Very nice cottage in a beautiful, quiet area of Oak Bluffs with sitting areas on deck. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room and great art and vintage decoration. Felt very at home here.

My husband I loved the cottage we rented! Lisa was so nice and very helpful. It’s a wonderful location and within walking distance of Oak Bluff. Lisa has the house stocked with all your needs. Right up the street there is a park that over looks Sunset pond and the Harbor. We really enjoyed taking a walk and sitting on the bench watching the ferries come and go. We had a wonderful 2 week stay!

Awesome location close to downtown Oak Bluffs!

Very cute house close to town. It had everything we needed. My 4 yr old son loved playing on the wrap around porch and laying in the hammock. Owner was very attentive to any questions we had. We are definitely interested in staying again next summer.

Another wonderful stay

We were repeat renters and quickly booked this property for the following year once we returned home. We can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. The home is comfortable, fully equipped and centrally located. Our host was outstanding, accommodating and easy to contact/communicate with. If our plans for 2023 hadn’t changed we would have booked again immediately. But no worries, we will return.

Outstanding

This property was perfect. It is very clean. Check in was flawless. We had some trouble getting the lock box open but Lisa responded immediately with how to open after we notified her. The listing was spot on. There were no issues and it was the perfect size for our group. The location was great as we could walk into Oak Bluffs and we were close to our friends home which allowed our son to walk back and forth with no issue. We also were very close to the bike trail which we utilized 3 separate times. Again, great job by Lisa. She was very responsive with any questions we had. I highly recommend this property and we would stay again no doubt! It made our first trip to the Vineyard very memorable and very fun.

This is a wonderful spot to stay on MV - close to town, yet far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. It has all that you need! Living room is spacious and a comfortable place to relax, read, and watch TV. Deck is large and cool. Outdoor shower felt amazing after a hot day at the beach.

Fantastic Location!

This was the perfect location for a much needed getaway. Just off the "beaten path" enough to be quiet, yet close to everything one could want. Cozy accommodations with deck to relax on, an outdoor shower to enjoy after a day on the beach, plenty of space, on-site parking and laundry. Who could ask for more!? Thank you for helping create a wonderful vacation experience for us. I will definitely be back.

Many of our guests are small families or couples seeking to reconnect with Martha's Vineyard after a longer-than-expected absence. We are happy to play a small part in creating new memories for them and anyone else seeking the magic of the island.

We love this neighborhood because everything is within walking distance, yet it's also very quiet. It's also pretty convenient that you can flag down the public bus from across the street or a few yards up on New York Avenue.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our home is an old school Oak Bluffs cottage. Although it has been updated and well-maintained, it is intentional that we have not renovated or torn it down. The traditional feel of a beach cottage is one of the things we love most. We also love how hidden we are behind those gorgeous rhododendrons.
