing getaway!

Scott and Kevin were incredible hosts and this property exceeded all expectations! The location was so close to Downtown OB (we rarely used our car) and had everything we needed for our family of four. Super spacious, included everything we needed to host family on the incredible outdoor deck and a had great landscaped yard with amazing flowers. The huge outdoor shower was a real bonus and the air conditioning cooled us down perfectly. Kevin and Scott were super communicative and always available. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Beautiful property

I traveled with 2 other women all in our 30s and when we embarked we knew that this trip was going to be very different than when originally planned. Ultimately our long weekend on the island exceeded all of our expectations and we thoroughly enjoyed a much overdue vacation! The house was adorable from the outside and immaculate on the inside. Everything was clean from top to bottom and the bathrooms were so large and nicely equipped. Bedrooms were very comfortable and the AC worked very well. We loved sitting on the deck and borrowed the beach chairs to walk to the beach. We rented a car one day but the other days walked to restaurants and the beach. And the grocery/liquor store was only 2 minutes away. I think we arrived just as the island was opening up and things were busy but not crowded. Many stores in Oak Bluffs and Edgartown were open and we noticed many also planning to open. Outdoor dining was also just starting and we very much enjoyed Nancy's and the Seafood Shanty. Backdoor donuts was an easy walk away as well! We felt very comfortable both in stores and in restaurants with the precautions that were being taken. I can't wait to come back and bring my whole family!

Great house

Everything was extremely smooth from start to finish with this house. Owners emailed me everything I needed to know, everything we were told was accurate, was an awesome location for the vineyard. Walking distance to basically everything but we did bring a car Highly recommend this house. Outdoor patio/ outdoor shower was beautiful. Very clean. 5 stars

Oak Bluffs is truly a unique town any time of year and we were drawn to its diversity. We love the convenience of walking through the "campground" (gingerbread cottages) to Oak Bluffs Harbor, great restaurants, shops or the beach. The back deck is sunny in the morning and the perfect place for morning coffee or for relaxing after the beach.
