Este recientemente renovado en 2017, este condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños del primer piso se encuentra en el lado de la bahía de nuestra propiedad. Hay una estancia mínima de cuatro noches para esta unidad. El lado de la bahía tiene una piscina, jacuzzi y parrillas de carbón. También es un paseo muy corto a la parte lateral del Golfo de nuestra propiedad que tiene otra piscina, dos canchas de tenis y nuestra playa de arena blanca. El dormitorio principal, con una decoración cómoda, está amueblado con una cama king size, y el dormitorio de invitados tiene una cama de tamaño completo y una cama doble. Ambas habitaciones tienen un televisor de pantalla plana de 32 ", mientras que la sala de estar tiene un televisor de pantalla plana de 40". Ambos baños tienen combos bañera / ducha. La espaciosa cocina está completamente equipada con todos los utensilios necesarios para cocinar: ollas / sartenes, platos, utensilios, tostadora y una cafetera. El condominio está completamente alicatado. También hay un patio exterior cómodamente amueblado que usted y su familia pueden usar para disfrutar de nuestras cálidas brisas tropicales.

Interrim stay

We needed a place to stay while our condo was being cleansed/fixed following the last hurricane. This unit was perfect to accommodate my 95 year old mother and my family. We appreciated the convenience and security. We had Christmas here.

The condo was everything we hoped for and much more!! Great location, very clean(as I prefer) and accessible to all amenities. We were also surprised to find many beach items available in the condo. My wife, 3 daughters and I, had a very nice time, good location. Staff were all very nice and helpful. If there was anything to make it better, is if the washer and dryer were in the condo, but wasn’t the end of the world. Would definitely stay here again!

Close to the pool (few steps away) on bay side, which has a beautiful view and jacuzzi. It is a little walk to the beach, some days we drove to the 'other side' and other days we walked over. Beautiful white sands of siesta key are worth a little effort ;)

Our condo was spotless as well as the entire condo complex. The beach was beautiful and the sand is like white powder that never gets hot. Beach lounge chairs are provided in the Palm Bay Club private beach at no charge which was wonderful. We will definitely be back!!

We wish there were some sort of bathrooms by the ocean. Supplies were a little scarce. 1 paper towel roll and 1 dishwasher soap. Ice maker made noise the whole time. Overall clean beautiful property. Pools are very nice. Would stay here again for sure! Close to Siesta Village also.

Living vertical shades were not complete, missing a couple vertical blinders, not a big issue but could not close completely. One of the bathtub drain was clogged, I was able to use the toilet plunger available. It has a beach cooler. Kitchen well equipped, coffee maker with spare 4 cup coffee, no filter though (would be nice to have at least for first day) , had to buy before first morning coffee. Overall good stay.

While I understand a no cancelation policy, things and circumstances change. When someone calls requesting an upgrade and offers to pay more for a larger suite, you should take their money. (Especially when your occupancy is down.) Disappointed people look for alternatives.
