Tenemos un hermoso y brillante apartamento en el primer piso en un hermoso edificio protegido. Está decorado en un estilo moderno y tiene grandes ventanas que miran directamente al mar. A solo unos minutos a pie de Turner Contemporary y de las pintorescas calles y cafés del casco antiguo o Cliftonville, este apartamento goza de una ubicación maravillosa. Está situado justo enfrente de los jardines de invierno.

Open golf break

This is a lovely 2 bed apartment over looking the sea, only 10 minutes walk to the station and within walking distance to all bars and restaurants, ideal for a short break and all self contained with a lovely kitchen if you want to eat in. Kate the owner kept me fully informed and with local advice for going out, plus some nice curiosity with breakfast items provided. Would highly recommend

Brilliant Flat

The flat was fantastic and the location could not have been better for accessing the centre of Margate and the surrounding towns. Communication was brilliant and flexible when need be, overall a great stay and would definitely come again!

Perfect flat with great views.

The flat was spotlessly clean, had everything we needed and has the most amazing views. The little touches made our stay, there was bread, milk, coffee, etc. There were so many things left for us, it was like home from home. we replaced what we had used to pay it forward for the next guests which I think is a lovely idea. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your flat, we will definitely be coming back :)

Cosy, comfortable ,stylish and well appointed.Great for exploring Margate .Really appreciated the breakfast foods provided and all the other small thoughtful touches that made the apartment very homely.Had a great weekend and would highly recommend the flat.

Gepflegte Wohnung mit hervorragendem Service!

Eine Woche lang wohnten wir in dem gepflegten Appartement. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ash, welche im Auftrag der Eigentümerin für die Wohnung verantwortlich ist, wie auch als Ansprechpartnerin für die Gäste, hat uns rundum verwöhnt! Der Kühlschrank war sogar mit leckeren, frischen Grundnahrungsmitteln gefüllt und sie gab uns etliche Tipps für Unternehmungen. Da wir so lange in er Ferienwohnung blieben, erhielten wir sogar den Schlüssel für den Wirtschaftsraum, um Wäsche waschen zu können. Der einzige Wermutstropfen war die Lautstärke der Möwen früh am Morgen, wie auch der Verkehrslärm (tagsüber), wenn das Fenster offen stand. Ansonsten fühlten wir uns rundum wohl, der Blick aufs Meer und die Nähe zum Strand war ebenso super!

Perfect flat and location!

We had a fantastic 2 nite weekend stay at Kate’s place. The flat is very clean and modern and everything is taken care of, we really could not have wanted anything more. It’s in a perfect location overlooking the sea and is only a five minute stroll from the Old Town which is where we spent most of our time, but to be honest pretty much everything is close by, including the Winter Gardens (directly opposite) and the Turner gallery. We even managed to get parked outside the flat (a bit lucky) but there is plenty of free parking around so should not be an issue. Access to the property on arrival was simple, we had no problems at all - we would thoroughly recommend this as a great place to stay! Grant & Andrea

Lovely apartment

Enjoyed our two nights in Margate, the apartment was easy to find and plenty of free on street parking nearby. It’s situated opposite the (sunken) Winter Gardens Theatre and Sarah Millican was on on the Saturday night but we didn’t have any noise disturbance. The apartment is really nicely decorated and there is everything you need including a dishwasher. Not not sure it would suit 4 adults for too many nights due to bathroom size and it is single glazed (with lovely sash windows), however we didn’t need the heating. The owner was so very helpful and responsive and we appreciated the continental breakfast. The beach at Margate is fantastic for children, however would recommend a trip to Broadstairs and Botany Bay which are much more picturesque and a short car ride away. Lots of seagulls in Margate but fantastic sunsets. Some areas are quite run down but there are also boutiques, coffee shops and art galleries so quite a mix!

I have fallen in love with Margate and spend as much time there as possible. When we are not around we enjoy letting others enjoy our lovely flat and the fun to be had in Margate.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This property is a the prime location in Margate. It overlooks the sea and is right by Margate Old Town and Cliftonville. It is just a few minutes walk to Turner Contemporary and the main beach although we are opposite a more quiet beach. It is in a listed property that is over a hundred years old. It couldn't be more convenient to explore all that Margate has to offer.
