poco condominio perfecto en la llave de la siesta, el hogar de la playa # 1 clasificado en el EE.UU.. A pocos minutos de las playas y restaurantes.

Perfect stay on Siesta!

Our ground floor condo was just perfect for a retired couple with a handicap or two! Parking was close to the front door, the 2-bedroom unit was spotless, & the lanai overlooked a beautifully landscaped live-oak tree. We were visited by a graceful egret the very first afternoon, & spotted a pair of dolphins in the intracoastal waterway. Best of all was our host Debbie! She stocked the condo with everything we needed. Awesome!!!

Great place for a 10 day vacation in June for a family of 3. Great communication with management and excellent facilities. Well equipped unit. Quiet neighbors. Productive fishing pier in complex as well as good sized and clean pool. Only difficulty was to find coins to do the laundry (we should have brought more quarters). 10 minute walk to white sands of siesta key. Free trolley to and from SK village until 10pm. Loved it.

Vacation

The condo was very neat and clean. It was just enough room for my mom, sister and I. I was a bit disappointed in the location as to how you can access the beach(s), it is a good 10 minute walk to Crescent Beach and you have to drive to Siesta Key beach in which (during the weekend) if you do not get to the parking lot early in the morning you will not get a parking spot! We drove around and around for an hour before giving up and returning to the condo just to have to unload everything to walk 10 minutes to the other beach. My mom is 80 and was under the impression that there was access to the beach within a minute walking distance from the condo (pic on site made it look like you can walk right out to the beach) the aerial pic was not on site when I booked. It was nice to have the beach gear to take with us, chairs, umbrellas and cooler (you will need them)! As for the people upstairs, it sounded like the moved furniture the entire day and night!!! It was bad, we never complained or called police we just dealt with it. But upon arrival, into the next morning my mother suffered from Vertigo, (new condition) for her, so she was down most of the trip and had to listen to the noise upstairs day and night. I know the owner of this property has no control over it, not sure if they were renters or owners up stairs, from the sounds of the other reviews it is a continuous problem and should be handled with the association. We made it work. Suggestion, the couch is very uncomfortable and the king mattress sags, had a hard time sleeping in it. I would look into replacing both. I was great having the kitchen to bring food in and cook for the week. We never made it to the pool but it is right there. Columbia Restaurant is amazing in St. Armands, Old Salty Dog in Siesta was great. Check out Silver City Jewelry towards turtle beach. Also there is a little shop Turtle (something) they had a lot of stuff as well.

Super séjour!

Super appartement, très bien placé, avec tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un super séjour. La piscine était top et le ponton côté baie très sympa.Nous avons été très bien accueillis, Deborah a été une super hôte, on la remercie.Siesta Key est magnifique, meilleure plage de la région. On reviendra!

SK 2022 Trip

My wife and I found the accommodations at Bay Oaks to fit our needs perfectly. Our hostess, Debbie Shoney, met us upon our arrival and gave us a quick rundown of the unit and property features. We enjoyed the pool, the fishing pier, and sitting at our screened lanai at the end of a busy day. There is so much to do in Siesta Key and the surrounding areas and the trolley that stops right outside Bay Oaks makes it too easy to travel to the village and back. We look forward to a return visit and highly recommend the property to those looking for a home base to enjoy their visit. Thanks Debbie! You are a first class host.

Perfect for two

We stayed here for two weeks and found the condo comfortable for two people. The kitchen had sufficient supplies. The furnishings were comfortable, especially the recliner which was a good resting place after walking the beach. Debbie was a great hostess.

Cute little ground level condo. Upstairs people were really loud walking early in am no insulation in floor. Needs a remodel and updated nicer linens and a deep clean on floors and tub new shower curtain without mold.

This property met all our expectations!

Debbie met us with the key and a sweet snack basket on the kitchen counter. Unit was well furnished!! Plenty of linens, kitchen items and beach assesories. Perfect for our family of 3. Beautiful view from the back of the property. Nice parking spot. Cute screened room, perfect for enjoying breakfast in the mornings!

Excellent!

Bay Oaks was a really nice complex built around beautiful trees & on the intercostal. I walked to Siesta Key beach several times & even took the trolley that stopped right in front. Debbie was very pleasant & was waiting for us when we arrived. The condo had all the amenities and felt just like home. I even went in the pool which I normally don't do but it looked so inviting. On Sunday, we took the beach chairs to the Drum Circle on Siesta Key Beach which was fun to be a part of. The complex has a nice laundry room with several washers & dryers which I used before we left. I wish we could have stayed longer but unfortunately the condo wasn't available. Thanks, Debbie! We'll be back.

Nice Condo!

This was our first experience in renting a condo so we were not sure as what to expect. Deborah, the owner met us immediately upon our arrival and went over all the condo's features and house rules. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated, and well stocked with the required essential items for daily living. In addition, we found it to be located conveniently to the surrounding attractions in Siesta Key, such as beaches and restaurants. Thanks Deborah, for a great first experience on renting a condo. We had a great time!

Review of Bay Oaks condo

This was our first time going to Siesta Key and we were very pleased with our accommodations. The owner stayed in contact with me upon arrival and met us there to show us the condo. She was very helpful in answering any questions that we had. The condo pro's were ground floor, two bedrooms, decent sized living and dining area and screened in patio area. The condo con's were one bathroom and small kitchen area. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommmend as a good place to stay. Thank you Mrs. Shorey for having us and maybe in the future we will be inqiuring about another vacation to your place in Siesta Key.
