Magnifico apartamento a estrenar con excelentes vistas en El Colorado Campo.

Nuestro rancho se encuentra en el Valle de las Animas aprox. doce millas al sur de Durango. Cuenta con excelentes vistas del valle del río desde la cubierta de apartamentos. Disfrutar de la tranquilidad de este apartamento nuevo. Pesca y ciclismo de ruta se puede hacer por la puerta delantera, o simplemente relajarse en la terraza y tomar todo adentro!
Preparar comidas gourmet en una cocina completamente equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y encimeras de granito. La cocina, comedor y sala de estar, son parte de una "gran sala" por lo que es perfecto para las fiestas de entretenimiento y cena.
Las dos habitaciones tienen camas de matrimonio y hay un sofá cama en el sofá si necesita un espacio extra. Hay un montón de mantas y almohadas para acomodarse con demasiado.
No tenemos televisión por cable, pero no hay conexión inalámbrica a internet gratuita, una Wii y un montón de películas en DVD están disponibles para su disfrute.

Great apartment in the country

Plenty of room for adults and children. Spacious and thoughtfully appointed with games, throw blankets and all the basics in the kitchen,,, spices, oils, instant oatmeal, cocoa mix, and ice, plus all the pans, bowls, measuring cups, strainer, tea kettle, coffee maker and bean grinder, and dishes needed. Plus, we got a visit from a trio of friendly, tail wagging ducks!

Dream family trip to the 4 Corners

A wonderful apartment-more like a home-with a view of the countryside of Durango. The space was excellent for our family of six including 4 (20+ year old) kids. The kitchen was full of cooking utensils, pots, pans, serving dishes, dishes, utensils, counter space etc. We cooked our meals there. We grilled off the porch with ease. The bedrooms and living room space worked quite well and smoothly for all of us. The openness of the living area with views out the windows and French doors truly added to our great experience! The view from the porch was wonderful and the sky from the master bedroom! The decorating touches were warm and welcoming to us as we kicked off our travels. The property with the pond, weeping tree, ducks, views of horses and goats plus the flowers were lovely! Meeting Erin and J and chatting a bit was sweet-with only a quick hello to the boys. Would have enjoyed talking more. Definitely choose to stay at this wonderful home. Additionally, we trekked out to Mesa Verde and loved it. Very great location for this day trip. Thanks E and J!! Family friendly and peaceful

My husband and I traveled to Durango with our 4 young kids. We stayed at this property and enjoyed being in the country area, rather than within the city. The apartment is spacious inside the living room and kitchen area! We greatly appreciated the pack-n-play available for use so that we did not have to pack one. This was a great family friendly area to stay and qe thoroughly enjoyed our time in Durango!

Comfortable and clean with beautiful views.

We very much enjoyed our time at the Flying J. The property is located 20 minutes ourtside of Durango but the scenic views driving to/from the property make it worth every minute. The property is quiet and calm; the apartment is clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and well stocked. The large deck was perfect for enjoying the serene views. Jason and Erin were very responsive to any challenges we encountered and were extremely hospitable. Would definitely return 🙂

Great Family Getaway

We stayed at this property to ski at Purgatory during our children’s spring break. It had everything we needed and was a great spot to relax after a day of skiing. The owners were great and we highly recommend staying here if you’re in the Durango area!

Polar Express Christmas

We chose Durango to take our kids on the Polar Express. We had everything we needed and more. Jason and Erin even left our kids some hot cocoa and special mugs out for the kids upon our arrival. Games, movies and even a Christmas tree. It was quiet and just what we needed!! Thanks for the memories.

Modern and cozy, The Lazy J exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend for families as there are two separate bedrooms and a large living area for smaller children. Nothing I would have changed. Thank you for being so thoughtful with the amenities provided to your guests.

Great weekend get away

I highly recommend this clean, cute, well equipped two bedroom apartment to anyone visiting the area. Our stay included two couples for the weekend to ride our Harley's on the Million Dollar Hwy. There is a bit of a dirt driveway that the owners informed us about before booking and it was just fine riding the bikes on it. The property is a bit out of town but made for a quite stay. Would book again if we are in the area.

Would Recommend!

Very nice comfy place to come back to at the end of the day. It's a little bit out of town but it is pretty views, you drive along the river most of the way and it doesn't seem very long...and we have 4 kids so that's saying something! Just a heads up though on a couple things I missed. They provide towels but no washcloths No washer & dryer And no qt or gal pitcher in the kitchen for mixed drinks. Just small things which didn't make a huge difference but wish I would've caught beforehand. All in all it was a nice place to stay and the owners left alot of nice personal touches giving the feeling that they cared and wanted to make your stay a good one!

A great base of operations

This cozy dwelling has everything in a small package. We housed a family of six very comfortably. The kitchen was perfect for my wife and I to navigate around each other and get meals out. If I were to pick any issues, I would say that there’s not a ton to do in the immediate vicinity, but that’s fine. It’sDurango, we wanted to get outside and travel around the area. Also, if you have T-Mobile, there was a tower within about 200 yards, so service was better than at my house.
