My prices are held perhaps lower than others to give guests value for money, they are not intended to reflect any standard, my local agent says I should increase them to the level other charge. The word "overhaul" is, in my opinion, a little strong. Every year we make some improvement or necessary repair. For this year, for example, the lounge, kitchen / diner, hall landing and stairs were re-painted and the pool grill surrounds were replaced. The tiles on the outside terrace were replaced within the last 3 years and I added a rear pergola with terrace to give guests shade.
