Esta unidad 3 ª planta tiene 18 'baldosas througout el condominio. La cocina está equipada con everying que necesite y el medio baño extra es una gran característica añadida. El balcón frontal directo del Golfo se encuentra justo al lado de la sala de estar. Sunswept está situado directamente en la playa de azúcar blanco que se separa de las aguas verde esmeralda del Golfo de México. Este piso Orange Beach está a sólo seis millas al este de Gulf Shores, Alabama. Va a encontrar más modernas instalaciones comerciales directamente al otro lado de la calle. Iglesias, 10 campos de golf de primera clase, y la pesca son sólo una corta distancia.

Place was on beach and had a great view. condo itself was very outdated, furniture was old and worn.Elevators worked part of the time. usually at least one did work. condo was clean and well kept but as stated very outdated.

We also appreciate your honest comments regarding the furnishings and updates. While the unit is clean and well maintained, we understand that the style and condition may feel dated, and we will be sharing this feedback with the owner as we are always looking for ways to improve the guest experience. We do apologize for the inconvenience with the elevators as well. Unfortunately, those are managed by the building, but we know how important reliable access is and will be sure to pass that along. Relaxing getaway

After Murray with Coastal Properties helped us check in, all went seamlessly. Sunswept is my favorite spot in Orange Beach! Easy access to the beach. Very convenient location. Good places to eat close by. The live music at Wolf Bay was fun! Plans are being made already for my next visit.

Bed was very creaky. Overall condo needs updating. Not much room to store or hang things. TV’s are tiny and hard to figure out. It is in a great location though!
