Esta bien equipada y completamente remodelada en 2014, con 4 dormitorios, 4 baños, está a solo unos pasos de la playa y del océano Atlántico. Relájese junto a la gran piscina privada climatizada * o el camino de la playa, ¡convenientemente ubicado justo afuera de su puerta! Esta casa de un nivel no disfruta de escaleras. Entra por la puerta principal y la sala de estar con vistas a la maravillosa área de la piscina, el patio trasero y la parrilla. Hay un luminoso salón / comedor abierto y una cocina completamente renovada. El salón cuenta con muebles nuevos y TV de pantalla plana de 50 pulgadas. El dormitorio principal está amueblado con una cama king, un televisor de pantalla plana de 42 pulgadas, baño privado con ducha y bañera de hidromasaje, y una entrada privada a la piscina y al área de lanai. El segundo dormitorio también tiene una cama king, un televisor de pantalla plana de 40 pulgadas y un baño privado con ducha a ras de suelo y puertas corredizas para el área de la piscina / patio. El tercer dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales y baño privado con ducha a ras de suelo. El dormitorio con literas cuenta con dos juegos de literas dobles, TV de pantalla plana de 40 pulgadas y baño privado. May 2020 Stay

We've been vacationing at Palmetto Dunes for more than 20 years. This year at 807 Ocean Cove was our first significant disappointment. I was surprised that Island Getaway would represent a rental property in such bad shape. The hot water smelled so bad that my grown children were afraid to shower in it and the carpet and bedding were highly questionable. Luckily, we had two rentals and were able to squeeze into the other one. I do hope that Island Getaway will be more selective in the future.

August 2020 Stay

We were a family of 5,2 adults and 3 children and this was our first time in Hilton Head. We typically always go to Siesta Key. We were so pleasantly surprised! We typically do not love the Atlantic Ocean but the beach here was perfect especially with smaller children! This home was in a beautiful family friendly location and was perfect inside. All bedrooms have their own bath access. The house is beautifully decorated. I loved how open it was. The sitting area I originally did not see us using but we used it every day to drink coffee and play scrabble which was provided. The window seat was by far my favorite spot! There is a path to the beach access right by the pool and I honestly had no idea from the description so it was a pleasant surprise. I took maybe 3 min to get to the beach. The pool is huge! There were some older beach chairs left and some beach toys and a raft for the pool plus a very nice large insulated cooler.Everything was so clean as well!The only thing I thought was missing was more games.

October 2021 Stay

Location, Location, Location!!! The close proximity to the beach is great! We love the one level, and the bright open feel of the home. The Heated pool is great! I sure hope the next guest have kids. sadly my grandchildren weren't able to join us this year, so we left several pool toys, and floats. Our vacation didn't turn out as planned, but the house did not disappoint! We really love the updated appliances and the ice maker is a nice extra! On a side note, I feel that the cleaning Co needs to pay closer attention to detail. I noticed cobwebs on lights and pictures, the walls need to be wiped down occasionally too. ***To the Home Owner.... Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home. We tried our best to respect and treat it as if it were our own home!!!

October 2020 Stay

This home is quant, comfy yet spacious. The area is rather quiet. Love the quick access to the beach. The secluded pool was a great option when not at the beach. Having a bathroom for each bedroom & multiple doors to the pool area was very nice. The kitchen could be tight at times & could benefit from additional pots/pans. The internet was a bit slow for our children’s elearning. Would recommend for 1-2 families.

October 2019 Stay

We’ve been long time guests at 122 Mooring Buoy over 15 years and we’re sad to have it sold due to the death of our friend. So we looked for another rental nearby. So 2 Ketch fully met our needs. All nine of us had comfortable beds, good showers, bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and a great swimming pool. We hope to come again next October to 2 Ketch.

July 2017 Stay

2 ketch was a great place to stay and a short walk to the beach. We had a family member with a broken leg so it was nice that this property was one level with no steps. This was our second time staying at this location. The only thing I would suggest that needs to be done would be resurfacing the pool. and there was one tree in between the house and the pool that leaves a constant mess on the pool deck and outdoor table. It would benefit to remove that tree and make the pool area look cleaner. Overall we enjoyed this property. Thank you Meg Christian

The property wasn't as well maintained as last year. We had to remove several grocery bags of dog feces from the backyard. We love the house and the location but the house wasn't as clean as last year and the kitchen sink backed up on us again. According to the plumber this happens every 3 months or so. Also we had an interim cleaning where the staff sprayed oven cleaner inside the oven and then just left it . Overall we would like to rent this property again but hope it receives some TLC before next year. Thanks

We stayed in 2 Ketch. The noise was a perfect fit for 4 adults and 4 children 4 to 13. The walk to the beach was not bad either. The ice maker was a hit sent for extra drinks and ice for the trip to the beach. Cooking pots, pans, and skillets were plentiful. 2 sets of bunks, 2 twins, and 2 King’s were ample for sleeping. Would defiantly go back.

The perfect size for our family of four plus Grandma. Super comfortable and tasteful furnishings!

Ketch 2 was the perfect home to spend our Thanksgiving week. Just the right size for our family of four plus Grandma and would easily accommodate more friends and family if needed with the bunk beds and twin beds. It is a very short walk to the beach and biking/walking distance to the tennis center and General Store - in a darling neighborhood in Palmetto Dunes. The furniture was super comfortable and stylish - love the conversation seating area and the table was perfect for Thanksgiving dinner. Bedding also very comfortable - excellent taste in furnishings - clean lines and modern, inviting! thank you for sharing your home!

Great property...clean and nicely furnished! Great pool and easy walk to the beach access...Appeared that kitchen utensils had disappeared-has to wash after each meal! Owners take great care of this property :)
