Recientemente renovado dos dormitorios del Almirante Fila Condo en la playa de Hilton Head y Tenis Resort. Se trata de una unidad con vistas al océano y se encuentra aproximadamente a 100 yardas a una de las playas más bonitas de Hilton Head Island. La unidad incluye dos dormitorios, dos baños y una hermosa cocina completa con encimera de Corian y nuevo lavavajillas. Para agregar a su comodidad, hemos renovado recientemente los dos baños.

If you are looking for a clean, cute, and comfortable condo close to many amenities, look no further! This condo was so stocked, comfortable beds, and everything we were looking for. The owner was extremely easy to work with and very friendly! We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again! We loved it!

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay at this condo at HH Beach and Tennis Club. The owner was a joy to work with -- check in was seamless, and she provided helpful suggestions for activities and dining. The condo itself is well decorated and has a great, updated kitchen. It is located a very short walk to the beach, and this resort has great amenities (pools, tennis/pickle ball courts, dining, etc.). Would definitely stay here again.

Nice and on the beach.

Nice 2 bedroom 2 bath about 2 minutes through the parking lot to the sandy beach. We have been to this complex before and like the area very much the apartment was comfortable and a nice place to hang out on those cloudy days.

Great stay and very easy walk to the beach unlike lots of other HHI condos

My two daughters and I enjoyed our stay. The communication with Debbie the owner was great, and she was extremely helpful with all of my questions. The condo is spacious with a new kitchen and very well stocked. To get to the beach you basically just walk through the parking lot, and you are there. We did have an issue with making calls as a previous renter described but that seemed to be an issue in the area not just the condo itself. We will definitely be staying here again!

Amazing beach view condo

Absolutely loved this condo, from its location to the beach to its beachy decor it had everything I was looking for in a vacation rental on Hilton Head Island. There is plenty of room in the living room to relax after a long day of exploring. The kitchen and dining room has enough space to have a sit down family meal. The condo's porch is great especially at night, you can see the ocean and look up at the stars. The pool is right across the parking lot. It is centrally located to everything on the island and off. The staff at Hilton Head Beach & Tennis were very friendly and helpful with everything we needed. They also have many different activities/movies for the kids throughout the week. I would definitely recommend this condo for anyone wanting to stay on the beach.

We have stayed at many different AR condos over the past several years and while this condo wasn’t one of the nicer ones it did have many necessities supplied that suited our needs for the week. Their were beach chairs & umbrella provided which was fabulous! However,there was a very musty smell throughout the condo that required multiple daily applications of febreeze. The tile in the kitchen was cracked and the grout was coming up. The dresser drawers in the 2nd bedroom wouldn’t stay on the track and there also was no closet to hang clothes up in this bedroom. The wall mounted blow dryer in master bath had the wire cut. The condo was “dated” even though listed as being recently renovated. Again this condo wasn’t terrible but for the price it was below our standards in comparison to others we’ve rented in Admirals Row. The owners were very nice to deal with and quick to respond.

An affordable spot close to the beach

My family of 5 had the best time at this condo. We were looking for a place that was handicap accessible, less than 100 yards from the beach, with a pool, and could sleep 3 adults and two children. This place checked off our list. Let me start by sharing that our family doesn’t look for perfect when we rent a beach condo. We have kids and we do not want a place that is super fancy. We’re casual. We wanted a kitchen to cook meals, a table we could all sit around, a tv room for hanging out, 2 bedrooms, and beds for 4 of our 5 (we knew one child could sleep on the pullout). While the kitchen was updated and was ideal, the rest of the place is dated. But who cares? We just needed a place to sleep, shower, and laugh when we were not on the beach. This place was our kind of perfect. Of course, there were some cons but nothing that would lower my rating. Here’s a few issues that could be dealbreakers for other families: 1) The pullout couch is not comfortable. It really isn’t. But we’re lucky our 11 year old can sleep anywhere. My suggestion is to buy a memory foam topper for it and it should be fine for someone under 100 lbs. 2) There was a small alligator in a nearby pond. It didn’t do a thing and was fun to watch. But if you hate alligators, you’re probably on the wrong island. 3) One of the sliding glass doors needs a bar to ensure it can’t be opened from the outside. 4) This is a crowded section of the beach in July. We were still able to spread out and find our own spot on the sand, but there were always a few families swimming close by and yes, they got in the way of a few good waves we wanted to bodysurf. Outside of that, the place had everything. There were nearby running and biking trails, 1 small pool right outside the place and a larger pool with restaurant two buildings over. Pickle ball and tennis courts abound, there is a security officer as you drive in, and the beautiful beach is so close.

You will enjoy this unit!

We enjoyed our visit at this unit in early July 2012. Convenient location with first floor accessibility. You can see the ocean from the large balcony. Less than 100 yards to the beach. Great dining/kitchen area - larger than most two bdrm units. Bathrooms in great condition with new fixtures. Living area is comfortable with newer TV. Resort is well-equipped and there is much to do on the island. Also, the owner was pleasant and easy to work with. We had a great time here and will come again to this unit.

Wonderful Stay!!!

My family and 2 friends just stayed in this condo July 16-25,2011. The condo was in excellent condition, and everything is as advertised-the beds,kitchen,balcony (huge). The little pool is about 25 steps from the stairs, and the beach is a 1-2 min walk from the condo. Deb was wonderful in setting it up for us, and I would suggest a stay here! The ONLY downside (IF it IS a downside), is there is no cell service in the condo, or surrounding complex. You have to go to Hilton Pkwy to get service. We had to make all calls on the phone in the condo (which is free). BUT, this was NOT the owners fault, it is both ATT and Verizon both do not have good service. THANKS for a great stay!! Bill Hawkins
