Bay to Beach Condo con una hermosa vista de la bahía

Esta hermosa unidad de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños ofrece una vista impresionante de la Bahía de Sarasota adornada con árboles que esconden múltiples variedades de pájaros. El lanai está en un tema de Key West con 2 tumbonas mirando al agua y un bistró para el desayuno de la mañana.

El condominio tiene una cama king size en el dormitorio principal, un baño principal recientemente renovado, 1 cama matrimonial y 1 cama doble en el segundo dormitorio, y un segundo baño completo con bañera / ducha. También hay un colchón inflable de tamaño completo con sábanas. Se incluyen 2 televisores de pantalla plana, wifi gratuito, uso de 2 bicicletas, ropa de cama, toallas, secador de pelo, tabla de planchar y plancha. La cocina incluye todos los artículos que podría imaginar, incluyendo un microondas, lavavajillas, refrigerador grande, cafetera, etc. Además, hay libros de lectura de verano y materiales iniciales como toallas de papel, papel higiénico, detergente, etc. Todo lo que pedimos es que reemplace lo que usa. Hay una unidad de lavandería a pasos de la unidad al lado del ascensor.

Las comodidades en el club Bay Tree son abundantes. Hay 2 muelles que tienen bancos en los que puede sentarse por la mañana con su café y ver salir el sol o simplemente disfrutar de la pesca en la bahía. Si tienes suerte, puedes ver un manatí o un delfín. Hay un lanzamiento de kayak si decides alquilar un kayak para visitar los santuarios de aves que rodean la bahía. Justo abajo del condominio hay una de las 2 piscinas climatizadas. Unos pasos más lo llevarán al área de picnic que tiene parrillas a gas y una hermosa vista de la Bahía de Sarasota.

Directamente al otro lado de la calle está Turtle Beach. Usted tiene acceso directo a la cabaña privada del condominio que incluye sombrillas, sillas, un vagón de playa, juguetes y flotadores. También hay una segunda piscina climatizada, otra área de picnic, parrillas a gas, baños y una ducha de agua dulce al aire libre.

Hay 3 restaurantes a poca distancia, la mundialmente famosa Siesta Beach está a unos 6 kilómetros al norte y el centro de Sarasota alberga maravillosas tiendas, restaurantes, teatros y mucho más. Tampa Busch Gardens está a poco más de 1 hora y Orlando está a 2 horas en coche. El condominio tendrá información sobre atracciones que pueden ser de su interés.

Mi esposo y yo hemos estado viniendo a Siesta Key por más de 15 años. Simplemente no hay lugar como este. Puede disfrutar del tranquilo extremo sur tranquilo o dar un paseo rápido, en automóvil o en el tranvía gratuito que se detiene directamente en frente del condominio, a Siesta Key Village para un poco más de una multitud bulliciosa.

Si eres aventurero, hay suficientes actividades para toda la familia. Hay varios lugares para alquilar kayaks, tablas de paddle y motos de agua. Puedes practicar parasailing, jugar golf, minigolf e incluso disfrutar de una película.

Algunas de mis atracciones favoritas incluyen Mote Marine Aquarium, St. Armand's Circle y el centro de Sarasota para ir de compras y excelentes restaurantes. El Jardín Botánico Marie Shelby es una encantadora sorpresa de belleza oculta. Myakka State Park también ofrece una gran oportunidad para ver más de la vida silvestre de Florida.

Relaxing Stay With a Beautiful View

My husband, son, and I loved our week at the Bay to Beach Condo. So convenient to all things Sarasota but in a quieter location with lots of birds like pelicans, osprey, and eagles. The cabana held all the things we needed to enjoy the beach, just a few steps away from the condo. We even saw a dolphin surfacing right near the shore! The condo was very clean, which we appreciated. It was well stocked with all the necessities. Thank you Dierdre!

Wonderful getaway to Siesta Key

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our trip to this property. We loved the added bonus of access to both the bay and the beach from the condo. The beachside cabana for storage was a definite plus as well. Everything was as advertised, and we look forward to future return trips.

Gem on the beach

This place is a gem in siesta key. It's close to restaurants and shopping but not close enough to be in the center of the crowds. The view from the condo was amazing as well.

Beautiful and Picturesque

I absolutely loved this place. It is very close to the beach and the pool is just steps away from the front door. The amenities in the room were great - board games, towels, kitchen ware, etc. Everything we needed was in the apartment. I highly recommend staying here...you will love it!

Relaxing

We loved the location of the condo, quiet and away from the bustle. Turtle Beach was a nice place to just sit and look for seashells. The view from the lanai was pretty and a nice place to enjoy our morning coffee. It felt like a home away from home.

We have been coming down to this area for many year and this was by far the best experience we’ve ever had. You couldn’t ask for a better unit - incredibly well stocked, freshly renovated and set up perfectly! Great location, great complex in a beautiful setting. Thanks so much for a great stay! Relaxing getaway

This was our second time staying at this condo and it has become our home away from home! The owner is a delight to work with, very good at communicating the information needed for our stay and responded quickly when we had any questions. Everything you could need, or want, is supplied from the kitchen to the beach. Location is one of the best on Siesta Key! Peaceful and relaxing yet close to the bustle of the village!

Perfect Beach/Bay Condo

I just cannot say enough good things about this property and the owner. The condo is immaculate with everything you could need for the beach. The bay and beach are both super accessible and absolutely breathtaking. We saw sea turtles and gopher tortoises, dolphins and incredible birds. The cabana is so convenient and the beach is gorgeous and much less crowded than Siesta Key Beach (which is also awesome and easy to get to). Deirdre, the owner, is helpful and so thoughtful. Would definitely stay again!

All around good experience.

Owner provides clean, well appointed, and updated unit. The pool, cabana with beach gear, and location to the beach were spot on and convenient. Owner when asked provided information on fun activities. Owner was quick to respond to any messages. Would recommend to anyone.

Peaceful perfect retreat

Property has everything you could possibly need or want! It is in the “C” building on the grounds which gives you a beautiful view of the intercoastal. So quiet, this is not a resort mostly owned units not many rentals. The pool(s) were virtually empty. Everyone we met was so nice and friendly! No laundry in condo but it was just steps away and not an issue.The walk to the beach was easy not far at all. The cabanas that hold all your beach gear were a dream since all the sand stays at the beach! Even the parking spot is in the shade! Condo was very clean and the attention to detail was noticed! We lived on the porch which was very nice and shade in the afternoon. The beach is practically a private beach some days we were the only ones there! I would highly recommend this rental.

Peaceful Getaway

My family and I had such a wonderful time in Deirdre’s little piece of paradise! Turtle beach is so peaceful and relaxing. The location of this condo is superb. The beds were unbelievably comfortable and the home was clean and spotless. The kitchen comes well stocked with anything you may need. Easy beach access with a Cabana full of everything you could ever need for a great beach day. Deidre is a great commutator and was very accommodating! We have stayed at many places in Siesta Key and this is the one that now ranks first on our list.

Siesta key / turtle beach

Our stay was wonderful. The view from the lanai was fantastic. We had everything we needed and then some. Just a quick walk to turtle beach. The cabana had chairs, umbrellas, bikes - literally anything you would need for a day on the beach. We took the shuttle for dinner to the village and siesta key beach. The only thing I would fix would be locks on the bed frame in spare room so it doesn’t move when you do. Great condo and superb location.

A flawless vacation at Bay to Beach

We had a fantastic time at the Bay to Beach condo. The interior is very nice with new appliances, recently updated baths and floors and a view of the bay. The live oak trees attract many birds, including ospreys and the screened porch is an enjoyable place to take it all in. The beach is across the road and easy to access and there are two pools if you don't want to swim in the Gulf of Mexico. If it is not available the next time we go to Siesta Key, we will be disappointed!

AMAZING

This place is an absolute dream! Such a cute little condo and it is so close to everything you’d need! Beautiful views of the bay from the balcony and walking distance to the beach! The trolly can pick you up as well and drive to town for food drinks shopping whatever! The beaches in siesta key are so stunning. The condo had two rooms and two full bathrooms. There is also appliances making it such a stress free stay. Coin washer and dryer in the hallway. I couldn’t ask for any more. I will be returning!!!!

Florida getaway

Condo was as advertised and Deidre was very helpful and was available immediately with answers to any questions we had. Condo was well equipped with anything we needed and spacious. The only issue we had was with the shuttle bus (s). There is an app that will tell you when the next shuttle will stop but it is currently not working. We sat at the shuttle stop for up to 30 minutes and no shuttles came by. We even ended up walking the 2 miles from downtown back to the condo as the shuttle did not show up.That was the only issue we struggled with.

Paradise on Siesta key

I did a lot of research regarding this particular condominium. I am very happy with having chosen this particular place. The building was very well positioned to enjoy the views. We had a beautiful patio. Gorgeous beach to enjoy. Beautiful open concept. Lots of conveniences within the condominium to make our life pleasant. Good air conditioning. Other people have mentioned the wonderful little cabanas to hold all of the beach toys and things that you needed to enjoy the beach. I will second that. it was terrific. And we were at the quiet end of Siesta key which added a beautiful intimacy to our stay. But it was only a quick drive to go to the more busy section of Siesta key to eat out and enjoy some of those items. Do not hesitate I would book this condominium again in a minute.

Exceeded expectations

Great property. Great amenities. Great location. You cannot go wrong here. Thank you to the owners for sharing it via VRBO, and for being so friendly. You have thought of everything to make your guests feel comfortable, and you made us feel welcomed. The unit was spotless upon our arrival and had everything that we needed. It’s steps away from a pool, pier fishing/wildlife watching, the beach (just across the street w/ access to a well-stocked cabana and restrooms), within walking distance to three restaurants, and the free trolley stops right in front of the Bay Tree Club. The patio and grilling area (w/ two propane grills for cooking when you don’t feel like going to a restaurant) overlooks the bay and is under the shade of the oak trees. It’s a spectacular setting. Peaceful. Serene. Relaxing. The grounds are meticulously maintained. Great set-up for families with kids. We hope to return again!

Beauty of both worlds.

Deirde is an excellent host. Communication is extremely good. Can be reached any time of day and will respond back within minutes. The home is beautifully. It is stocked with anything you will need. It is located on the quieter part of the Siesta, known as Turtle beach. If you like the quiet relaxing not crowded beach this is for you, just walk across the street and you are there. You practically have your own private beach. You can also go in the back and barbeque and fish on the bay side. You can take the trolley down to Point Of The Rocks for some shelling and snorkeling or go down to Siesta Key Beach for swimming and sun bathing on the most beautiful beach in the United States. The sand is cool, fluffy soft, and white. The beach is extremely large so even if it seems like there is a lot of people you can still find a nice cozy relaxing spot. They have food, snacks and a gift shop on this beach. Parking is also free. Finally, if you go a little further you will be in the Village, which is full of restaurants and little shops. So really, you have three beaches and a bay to enjoy. Should have said, "the best of four worlds". Just remember the island is not that long, so you can walk, trolley, bike, or drive from point to point in no time at all (minutes if driving). I think Deirdre's home is the perfect choice for a vacation on Siesta Key. A++++++++

15 year visitors turned owners. I am a New Yorker who love coming to Florida to see the pristine waters, highly manicured grounds, and the variety of wildlife. Siesta Key can drain all your stress in the 25 minutes it takes to drive from Sarasota Bradenton airport. I have traveled all over the world and can't get enough of Siesta Key.

I waited almost 2 years to find the right property at Bay Tree Club. It was the only community we would consider because of their care of the complex yet relaxed attitude towards island living. The community is friendly and cares deeply for the upkeep and maintenance.

Beach to Bay. You get it all at Bay Tree. Gulf view owners/visitors come over to the bay in the morning to see the sunrise and Bay side owners/visitors go to the beach for the sunset.
There is a trolley that runs the length of Siesta Key. No more worries. Just hop on to get to the village in minutes.
