Increíble Penthouse frente al mar !!

Hermoso condominio en renta en Puerto Aventuras, una de las mejores vistas de la Riviera Maya.

Dos habitaciones y dos baños, cómoda sala de estar con sofá seccional, TV con reproductor de DVD, TV SKY (cable de satélite mexicano) y cable HDMI para conectar sus propios dispositivos. La mesa de comedor es perfecta para comidas con familiares y amigos.

¡La vista desde el espacio habitable es increíble! Disfruta de vistas de 180 grados de las aguas turquesas del océano. La cocina está totalmente equipada con todo lo que necesita para su estadía: cafetera, licuadora, placa eléctrica, horno y microondas.

El dormitorio principal tiene una vista impresionante del Caribe con una cama King, un amplio espacio de guardarropas, un hermoso techo de cúpula con tragaluz, un baño privado con bañera y una terraza privada. Abre las puertas para dormirte con el sonido de las olas del océano.

El dormitorio de invitados tiene dos camas individuales y comparte el baño con la sala de estar. Las camas gemelas se pueden juntar para hacer un rey si así lo desea.

La mejor parte - la playa! Nuestra playa en Quinta Luna es privada, con palapas para disfrutar de la sombra, cómodas sillas de playa y una piscina, todo lo que necesita está literalmente a unos pasos de su puerta y nunca tendrá que luchar por un lugar. La piscina es perfecta para niños, con un extremo poco profundo ideal para chapotear. Disfruta nadando en la laguna, trae tu equipo de snorkel para explorar la vida marina del Caribe.

Tenemos kayaks en alquiler para aquellos interesados y podemos ayudarlo con el alquiler de carritos de golf para su estadía, una forma divertida de explorar Puerto Aventuras.

Aunque el alquiler de autos no es necesario cuando se hospeda en nuestro condominio, está a una corta distancia a pie de muchos restaurantes y tiendas y hay taxis disponibles, es fácil y seguro alquilar un auto y explorar la Riviera Maya. Estás a 10 minutos de Akumal, a 30 minutos de Tulum y a 20 minutos de Playa del Carmen.

Loved it!

We loved our stay in Puerto Aventuras. We traveled with our 2 children, ages 7 and 9. The condo is beautiful. The lagoon out front was perfect for snorkeling for our entire family. Only a short drive (2 minutes) or a long walk (15 minutes) to the marina area where there are several restaurants, shops, and dolphins! This is the perfect area for visiting different areas such as Tulum or Playa del Carmen. We rented a car, but taxis are reasonable to travel to those areas as well. We look forward to returning when we can!

5 Stars. AMAZING PLACE

I rarely write reviews on rental location, but for this one I had to. We have been coming for years in the Cancun area and we usually stay at the Secrets Moroma. The condo is amazing and the pics don't do any justice. The views are absolutely incredible, the interior is very clean and well decorated. It has everything you need. Communication with the owner was great. Amazing pool with very quiet private beach. First time in Puerto Aventuras and we loved the area/community. Tons of great restaurants, bars and shops overlooking at the dolphins playing all day. Zero negative about this place. We will return very soon!!

This is a beautiful and comfortable 2 bedroom penthouse condo. Living space is wall to ceiling doors that open onto a large terrace with incredible views. The furnishings were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Great master bedroom with a large bathroom and a nice little terrace looking to the sea. The second bedroom was perf3ct for our two small grandkids. The property itself is nicely landscaped with a large swimming pool and very private beach area with lots of chairs and shade if desired. The pool, grounds and open air foyer were always impeccablly maintained by a very friendly staff.

Amazing penthouse

Great location! Fantastic ocean view. The condo is very clean. Plenty of room for two adults. The balcony is so great. You can tan there all day if you like. There's also enough shade so you don't need an umbrella. Local restaurants are about 20 min walk. We recommend to rent a car for your stay. Grocery shopping and more restaurants are only 10 min away. You can also order your groceries to be delivered to the condo. Very convenient. Sarah is a great host, very easy to communicate with. We will be back.

Very nice location.

Loved the interior design and the Mexican folklore type accessories. Enough of a beachy décor to remind you you're at the beach without overdoing it. Tasteful design. Well equipped. Would add light blocking curtains to master bedroom. It gets very bright early when your vacation eyes still want some darkness. Couldn't really access the beach but the pool and the surrounding area was great. Gorgeous at nigh! If you venture off property - leave some breadcrumbs. It's quite an expansive development. Would be nice for a trolley type service that could take you to the shops and restaurant since parking there is quite limited and could results in more visits. Overall, this condo was great! Sarah was very pleasant to work with and responsive.

We loved our stay in the penthouse!

The condo is absolutely gorgeous with beautiful views of the ocean from pretty much every angle, gorgeous wood furniture and unique craftsmanship throughout the entire condo! We enjoyed watching the sunrise and sunset from the patio balcony every day! 🌅 The balcony was too hot to hang out on during the day, but that’s when we went out on excursions or down to the private beach area, and relaxed to the sound of the ocean waves. The pool is nice, clean and quite refreshing and the lagoon is great for swimming too! The condo had everything we needed to cook some of our own food and the owners had filtered water for us to drink too which was very nice! The shower pressure in the master was not so great, but the guest shower had better pressure. You do have to let the water run for a bit before it gets hot. The master bedroom is very beautiful, my partner was in awe of the craftsmanship of the ceiling in this room! It also has a beautiful view of the ocean right from the bed, that was a little hard for our liking, but the sound of the ocean from bed made up for it. It has ample room and storage to unpack your things and a master bath attached. We had an issue with the keypad not working upon our return from an excursion one day and I texted the host, Sarah, and she responded almost immediately and we were able to go get a key from the office. 🙏 We had a very relaxing stay here and hope to come back soon!

Quiet and relaxing

We absolutely loved staying here. The Penthouse ocean view was amazing. I wish it would have had an umbrella for shade BUT I do know they will be getting something at the end of the year. The inside was beautiful and comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked with all necessities. The only thing I would note is that it does not have a dishwasher so I would recommend buying a lot of paper plates/products so you wouldn't have to hand wash dishes the whole stay. The beach, water, chairs and palapa shading was FABULOUS. Super relaxing and hardly any people. There are 2 resorts on either side so for a few hours each afternoon you could hear their music and people yelling on a microphone but it wasn't terrible. We rented a golf cart which gave us access to travel in to the marina for some amazing dinners each evening. I HIGHLY recommend staying here!

The condo is perfect, comfortable and beautifully decorated and had everything we needed.

This property was almost everything we were looking for, we had an amazing vacation here. There were a few things that I wish I had known before booking but we were very satisfied. The pros- the apartment is perfect, beautiful views, great balcony and the kitchen had most of what we needed. The water provided was awesome! Being in Peurto Aventuras was nice, I felt extremely safe and we found all that we needed there. The cons- there isn't a sandy beach within walking distance. The little lagoon is nice, my bf snorkeled there and is perfect for kids! But I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't just walk on a beach like I love to do. The only other surprise was how far we were from Tulum, the Peurto Aventuras area is a contained area, I felt very removed from Mexico there, which is not a bad thing, just a surprise. Having a rental car to get about outside of PA is a must. All in all I would definitely stay here again and Sarah was available anytime I had questions!

Absolutely beautiful condo well appointed of what a view

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon beginning May 14th!!Sarah was a fantastic communicator and made sure we had all the instructions to get to the condo well before we arrived. When we walked in the door, all we could say was "WOW....this place is beautiful." It was so clean and decorated exquisitely with beautiful pottery, wood sculptures and other mexican inspired decor. The bed was extremely comfortable and there were plenty of towels to use. Because it was our honeymoon, Sarah had a handmade card for us with a chilled bottle of Prosecco waiting for us when we arrived!! What a special surprise!!!We had everything we needed in the kitchen...there were basic spices in the cabinet, plenty of cooking utensils, pots pans, dishes etc. We cooked breakfast most of the time and stayed in for dinner a few nights. Many times during the week, I contacted Sarah for recommendations on snorkel excursions and other things she recommended in the area. She usually responded within minutes.We snorkeled right off our beach and saw an amazing array of fish. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the breeze and sunrises in the morning. This was such a relaxing vacation and Sarah was an excellent hostess. I would highly recommend staying here. We are actually thinking about staying there again in March of 2019....Thank you Sarah for making our honeymoon so enjoyable!!

BOOKED THREE NIGHTS STAYED FOR A WEEK!

From the moment you drive into Puerto Aventures, drive over the bridge next to the condo and take in the ocean views you know you are in a special place. Then you meet property manager Ariel, get a tour of the facilities and are escorted to your home. WOW! As soon as you enter the penthouse the views blow you away. You can see the ocean from every room except the second bedroom. The views from the deck are fabulous, ocean, beaches, resorts et al. We loved sleeping in the comfortable king bed hearing the waves, looking at the ocean and stars. Master has it's own balcony and the ceiling is the most unique we have ever seen. The entire property is beautifully maintained by the gracious staff. Laundry facilities and a gym are on site. The penthouse is well furnished and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The gated village of Puerto Aventures includes several beachfront resorts, hotel, condominiums, restaurants, shops, and a golf course. All of this surrounds a marina and series of canals with a dolphin discovery area where you can observe their training and performing with the tourists swimming with them. The beautiful beaches of Akumal and Tulum are a short drive south and the bustling town of Playa Del Carmun to the north. To top it off we left an important item behind. Sarah got on it and after several searches the item was found and arrangements made to have it returned.Everything about this place exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back and recommend this wonderful place to anyone! Jack and Mary Jo

What an Incredible Place to Stay-Highly Recommended!

First Impression of the Property: How did we get so lucky to find this paradise? We're so glad we booked an entire week! The photos are accurate - the views are stunning. The condo is immaculate-decorated beautifully and very comfortable. The owner, Sarah, is responsive both before and after booking and during the stay, if any questions arise. The condo complex has an elevator-great for reaching the top floor with your luggage and groceries. The staff at the condo are wonderful-answering any questions about the property. We were fortunate in that only two other condos were occupied. We pretty much had the grounds and pool to ourselves. We really enjoyed morning coffee on the veranda overlooking the ocean and listening to the waves. Plenty of sun to catch some rays and two comfy chaise lounges for relaxing or sunning. Large umbrella to block the sun, if needed. Great place to have a glass of wine at night and soak in the relaxing vibe. We used the new bbq grill and enjoyed eating in for three dinners. Sarah hooked us up with a golf cart rental from one of the other condo owners. I highly recommend this as it's a pretty far walk to restaurants during the heat of the day. During cooler months it would be a great walk but keep in mind that at night it's pretty dark to walk back to the condo from the marina. Not to mention it's so much fun driving all over Puerto Aventuras; making a coffee or gelato run! Our party was only two adults so we used the 2nd bedroom to open our suitcases on the twin beds - made for very easy access. Both bathrooms were lovely - great water pressure. Plenty of towels for both bathing and for the pool. Unfortunately, the weather was too hot at night to open the bedroom sliding glass door and be serenaded by the ocean waves. The master bedroom has a brick mosaic ceiling that is very beautiful. There isn't a ceiling fan, but a table fan is provided in the closet, which I used nightly. The only issue we had with our stay was the A/C being off when we arrived. The condo was hot; 30c/86f+; not good for unpacking or sleeping. It took 24 hours before the condo was comfortable despite running all 3 units. (Seemed more difficult for the A/C to catch up once it was so hot.) Once the condo was cooler, we settled in and truly appreciated the lovely home that has been created at Quinta Luna #304. We hope to return for another adventure sometime soon! Don't miss out on this gem in the Riviera Maya.

My girlfriend and I both graduated college a week a part from each other. We had planned on traveling to the Riviera Maya area and stay at a large all inclusive resort. I decided to do something differently as to avoid the same old experience at large resorts. Eventually I worked my way to VRBO and found the search a lot easier. I simply narrowed my search down and decided that this was the best value for the money. Boy was I right! For $200 a night we were surprised on how nice the place is. The condo is not huge, but it isn't small either. The layout of the condo is very open and the place was spotless! Everything was neatly in it's proper place and the living room balcony was a great size. The view was pretty spectacular. It is truly a beachfront property. Resorts will say beachfront view etc, but there is several acres between you and the water. Not here! When you are in the lobby, you simply walk past the front desk inside and the gym and you have a wide opening with stairs. You have a pool to the right and sand directly in front of you. There is a protective barrier of rocks beyond the immediate water so the water is very calm and clear. The fishes like to hangout close to the steps and underneath the steps so it is easy to go under and see them. Both bathrooms have a nice ceiling/glass that lets the sun into the room while showering. The master bedroom was a nice size. The gated community known as Puerto Aventuras surprised me. The town is gated so you can't go in if you aren't a tour bus, taxi, or delivery person without the required documents. If you are staying in a resort or condo, they will ask you to name it and provide proof of your stay. Most guards are easy going so you can show your passport and they will document it as well as capture you on video after you name the place where you are staying. The town has more than enough small restaurants and a few bars where you can catch some sports. There is an information center, a dolphin enclosure to watch the dolphins for free or swim with the for a fee. There are a few medium sized resorts and at the back where we stayed seemed even more secluded. There are several different condo residences and they are all quiet and tucked away from the busier restaurant/bar area of the town, which is an already laid-back area. I recommend this condo. Sarah is awesome and she is in constant communication to make sure you are satisfied. If you are thinking about it, book it! Best vacation we've had

The condo was even better than it looked in the listing photos. The community was charming and plenty of restaurants and activities were nearby. Sarah was friendly and helpful. We will definitely look forward to staying here when we visit the Yucatán again.

This place is really amazing and exactly as described. The view from this top floor residence is truly awesome and I couldn't get enough of it. Very clean overall including pool and beach area. I "lived" there for 33 days

Recently spent 33 days living/working there instead of just vacationing. Worked online during the week and mostly stayed in, and then ventured out more on weekends. Great wi-fi and I was using two computers and a phone at times. Everything as pictured except it does now have an outdoor grill. Great location and because of the seasonal breezes I only used the AC a couple times (rain) and spent a LOT of time hanging out on the balcony. Plenty of everyday supplies, dishes, towels etc. Ordered groceries online and coordinated up front to have them delivered before I arrived. Walked into "town" several times but I used a golf cart most of the time due to the heat/distance and then I could also check out the whole community. Once I got there, I got everything I needed for the month inside the gates so that made it easy. Great hotel restaurant just around the corner on the lagoon that is an easy walk. Being it was the start of the slow season, combined with Covid and the main hotel closed for remodeling, it was pretty slow overall (and limited hours) but I had a great time and it was a great place to stay. Definitely one of the best overall ocean views/locations in the community!

Beautiful views and a lovely Condo

Sara is very easy to communicate with and everything that we looked forward to happened and more. Beautiful condo, with breath taking views of the sun rise and sunsets, we snorkelled right out front in the ocean and saw amazing fish. The sound of the ocean and the views are amazing. The condo is tastefully decorated and welcoming. We spent a lot of time at the pool and private beach . Iguanas and amazing birds joined us daily. Puerto Aventuras is a safe and friendly area to vacation. The gated community is clean and full of beautiful vegetation and many interesting areas to walk about and explore. The restaurants and shops are worth checking out. If we had to list a down side to the condo the only issues would be the light shining outside of the bedroom on the back side, but we pulled the metal shutter closed. The staff at Quinta Luna were very friendly and helpful.

My family has been visiting the Riviera Maya since the early 80's and love Mexico and the Caribbean, when we walked through the door of the condo and saw the view, it was a done deal. We love spending time here as a family, aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents, friends, all are welcome and we have so made so many incredible memories over the last 2+ years in our home away from home.
