The unit had almost everything we would need for the beach vacation. The provided beach towels and the provided sand toys, beach chairs, pool noodles etc made it easy to come to the beach via a plane ride.

It had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed many dinners out on the screened porch, the wonderful shuffle board while grilling and being right on the beach.We were also thrilled that the owners allowed us to bring our Golden Retriever making our vacation the best!This condo is perfectly situated on the island. It is in a private setting but easily accessible to everything. We biked to many coffee shops, restaurants, shops and attractions on the island.Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at this wonderful paradise.

Excellent Location & Condo Complex

This unit is only a short easy 2 min walk to beach through the complex. The pool was very nice. The elevator was very helpful to get our things up. The complex was quiet and well maintained. The floor plan for this unit was very nice and good use of space. Both bedrooms have on suite bathrooms. Master bath has tub/shower combination. 2nd bathroom has a remolded walk in shower. Furnishings were nice. Plenty of towels, dishes, pots and pans, silverware. Only surprise was no ice maker in freezer of refrigerator. Had to make ice with ice cube trays and purchased a bag of ice. We enjoyed the beach and restaurants. Loved the Sanibel Historical Village.

Island Beach Club #220B, Not So Pet Friendly

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Island Beach Club #220B was average. Renter beware, while the owners of this unit offer it as pet friendly, the neighbors are not pet friendly. Pros: clean kitchen, clean floors, decent patio, you don’t have to cross the street to get to the beach. Cons: mold in shower, holes and stains on sheets. Originally, we planned this vacation for our family and brought our dog with us. Our dog was with us for the first two days of our stay until a neighbor complained about him. The result was that we had to board a member of our family. I was ok to overlook a few details regarding cleanliness standards because my expectations were lower for a “pet friendly” property. However, there were other places that I felt we could have chosen to stay at that would have been much nicer if we weren’t taking our dog into consideration. The property management company was very kind and helpful through everything! Thank you!

New floors, furniture and mattresses on twin beds replaced. Was wonderful! Very complete kitchen, even had a Ninja Pro for smoothies, which was terrific considering the fresh fruit we got from the farmers market. Would certainly recommend Island Beach Club! The people are very friendly, and certainly a plus being able to share our vacation with our furry friend! she really liked being just steps to the beach/1

Reviewer Comments: Thank you for a perfect vacation! the condo was super clean, comfortable and beautiful!I loved that they had a crockpot and every utensil you need to cook. Also, a vacuum cleaner like the one I have at home. The owners have pet beds and throws (thank you! we were amazed!!)The view is so pretty! You get a partial view of the ocean, but also there is vegetation on the back, so you get to enjoy that, too. I loved the ceiling to floor glass!!!The owners left their bicycles, and we got to enjoy a ride around the island. The location is perfect, just a 10 minute bike ride to the grocery store and restaurants. There are gas grills, very easy to use.Overall, we are impressed and already planning to come back to this unit ASAP! We already miss the island!

Very Enjoyable Stay

Very clean and close to beach. Rental questions were answered promptly and we were pleasantly surprised by the small but nice gulf view from the condo. Being able to bring our dog was a big plus.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at 220B was very enjoyable! Close to the beach and pool. I had a lovely view of the gulf as I was cooking in the kitchen! The condo was spotless, which is very important to me. The kitchen is well stocked. The only complaint my husband and I had was the king-size bed was uncomfortable. We both have issues with our backs, so it may be just us. Otherwise, this is a very comfortable condo. It was a real treat having our fur babies with us AND being able to take them to the beach. One of the highlights of my vacation was seeing our Schnauzer paddling around in the gulf! An unexpected bonus was the shopping cart found in the garage area for residents to use to bring their belongings up to the condo. It saved many trips after a long car ride and was much appreciated! The condo and the whole condo complex itself is well maintained.I definitely would recommend this vacation rental to my friends and family and would look forward to a return trip!

We’ve stayed in the Island Beach Club many times before and this was one of our favorite units. Great for cooking as they have updated appliances and lots of key utensils. In storage there were lots of beach chairs and stuff for the beach which was great. The beds were comfortable as well. At Select, we spoke with Linda and Leanne several times, and they kindly communicated everything we needed to know before our arrival — from COVID state orders to condo entry. I will definitely use again and would highly recommend to anyone else.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was great with everything a family of 4 needed--and a dog. We arrived in the rain, and luckily the condo has it's own designated parking spot under cover, so unloading everything while remaining dry was possible. The king bed was comfortable and the two twin beds were great for the kids. The kitchen was stocked with every pot, pan, and utensil needed. Washer and dryer were great so we could do mid-week laundry. And the screened patio is very large with a nice table for 4 to enjoy a meal or happy hour without bugs. As we headed to the beach each day, we pulled our beach gear out of the large ground floor closet by the parking spot. The walk to the beach is easy and has a shower station to wash off prior to heading back for the day. The community pool was also a great place for the kids if the ocean waves were too rough. And we took advantage of the community gas grills to grill out for dinner. Overall, we had a great vacation and enjoyed #220B.

It was clean, well-equipped and the beds were comfortable. Plus, it was very close to the beach. We appreciated the pool toys, beach chairs and games - and the hosts left an excellent and very useful guide to Sanibel restaurants and attractions. A great experience!!!!
