HILTON HEAD ISLAND. Esta hermosa casa cuenta con muebles de lujo y el más fino de los servicios.

El gran salón de la planta baja cuenta con dos sofás, una televisión de pantalla plana, vistas a la piscina y está abierto al comedor y cocina. La sala de estar arriba cuenta con un televisor de pantalla plana, DVD y dos sofás. El comedor tiene una gran mesa con capacidad para diez y el totalmente equipada, comer en la cocina tiene una mesa de desayuno para cuatro y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable de acero.

Esta casa cuenta con dos master suites. Uno está situado en la planta baja y el otro se encuentra en el segundo nivel. Ambos tienen una cama king size, TV de pantalla plana, DVD, baño privado y área de descanso. Hay otras dos habitaciones ubicado en el primer piso. Uno tiene dos camas individuales y una con dos camas tamaño queen. Las dos habitaciones tienen un televisor de pantalla plana, DVD y baño privado. Las últimas dos dormitorios se encuentran en la planta superior. Uno tiene dos camas individuales, TV de pantalla plana, DVD y baño privado. El otro tiene una cama de matrimonio, televisión de pantalla plana, DVD, baño privado y balcón privado con vista a la parte trasera de la casa.

Great house

Great house near the beach

We rented this for the whole extended family to come together and this house did not disappoint. Plenty of room, great proximity to the beach, and fantastic location within Palmetto Dunes. Would definitely consider this house again if the extended family doesn't keep expanding!

The home was beautiful, and setup accommodating for guests. 1 bedroom experienced mold in a vent and staff came the same day to spray and disinfect satisfactorily. The range of beautiful spaces in this home is amazing. The upstairs gameroom had ample room for stretching out or playing games. Pool and patio were exceptional spaces to relax with comfortable sofas and poolside chairs. Kitchen was well equipped. This was a very enjoyable stay.

Christmas vacation

This house was full stock with everything we needed. Plenty of space and very clean. It’s only one of a few places on the island this big that allows one pet - which was perfect for our 8 pound peekapoo. We had 3 teenagers who thought this place was awesome. They enjoyed the extra sitting area upstairs. Very close walking distance to the beach. The only negative thing was the street work leading to the house which we understand that the homeowners has no control. So much family fun!! Thank you!!

We absolutely loved our stay at 99 Mooring Buoy. Plenty of space, lovely decor, amenities galore; and close proximity to the beach. Our five grandchildren, all age 5 and under, had so much fun in the pool, being biked around, walking to the beach, having fun in their rooms and the famiily rooms. Their parents loved the two master suites and we enjoyed the room that had a roof-top patio. We ate in, grilling on the patio; and carried out twice. We would definitely come back! Thank you to all

December 2019 Stay

The house at 99 Mooring Bouy was just amazing, six bedrooms, 6 1/2 bathrooms. A wonderful balcony like a “Rapunzel let down your hair” room for the oldest granddaughter. A large upstairs loft for the grandboys to get together and play all their favorite games and still be able to join in on the conversations from the first floor. The huge kitchen, so well appointed and large enough for the whole family to be preparing meals together and and not miss any of the conversations. The living room furnishings were so comfortable and accommodated our entire family. A beautiful secluded backyard with a hot tub, pool and ample lounge chairs and sofas couldn’t have been enjoyed more! The proximity to the beach access was a real plus! Being able to look out the upstairs bedroom window and see the pink in the sky knowing that we had time to catch the most beautiful sunrises ever, was a highlight!! The entire house was immaculate , It was so easy working with Islandgetaway, they made this the best Christmas ever!

October 2019 Stay

This was our first family visit since selling our own house in PD, So we were a little nervous about staying somewhere else. However, it worked really well, both for a group of golfing friends and then, later, our young grandchildren. Lots of running space, great hide and seek spots and ideal for keeping an eye on them in the pool. We will, undoubtedly, return. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues but they were dealt with in hours by Island Getaway.

Stayed at 99 mooring buoy in July 2017. Had a great time with family. House was spacious and clean. Location was great. Have been going to Hilton head island for several years and his house was perfect for our crew! Wonderful vacation

This is truly one of our favorite vacation destinations. The home is beautiful and perfectly located. The private pool and hot tub are a must for families looking to relax only a few steps from the door. The house feels spacious even with a large family. The beach is only a few steps away and the gated community makes the beach feel more private. The property management company provides all necessary info via a convenient app and makes things easy on guests. We will definitely return.

We stayed at this house for a third time this year. As usual, the whole place was clean and our family had a great time. There is so much room in the house and it is set up perfectly for a large family. The private pool and backyard is an awesome place to relax and the beach is just down the path from the driveway. We believe this is one of the best homes in all of Palmetto Dunes. I hope we can return soon.

November 2018 Stay

perfect home for the chef in the family. We were here for Thanksgiving. The home had upscale cooking utensils, pots, etc. We typically bring our pots and utensils from home for Thanksgiving but it was not necessary for this home. There are also two full size refrigerators which was wonderful. The house has a beautiful layout for entertaining. It also has a separate den area upstairs where the teens and young adults can hang out. The patio around the pool had plenty of seating for large family gatherings and/ or entertaining. All of the residential pools are small but the pool guy told us our pool, with its rectangular shape, was one of the largest. On a couple of occasions we needed to call Islang Getaway for minor maintenance issues, and they always responded promptly. Overall this was a great home that I would highly recommend!!
