Our hosts were very good. We had some maintenance issues that required repairs and they were very good with communication about the situation and scheduling of repairs. I asked for an extra lamp because there were no overhead lights in the unit and they were very responsive about getting that to us.

Welcome info was fine but would have appreciated getting it sooner than 2 days before arrival and also better tv instructions and basic channel listings would have helped. The tv controller was incredibly sticky as if covered with glue. Some LR furniture seemed beat-up and the recliners didn't work smoothly. A chair for dressing would have been nice in each bedroom. A cutting board would be nice in the kitchen. Great view from deck and nice location of unit. We'd stay there again.

Everything was perfect. We flew in and had everything we needed. A closet with beach supplies was fabulous and we even added a few things along with a float pump for future guest. It was so clean. Having a washer and dryer was wonderful. The property is very quiet and easy to navigate. The view is beautiful

Bob was very responsive throughout this booking. Easy check-in and check-out. The kitchen facilities are very out dated, but that did not affect our stay since we were there to enjoy the beach.

Great location - beautiful property

We thoroughly enjoy Siesta Key and the Siesta Breakers complex is by far the best place to stay. The condo is the perfect size with comfortable furniture and a large smart TV. We cannot wait for the next trip. Many thanks to the owner and host.

Everything with the host was fine. it was just repairs going on outside of our condo the whole time we were there. jack hammers everyday from 9-4. I feel this should be up front information with the renters before signing any contracts and paying. The condo is up for sale and needs some interior work done. It served our purpose. This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Siesta Breakers and you cannot beat the location.

Because of your experience, we have changed our acceptance policy to a 24 hour review, and are informing renters about the work prior to acceptance. Beautiful condo and very comfortable. Amazing view of the pool, property and beach/ocean. The condo is on the 3rd floor with elevator and stairs nearby. The condo was very clean, spacious and was well kept and stocked.No issues. Would stay here again.The owners are very nice and quick to respond answering any questions.10/10

More than we expected

The location, the accommodations, the staff was more than we expected and we'll definitely be back. We could not have picked a better place, conveniently located and right on the beach! Most relaxing vacation we've had in quite some time. Siesta Key and Siesta Breakers is the place to come and have a wonderful time!

It's gated, so there isn't constant walk-through traffic, and as you mentioned, you are able to be at shops and restaurants in seconds. We'd love to host you again!

It was terrific! My only complaint is they only provide 2 trash bags and 4 rolls toilet paper for the 7 day stay. For as much as you pay - it would just be nice not to worry about those kind of things. But it’s a great location and very nice condo.

For a one week stay, we provide two roll of paper towels per bathroom, a fresh roll of paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, several kitchen trash bags, and dishwasher pods. Awesome!!

Overall our stay was awesome. The condo is in an excellent location. Only a 3 minute walk to the beach and only a 2 minute walk to the pool - perfect!! Across the street is a good food restaurant, Captain Curt’s and 2 ice cream stores!! How can you beat that?? There is also a little market across the street that has about anything you would need. Although the condo is a little “dated”, it was clean, comfortable and well stocked. It was perfect for 4 friends from Arizona and South Carolina having a little vacation together. We would definitely rent this place again. Thank you.
