ESTA UNIDAD INCLUYE 2, SÍ 2 JUEGOS DE SILLAS DE PLAYA / PARAGUAS GRATIS !!!

Esta unidad de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños se encuentra en la torre 3, primer piso, justo sobre la piscina de la laguna, ¡la mejor ubicación en todo el complejo! La unidad cuenta con ventanas de pared a pared, de piso a techo con vista al hermoso golfo y 1800 pies cuadrados de lujoso espacio habitable y ha sido totalmente actualizada a partir del 5/2017.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size con un colchón Tempurpedic junto con una tumbona para que pueda sentarse en las ventanas disfrutando de las vistas al océano o leyendo las últimas novelas. El baño cuenta con una hermosa ducha de azulejos con cabezal de lluvia. En el segundo dormitorio, hay dos camas queen con nuevos colchones de felpa y esta habitación también cuenta con una ducha muy especial con cabezal de lluvia. Y en el tercer dormitorio, otra cama king size con un colchón Tempurpedic y este baño cuenta con una nueva bañera con revestimiento de azulejos que se ve hermosa. Esta habitación también tiene el segundo balcón privado sobre la piscina de la laguna, así como la zona de bar. Todas las habitaciones tienen televisores de 32 "con reproductores de DVD y utilizan sábanas de más de 400. Cada habitación tiene su propio baño privado completo con sus tocadores de mármol.

La sala de estar cuenta con dos nuevos sofás de cuero y 2 cómodas sillas para un montón de asientos, un gran televisor de pantalla plana de 55 "con reproductor de DVD. El área de comedor tiene capacidad para seis con tres asientos adicionales en la barra de desayuno, que se ha hecho con un acabado de piedra caída. La cocina cuenta con todos los electrodomésticos nuevos de color negro con nuevos gabinetes "blanco cabaña" y encimeras de granito con un protector contra salpicaduras con espejo. La estufa es una nueva placa de cerámica, hay muchos platos, vasos y cubiertos, ¡incluso ofrecemos una olla de cocción lenta en caso de que decida cocinar! El condominio tiene baldosas nuevas a partir de 3/17 en toda la unidad! ¡El nuevo mosaico presenta el aspecto de madera "recuperada" y es absolutamente hermoso!

Long Beach Resort ha cerrado el acceso con seguridad las 24 horas del día, los 7 días de la semana. El estacionamiento está directamente en frente de su edificio, ¡no al otro lado de la calle o en un garaje estrecho de gran altura! Hay tres piscinas, dos piscinas de estilo polinesio que se calientan estacionalmente y la enorme piscina Lagoon de 6800 pies cuadrados con islas tropicales y cascadas. Cada piscina tiene su propio jacuzzi. Disfrute de una hamburguesa y su bebida favorita en el bar y asador junto a la piscina Lagoon, The Hangout, que está abierto de marzo a septiembre. Long Beach está convenientemente ubicado cerca de todos los excelentes restaurantes, campos de golf, putt putt, atracciones para niños y no se preocupe si olvida algo, Wal Mart está justo bajando la calle y Pier Park está a solo un corto y pintoresco recorrido por Front Beach Road !

Couldn't have been any better

Like title says couldn’t have been any better! Perfect location easy access to beach and the 2 sets of beach chairs was perfect. Condo itself was as described no complaints on anything beds was comfortable. Will defiantly be looking to book again!

Fabulous!

The condo was perfectly located, spacious, and allowed our family to spend time together w/room to get away if we chose to. I love the floor plan, and the main balcony had plenty of room and a gorgeous view of the ocean. We will certainly stay again!!! The Whitehead's Cleveland, TN

Great location!

Great location! Have stayed at Long Beach several times! Very nice condo! My only complaint was the cleanliness of the condo. I felt it needed a more thorough cleaning (floors, refrigerator/freezer, bathrooms, trash can). Also, I would suggest bringing own towels/washcloths.

Clean rooms, quiet setting, beautiful beach

We really enjoyed our stay at our condo we rented! The condo was clean and comfortable and the views of the beach were amazing!! It was easy beach access. Close proximity to other local attractions. The condo was even stocked with laundry soap, dishes, and other useful things. We left the laundry soap we bought. Just a great overall experience and we wouldn’t have a changed a thing. We will definitely book this condo again!!

Enjoyed our stay would return

We really enjoyed the location of this condo. Includes everything you need for your stay. Could have a couple of minor maintenance repairs that would have made our stay a little easier, the sliding door was very hard to open and close and the door lock on the door leading onto the balcony from the master was broken so we couldn’t go in and out that door to bypass the sliding door. We have stayed at several condos at Long Beach over the last five years and this one was a great fit for our family and would return in a heartbeat.

Warmer than would have wanted!

The reason for 4 stars and not 5 was the air conditioning, the bedrooms would not cool had to use fans just to be a little comfortable. Reported it came and checked it out said the thermostats needed replaced never showed back up to replace them other than that very nice! Even kept curtains and blinds closed!

Convenient and beautiful!

This is a wonderful, fully equipped condo with convenient access to the parking lot, pools, and beach. The only time we used the elevator was when we used our wheeled carts. The condo has high quality linens, mattresses, kitchen appliances, laundry, and large balconies with quality furniture. Nothing about this condo is flimsy and cheap like you get in some places. The showers are all newly renovated with wonderful tile and shower heads. The condo is conveniently located to Walmart and many restaurants within walking distance. You really don't have to get back in your car once you are there. I can't say enough good things about this condo! We will definitely book it again for our next trip!

I would rent this condo again and again!

My husband and I had not been to PCB in at least 10 years and we were a little nervous to return in hopes of a family friendly environment. We have 2 small children and it was very important we find a location which was functional, clean, and located on a lower level. The pictures of Kim's condo in Long Beach were beautiful online and let me tell you, the condo is just as lovely and wonderful in person. It is by far the best condo I have ever stayed in. The layout was perfect for our family of 4, plus a couple extra family members! We could see the beach and pool from both balconies and all bedrooms. Oh... and the beds were so super comfortable. We slept like babies (even if 2 of us were babies :)). We loved it so much we hope to make this condo our new place to stay in PCB year after year! It was everything we needed and so much more!!!

Family vacation

We have stayed at Long Beach for several years. Loved the location of this unit and it was decorated beautifully. But for the price it was lacking several much desired & needed amenities in the kitchen; not even a simple can opener. One of the King mattresses needs to be replaced. The bathroom sinks don’t drain very well and one of the toilet seats were broken. Iron didn’t work. No extra blankets in any rooms. These items were addressed to the manager via text but didn’t receive a response back so I’m not sure how it was received. I just know as a new property owner myself I would want this kind of feedback. We enjoyed our stay but for the money spent these types of things shouldn’t be an issue.

Great location and nicely furnished

We were very pleased overall with the condo. It was clean and nicely furnished with everything that we needed for our stay. The location is great, close to shopping and dining both on the beach and on the street. Super Walmart is right across the street and down a block, so that was very convenient. The beach was active, but not too crowded. We had six kids ages, 21, 21, 20, 20, 19 and 17. There was plenty for them to do within walking distance or without leaving the beach. Pineapple Willies is a short walk down the beach about and offers drink specials and discounted refills on their souvenier cups. Parasailing, jet skis, banana boat rides and rental chairs are offered right outside your condo on the beach. We would definatley stay here again. The only minor issues we had - the master bath toilet handle doesn't stay on and needs to be replaced, the a/c tripped the breaker a few times, there needs to be a lttle TLC to the patio door (it was hard to open and close and doesn't seal tightly) and also one of the bathroom shower doors was off track. These are all minor issues to be expected with a rental and again did not take away from our overall experience. If you are looking for a beautiful beach, incredible pool and want to be in the center of activities, this is the condo for you. The first floor was perfect access to the pool and beach without waiting for an elevator, and only 15 steps to the door. THE BEDS ARE EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE TOO. In fact, we are going to purchase these mattresses for our home. This owner did not put cheap mattress on these beds, they are very nice quality. Do not hesitate to book this condo.

Beautiful Condo

We stayed there four nights over spring break. The condo was beautiful and huge! It was very spacious for our party of 8. The location in the building was perfect. Close to parking no elevator to wait on. Close beach access and pool hot tub access. Nice that it is a gated community for security. We will be definitely saving this one. Kim was great to work with.

March Vacay

The condo was spacious and the furnishings were great. Beds were comfortable. I only gave 4 stars for overall rating because the kitchen was not very well appointed. There was Bo blender. There were no mixing bowls, measuring cups, or measuring spoons. There was no plastic warehouse. There were no serving bowls. We bought plastic cups because we were afraid of dropping and breaking a glass on the balcony. If the kitchen were better stocked, it would definitely be 5 stars.

We have stayed in this resort several times but this unit had dirty floors, dirty grout in showers, glass on dining room table had food or something stuck on it. I emailed the management company and the called the next morning before we had gotten out of bed to say the housekeeper would be there in 20 minutes and we had to be out of there before he would come in. He was rude to me, I ended up calling agent back and requested a mop since they would not come back at all. The towels were thin and ragged, 2 washcloths per bathroom and one dishtowel. Not our usual experience. I felt like I had done something wrong because I called to complain. Last time using this rental company.

Fall break

Loved the weather and location. Views are beautiful but we were told to keep doors and curtains closed since it kept making the A/C unit condensate and quit working! A mouse made it difficult to leave any food on counter as we had to throw several things out because it chewed through packaging...wasted money. In need of deep cleaning even with curtains open doors and tracks are dirty. Its a shame. Loved location and pool but that's a lot of money to spend for that type of experience.

Family Vacation

Kims Condo was FANTASTIC! Beautiful three Master bedroom, three master bath condo. Their were 7 of us of which two were babies. One of the master suites had a small wet bar, small sink and refrigerator, perfect for my daughter and son-in-law with middle of the night baby feeding. This is a first floor Conor unit directly over pool area. When we first arrived I was a little concerned that pool being so close would be noisy; however, it was very quiet. Kitchen had everything needed to prepare a gourmet meal. Spacious and comfortable seating in the family room. The outside space was perfect. Loved our stay at Kim’s Condo and will return.

Unit was nicely updated with quality furnishings and tile showers, conveniently located on the first floor above pool. However, the unit it’s self was in need of cleaning.

Perfect location! Super nice condo!

Beautiful condo with perfect location! Unfortunately we had to evacuate due to hurricane Michael. So we only stayed 2 nights but we enjoyed our short visit in this wonderful condo! Highly recommend. Kim’s condo’s were very nice and easy with booking process.

The McElroys Tower 3 101

This was a beautiful condo overlooking the pool and beach. We enjoyed our stay. There was lots of room. The only thing was that the unit needed clean wash clothes they looked like someone had cleaned with them. Over all we loved the condo and hope we can stay there again.

Loved it!

We just stayed 5 nights at the condo. My husband and i brought his parents our two sons and our two exchange students and we all loved it! The pool was easily accessible. All of the great beach excursions are offered right in front of the hotel, we did the banana boat and kayak. We did the shell island shuttle and it was amazing!!!! Everything was great! Perfect beach vacation.
