Beautiful place in a great location

There is nothing like the apartment! Great feel and light, fun kitchen setup, relaxing space, and the soaking tub was perfect after a long day. Lots to see in the neighborhood- could not ask for more food choices! And close to the tube.

Wonderful stay!

This is a wonderful quirky place that makes visiting London so much more fun. Instead of a boring hotel, this place has style, antiques and room to relax and enjoy a cup of tea. Natalie, the host, was there from the beginning to check us in and show us around. She is so friendly and kind. The studio is right next to borough market and I enjoyed jogging along the Thames in the morning- so close to so much. Best part? I enjoyed the acoustics in the bathroom and sung my heart out in the shower. We had a great stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a more meaningful stay.

Quirky, comfortable, great location

The apartment is one large room, but a floor-to-ceiling bookcase and drapes that can be pulled across make the sleeping area almost completely separate. The place is STUFFED with furniture, decorations, and glassware, but the high ceilings and multiple cases make it feel airy. The kitchen has absolutely every tool you might ever need (although not a full-sized oven--there's a very efficient toast-sized oven and an induction burner. I cooked chicken in the oven without any trouble). The host Natalie was incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful. The apartment is just steps from the Borough Market and the London Bridge tube station, 5 minutes walk to Southwark Cathedral, and is surrounded by great restaurants.

Magical secret flat.

From the minute sweet Natalie welcomed us at the front door, we were transported into this amazing artistic world. She took the time to introduce us to everything critical (including the local gourmet treats she stocked for us!) while allowing us the freedom to explore all the further nuances of this special special property. The talent and creativity that went into curating each and every item in this flat exceeds anything we have ever experienced. Words could never do proper justice. Add to that the history of the neighborhood and proximity to Borough Market and the river walk and it all adds up to a magical experience. (Please know I share this half-heartedly as I hate for the secret to get out 😉.)

Incredible place and the absolute best location! Book it!!! You will be so happy you did!

This place is amazing. It has a unique history and the owners have taken so much care to making it such a comfortable and unique space. There are surprises everywhere! Natalie could not have been more accommodating and lovely and our stay was truly outstanding. The bathroom is so special and the bath is the best! Did I mention you are literally a 3 minute walk from the Borough Market and 5 from the entrance to the tube. It’s wonderful. Can’t wait to go back as we will definitely book again.

Wouldn’t have changed this experience for the world!

Exceptional experience from the first email communication through to having to say our goodbyes as we headed to the airport. We felt so fortunate to be afforded the opportunity to stay (I know, even though we paid!) in such a unique building with every attempt made to capture its unique history, build upon it and keep it alive. So captivated were we, we wanted to roll up our sleeves to help with their current demo/reno project. We look forward to our return and to progress updates. Natalie is a true, true delight.
