Este condominio ofrece lo mejor del viejo y nuevo Puerto Vallarta. Se encuentra en un desarrollo tranquilo y hermoso muy seguro. Los condominios de Puesta del Sol están ubicados en las faldas del centro de Puerto Vallarta. Debido a la ubicación, es posible que necesite un viaje en taxi que cuesta alrededor de 50 pesos hasta el malecón. La cantidad de pasos para subir y bajar puede ser un desafío o también puede considerarse un buen ejercicio. La comunidad cerrada condominio ofrece seguridad las 24 horas. El personal es super amable y servicial. Puede relajarse en la piscina, que está rodeada de impresionantes jardines tropicales. En el terreno hay una palapa, que ofrece increíbles vistas al océano de la Bahía de Banderas, que puede ser un escenario para una buena conversación, jugar a las cartas o simplemente leer un buen libro. This is a lovely complex that's geared to layed back young at heart seniors removed from the hype of PV tourism but an easy walk to it when you want. Everything is close at hand if needed. Great stay.

Having previously enjoyed Carlos' property we set up a family member to stay here. She was so pleased with the comfort and style of the unit and absolutely loved the grounds and the community at Puesta del Sol. As a host, Carlos is clear and quick to respond and we appreciate that.

Perfect location!

What a darling, clean and safe condo in the heart of the action! The complex is lovely and the pool perfect. There are a lot of steps to the front door but nothing unmanageable, unless you have trouble with stairs. But location, location, location!! You can walk everywhere. Carlos, the host was there to greet us and give us the rundown. He is extremely responsive and a wonderful host. Great value for a darling 1 bedroom codo.

Unit needs to be severely updated

I was hoping to have a better out come on this review, giving the host the opportunity, to make things right. Beautiful Complex. Was told (complex) was non smoking no signs posted, nor was it listed in the whole AD, Unit itself was listed as non smoking. I was ok with that, assuming patio would be ok to smoke on. We felt after this point that he become upset and distant with us, we were there week and half by time we started noticing these other problems and things, that we even tried to find another accommodation. Dried up Salamander in one drawer, was our arrival day. Tiny bugs crawling on kitchen counters, in bathroom and on toilet seat, disgusting could not cook. very heavy smell of musty mold in the unit closet and unit itself. Welcome book was completely dirty non legible and was full of mold. Very rusty bottle opener, everything in kitchen just had a dirty film to it. Curtains were covered in dirt, bathroom fan was covered in dirt. Bathroom sink would not drain so I cleared out a handful of hair again it was gross. We booked 20 days I asked Host we thought 7 days refund would be fair, to cover cost of having to eat out as we just could not cook with the bugs crawling on everything, host stopped communication with us after 2 email exchanges, upon our return. If you have health issues, breathing, this is not a safe place. I did take photos, but can't seem to find were you can upload them, my photos Justify everything I am saying I will put a formal complaint into VRBO.

Easy breezy

Lovely condo with all your basic needs. We really enjoyed our small porch and garden. Quite a bit of stairs to the unit whenever you’re coming or going to town or the pool or anywhere. Not a big deal for us, but could be for others. All in all, would definitely return. The pool area was chill and never seemed overly crowded and the place had charm.

Wonderful location en el Centro

This complex is perfectly located close to the sea and the Malecon. Great restaurants and shops all around. Very secure, 24hours guardian at the gate, super tranquilo. The pool area is great too. We will come back! Not recommend for people with limited mobility or if you hate climbing stairs…

excellent condo in centro.

We enjoyed the nice quiet suite at the condo complex, the lush gardens gave us a beautiful private sanctuary in the centro district of P.V. The kitchen is well appointed, the bed is cumfy, the shower luxurious and everything works as represented. Thanx Carlos for a great holiday stay.

We had a great stay!

Very comfortable! The unit was great for our long stay. The complex was beautiful and lush with gardens and the pool was nicely kept. The only thing that was unclear until our arrival was the location within the grounds. I was disappointed, but not completely surprised, that we were down in the back corner facing the street. It was quiet, but a little closed in having no good views.

Well maintained, lovely one bedroom in central PV. The stairs up to the condo shouldn't be a problem except for people with mobility issues, but unfortunately vehicles on the nearby road can be loud.

The condo was well stocked. The weekly housekeeping was wonderful. The staff at the front office were very helpful. There are a lot of stairs in the complex as well as on the way to the complex. Cabs are cheap and easy to find when you don’t want to climb stairs. Double bed in master bedroom which we found to be small for the two of us. No cable tv service, only Netflix. Condo is located by a noisy street.

Great place!

Well furnished small condo in a great complex. Staff are terrific, location is terrific (easy to walk to everything, easy to get a bus), grounds are well cared for and beautiful. Complex was quiet. Bed was comfortable. Only down side was no ocean view (blocked by bldg. across the street) and A/C unit was way too noisy. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice space. Great pool. Very receptive staff. We left one of our bags outside their office, and they got it to us. WELL DONE. Only downside is the 100 stairs to get to central Puerto. Consider if you have ambulatory issues.
