Comfortable condo within walking distance to beaches and restaurants. Onsite pools and tennis/pickleball courts were also nice amenities. We plan to stay here again.

The teenagers loved the loft and the location was great for beach access as well as nearby shopping! Fourth floor ensures you’ll get some steps in and the view from the balcony faces the water side or you can still see a little bit of color at sunrise and sunset.

Great Stay

Location was perfect walk to a nice beach and equal distances to both parts of Kihei with bars and restaurants. The loft was perfect and overall comfort was 10/10! Would book again!

Neighbors on either side were up late and louder than we liked. Walls are thin so you heard Tv,talking,etc. A one floor condo will be our go to again.The condo was in a great location and clean.

Great location

Great location with beach across the street. Nice amenities like beach toys, chairs, towels. Nice layout for 2 couples or couple with teenager. Love Kihei.

A wonderful retreat in paradise!

I’ve been to Maui several times, and this property is one of the best I’ve stayed at! Everything was well maintained, high quality, and well stocked with the essentials for our week. My boys loved the pickleball courts, and I loved the quiet pool. We will be back!

Great Unit, Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Maui vista and this was one of nicest properties we stayed in while visiting. The complex is nice with 3 pools and a central location you can't beat. The unit itself was really nice everything was pretty nicely updated. Kitchen is nice and spacious and the bathrooms are very clean and modern. Only 1 very minor gripe. The beds felt very flimsy could use a sturdier bed frame the mattresses however were very comfortable and the rooms were very nice was also nice to have king size beds.

perfect condo for a perfect holiday

We all wished we could have stayed longer; we were three sisters an one best friend. The condo was so close to the beach, and the beach chairs and beach towels were provided. The layout worked very well for the 4 of us, and it was very clean, plus everything we needed was provided. I look forward to another visit to Maui Vista.

It worked!

We liked this place! Pros: The communication from the management was great, we knew just what to expect as far as soap, no coffee, etc. The unit was super clean. The ice maker was full when we got there! YAY! It was SO nice to have an AC unit in the bedroom! The complex was overall very quiet. The WD worked great We didn’t realize there was a trash chute, luggage cart and elevator. Nice to have! We loved walking to the beach across the street for sunset. Cons: The beach amenities were nice to have, but some of the items were a little run down. People next door were smoking weed (not the fault of this property!) The pools were very small and very deep very quickly. We loved having them to cool off after the beach! Can’t really see the much of the ocean or the sunset. The upstairs loft got warm.

Exactly what we expected in a good way

The location in Kihei was very central and not far from several nice beaches. It is not right on the beach so we drove wherever we went but that could be a 2 minute drive. Not a huge space but it was very well used and we loved having a washer and dryer on site. Both rooms were very separated which was nice. Had a great time in Maui!

Awesome Location

Everything was great and as described. The beach chairs and umbrella came in handy. There were also pickle ball paddles. The beach and snorkeling across the street were perfect for us, but the surfing 5 minutes further up the street was so fun for my son. I couldn’t get him out of the water! The kitchen had everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back!

property in nice and convenient place

This property is close to beach and food market, parking is free. When we checked in the first day, the sink cannot flow water down on upstairs, I called the office on the third day and it got fixed same day. No shampoo and conditioner provided. The bed is soft and hot with foam mattress on top, AC is loud.

It’s nice and peaceful…

The condo was nice, but there was some flaws. The TV in the bedroom downstairs was acting here and there. I think it got something to do with the cable, and the main bathroom downstairs light were flickering, and also the Lamp in the living room was also flickering when you turn it on. Overall the condo was very nice and well kept. Thank you!!!

Great stay!

This property was just as was listed and fit our family so well. Loved the loft space and separate bathroom for our daughters. We also enjoyed the location as far as beach access and how easily walkable to dinner etc. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
