Villa de piedra

La villa de piedra puede alojar hasta 4 personas en cómodas habitaciones en dos plantas. La planta baja es de 45 metros cuadrados. e incluye: cocina totalmente equipada (con nevera, horno), comedor para cuatro personas y sala de estar con un cómodo sofá de esquina que se convierte fácilmente en una cómoda cama doble, TV LCD de 32 ', reproductor de DVD, además de una ducha y lavadero en la planta baja . Tiene balcones muy grandes con vistas al jardín y vistas únicas al mar. El piso superior es de 35 metros cuadrados e incluye: dormitorio con cama doble, además de una ducha de baño de arriba, armario, sala de estar pequeña. Hay aire acondicionado y un amplio balcón con magníficas vistas al mar. Los muebles, cortinas, fundas, iluminación y todos los accesorios en cada habitación han sido cuidadosamente seleccionados en el estilo moderno.

My family and I stayed here on August 2011. Great location, great Villa. Everything you need is there for a perfect holiday. The owner was helpful with everything..... Definitely a lovely place to stay on a beautiful island, a completely different holiday than staying in a hotel and much the better for it! We'll come again soon!! Highly recommended

Die Unterkunft ist in den Bergen über der Hafenstadt mit Traumhafter Aussicht. Das Haus hat eine sehr schöne Terrasse. Im Haus fehlte es an nichts. Ein schöner Ort um runter zu kommen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen wieder...

Villa Zoe

Located at top of hill so views are absolutely stunning and villa really pretty and beautifully equipped. Zoe and Vakis the villa owners were so kind and helpful, Zoe often bringing us figs and grapes. We felt totally spoilt and would highly recommend this villa.

Fantastic Holiday

Villa Zoe was everything we could have hoped it to be. The views from both terraces were stunning. It was very clean and had everything we needed and the air conditioning was so welcome in the 30ish degree temps. we enjoyed during our stay. Our host was a wealth of knowledge about every place to go and see and the figs from the garden went down very well at breakfast. If you want peace and quiet in a beautiful villa don’t look anywhere else just book it!!!!!! you will not be disappointed. Thank you Vakis for a great holiday in Skiathos. Iain and Shelagh.

We stayed in the one bed villa which is ideal for a couple. Enjoyed the views from the terraces most of all. Very private and relaxing.

Sehr charmantes Ferienhaus in traumhafter Lage. Die Haushälterin, Zoe, ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Dame. Die Küche ist etwas knapp ausgestattet (nur eine Pfanne), aber ansonsten ist alles top. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

What was fantastic: Our host mr Vakis, his hospitality, his advices, the place, the house, the view, the patio, the terrace, the barbecue, the olive trees, the two bathrooms, the silence, the parking close to the apartment, ... Vila Zoe is great place to stay. We enjoyed every moment. The view is exceptional.

This place is great for a family. Surround with olive trees, with magnificent view. The over Vakis is very kind. When we come back to Skiathos, we will come to Vila Zoe for sure.

Excellent Villa

My partner broke her foot a few weeks before our stay, the owner Vakis was very helpful and even collected us from airport and was always on hand to offer help we would have loved to returned this year but my partner suffered a clot in her leg, so we will have to wait until 2017 to return .Big thanks to Vakis.

Marvelous!!!

Beautiful house, comfortable with all necessary things inside. Great for families and people who want to have silence while being at "home". As about fun and noise, you can find plenty of them in the town. But everybody needs some time to chill so this is the place. Beautiful view, silence and peaceful (and safe)! Easy to find your way to any place on the island. Great people and hospitality! Hope to be there again soon!

Beautiful Accommodation in Gorgeous Surroundings

We had a great holiday at Villas Zoe in Skiathos. Close enough to walk to Skiathos town, evenings could be spent at a restaurant there, or on our own beautiful patio, looking at the stars above and the harbour lights below. Plenty of nice walks to secluded little beaches. We stayed in the stone villa, which was gorgeous (especially that bedroom!), and had everything we needed. Highly recommended.

Beauty and tranquility

The image remains as clear in my mind as the cobalt skies of Skiathos: we arrived at Villas Zoe, ten minutes after leaving the airport, to a delightful assault on the senses. The scent of rosemary and thyme, the gentle warm breeze on my cheek, and of course, that view of Skiathos harbour and the bay. We never tired of looking at that twinkling sea dotted with beckoning islands. We stayed in the stone house, which had everything we needed, and more. The bathrooms are spotless and the hot water plentiful. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bed linen immaculate – and oh, that bedroom! Beautifully designed in wood and stone, with an incredible view. On the practical side, Villas Zoe may be in a peaceful haven away from the tourist areas, but it is definitely not remote. You can walk to the town and harbour in 20 minutes, or take the buses that run regularly. Going in the other direction, there are beautiful walks to tiny bays and beaches you will have to yourself. The proximity of the airport is an attraction rather than a problem. With somewhere between 2 and 5 flights a day, we actually rushed to the balcony to watch each approach over the sea below us. My one disappointment? The tree in the garden, reputed to bear chocolate-flavoured fruit, was not in season in September!

perfect holiday

Fully functional, very cute villa where we felt like at home for the whole 2 weeks we’ve stayed there. Beautiful view over the town and the bay. The owner was absolutely helpful in all aspects, unobtrusive and very pleasant. 2 minutes drive from the centre of the town and some 10-20 to the most of beaches of Skiathos. Few hundred meters away from the taverna Anatoli (if I remember the name correctly) with the best food on the island, in my opinion. We fell in love with Skiathos last year when we stayed in hotel and this year we thought we’ll try and rent this villa. It was the best thing it happened to us for all these years we’ve been travelling with kids. BTW, villa and surroundings look much better than they do on the pictures...
