The condo was cozy and had everything we needed! The unit is close to the pool and is just off one of the holes on the golf course. Great views and you can see the ocean and hear the waves crashing at night. We highly recommend!

Brian and Kathleen were highly communicative during our stay. The pictures of their place do not do it justice; their condo is beautiful and well-maintained! I would highly recommend their place, as we had a wonderful stay.

This property was perfectly located but needed upgrading and kitchen was infested with ants by the kitchen window every day. Photos were deceiving - online pics did not reflect the real setting and decor.

Excellent price and Location

It was home away from home, the place is super clean and spacious. We live in Texas ans everything is bigger at home, however this VRBO was surprisingly spacious and well kept, the community is beautiful and all the amenities that they offer is superb.

Wonderful stay at comfortable condo

Very spacious for our family of four, well appointed and great location and pool. Entire reserve complex very clean with extremely courteous and attentive staff. Conchal beach amazing as is flamingo beach. Don’t miss Coco Loco for a meal (or two) and sunset.

Great Holiday Getaway🙌

We loved our stay here, it was a beautiful location easily accessible from both San Jose and Liberia where our family joined from. Spacious and clean as well as very-well equipped, we enjoyed the condo and will return again! Service was responsive when we needed it. The beach and club facilities are stellar, we enjoyed the diverse activities such as golf, hikes, beach time, catamaran sailing ⛵️gym, spa and great restaurants - something for everyone!

Excellent stay at Reserva Conchal

We had a great time staying here. The condo was big enough for the six of us. Having access to the beach club was a huge plus. Host was very responsive and all minor issues were handled right away. I highly recommend staying here.

Great Resort!

Great way to end the Thanksgiving Family Vacation! - Arenal to Monteverde to Playa Conchal! Condo was the perfect location for everyone to be in the same villa and do some home cooking. Westin Beach Club is incredible! Will come back!

Nice getaway!

Condo has plenty of space for our group of 4. Comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. Nice view to the side of ocean and golf course. Complex is quiet. Must take shuttle or drive to beach club…about a 10 min drive. Beach club is worth it…nice beach, pool and restaurant.

Great place to vacation!

This is a great place to stay. The condo is very nice. We loved the Reserva Conchal beach club and pool. Very nice customer service and a good restaurant that was well priced. The concierge staff at the beach club will help you with anything. Awesome restaurants in nearby Brasilito and a quick trip down to Tamarindo for surfing lessons. The owner’s friend Dee will also take excellent care of you with shuttle transportation and hook you up with tourist activities. Highly recommend!

3rd time in Costa Rica. And it gets better every time. Playa conchal is a beautiful blue clear water beach that is not crowded. The reserva conchal beach club is awesome as well as our stay in the condo. Clean and has everything you need. Close enough to Tamarindo to visit but far enough from the crowds. We will be back.

Highly recommend

We loved staying at Reserva Conchal. The property grounds are beautiful. The condo was spacious and clean. We rented a car during our stay and highly recommend renting a car. It was helpful because we could go to the Beach Club whenever we wanted and didn’t have to wait for a shuttle. I enjoyed my massages by the beach. The food at the Beach Club was good. The pool at the condo was nice and never crowded. Our family would stay at this place again when we return to Costa Rica.

Family vacation

My family and I stayed here for five nights over our spring break. The villa was spacious and beautiful. The location of the feller was close to the entrance of the resort which is convenient when heading out for excursions or visiting nearby towns. It is about a 10 minute drive down to the beach club. The beach was beautiful and the pool was nice. The only complaint we would have is that they need a few more lounge chairs around the pool for the amount of people that were there. We couldn’t find chairs right away when we got there, but our staff member helped us locate one and move it down by us so that we could at least have two for our family to share. Overall, we loved our stay and the people of Costa Rica. We would love to come back and visit in the future.

Spring Break

It was a favorite vacation by all. The condo was clean, and great size with all amenities for cooking and laundry. We enjoyed the beach club! It was amazing to use the paddle boards, kayak at the beach, the pool, plus the gym and the restaurant. The restaurant was affordable. We rented a golf cart to get back and forth from the condo. We were a little disappointed that we were unable to use the restaurants at the W or Westin due to high occupancy and we didn't know until we arrived. The concierge service was super helpful!

Wonderful condo

We really enjoyed our stay here! Great space for my husband and I, our two kids, and my mom. Loved being in Reserva Conchal and the amenities, especially the beach club, pools, and gym. The condo pool was nice and quiet too. I was surprised that there were no basic spices or condiments such as salt and pepper or cooking spray in the condo. Thankfully there were leftover coffee filters or we would have had to buy those. The PM company was great with their communication leading up to check-in but then when we messaged them afterwards they never replied. Even though they said to reach out if we had any questions. All in all, it was a good experience.

An awesome place to stay!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the condo! The space was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The overall vibe of the place was peaceful and inviting, which we really appreciated.While the clubhouse and beach were a bit farther than we expected, we still had a great time and felt content by the end of our stay. There were a few hiccups with communication at the Westin Hotel, and some of the hotel staff came off as a bit rude and not very communicative, which was a little disappointing.On the bright side, the property managers were kind and willing to help whenever we needed. That said, the communication system could use a bit of improvement—receiving multiple group chats with different sets of instructions created some confusion among our group.We absolutely loved the beach club—the atmosphere, service, and especially the food were all outstanding. Despite the minor issues, we had a wonderful experience and are definitely planning to come back!

Great location with great support

Our stay at Reserva Conchal was a great experience for our family. We were met by Alonso, who was very communicative and helpful. Once in the condo, there was enough documentation to help us understand how the beach facilities worked. The drive to the beach resort (which is shared among the owners) is about 10 minutes and there is access to the amenities like the pools (which the kids loved), kayaks, boogie boards, and towels. I probably asked Alonso too many questions, but he was very patient and responsive and gave some great recommendations. It is a very lovely place. We did go to the condominium pool which we noticed was not kept very clean and had iguana guano (I think) in it and overall the water was pretty dirty, so we opted for the pool down by the beach.
