¡Fantástica ubicación cerca de la segunda casa del mar, solo de la playa! Apartamento de 3 dormitorios, 1 baño, primer piso, cerca del patio de la calle 34. Casa recientemente renovada con alfombras nuevas, camas, puertas interiores nuevas, pintura fresca, sala de estar, cocina y muebles de dormitorio. Baño y cocina completamente reformados. El dormitorio 1 tiene 2 camas individuales, el dormitorio 2 tiene 2 camas individuales; Dormitorio 3 tiene 1 cama queen. Sofá cama de reina en la sala de estar para dar cabida a huéspedes adicionales. Porche delantero con muebles acogedores para tomar su café de la mañana o escuchar el océano por la noche. Porche trasero tiene espacio para bicicletas si las trae o almacenamiento. Nueva lavadora / secadora, horno, estufa, refrigerador, microondas, cafetera Keurig, cafetera, licuadora, tostadora, plancha, olla de barro, plancha para gofres, 3 televisores. Ventiladores de techo en cada habitación y área principal. Ducha exterior (abierta). Aire acondicionado de la ventana - 4 unidades (dormitorios y sala de estar). 4 etiquetas de playa para su comodidad. Wifi y cable. Equipado con equipo de playa para su uso: sillas, carrito de playa, sombrilla, juguetes para la arena, tablas de surf, refrigerador. Los huéspedes traen su propia ropa de cama.

Cozy, cute & close!

It's a cozy, 1st floor beach house, perfect for relaxing! The beach access across the street was super convenient. Peaceful area and my kids loved that Dot's Pastry Shop was so close! Definitely highly recommend!

Inviting and Convenient

My son and I enjoyed everything in this charming house. It was clean and very well organized. The furniture was very comfortable, and the walls were painted a nice bright color. The house is the second one from the beach, and it boasts a nice front porch which I enjoyed. We will rent this place again. Carol, the owner, was very pleasant and accommodating.

Perfect Beach Cottage Home

Perfect Beach Cottage with an open porch to enjoy morning coffee. Inside the house is renovated nicely in beach decor. The house is in walking distance to the best donut shop along with other convenient stores. It also is only steps away from the beach which makes it Perfect!

FANTASTIC!

Everything about this stay was perfect. The owner was so easy to deal with and so accommodating. The location could have not been better, very close to the beach, about a 2 minute walk from front door to where we set up the chairs and umbrella. The place had everything needed for the beach, chairs, umbrellas beach games and a beach cart to get it all there. The house was the cleanest I have ever rented and was very comfortable to boot. Every bedroom had a television and very comfortable bed or beds. I can go on and on, this place, as I said, was perfect. Thank you Carol for sharing your home with us!

Most excellent Family vacation spot

It was so clean, I did not feel the need to even touch up anything at all upon arrival. The front porch was a delightful addition to the living space. Although we were 6 adults ranging in age from 42 to 92, having only one bathroom was workable since we are a family. Seeing foxes on the beach in the evening was quite an unexpected bonus!

Nice place to stay

Nice place in great location. Biggest complaint, which was not the owner's fault, was the upstairs unit was being renovated which caused a lot of noise. This made for an unhappy toddler when napping. I was offered to back out of the rental 2 days prior due to this. Other small issue was wires sticking out of the wall in the living room that were covered with electrical tape. My grandson easily removed the tape and gained access to the sharp wires and as toddlers do, continued trying to get to them. This should be fixed.

Location was great!

Owner was great place was great. Only recomendation is to offer a regular beach umbrella for guest as the cabana was a challenge to put together for quick trips to beach. Other than that house is super cute will everything you need for a family

Wonderful stay!

We wanted to be close to the beach with our little ones and this location was perfect! We enjoyed the short walk back to the house for lunch and bathroom breaks. Plenty of room for our family of 5. The house was clean and well stocked with items for cooking at home! The porch is relaxing and quiet at night. We could hear the ocean! Quiet location but still close to some neat places. Within short walking distance to an awesome ice cream place, Churn House. We walked to Kessel’s Korner for breakfast one morning. Also Nauti Donuts is nearby and a must try! We are looking forward to staying here again.

Great Vacation!

This property was in a perfect location for us. Just across from the walkway to the beach. You are within walking distance to restaurants, ice cream store, bakery and Acme is close by as well. We enjoyed sitting on the porch as much as possible, enjoying the breeze off the ocean. Loved the comfy wicker furniture. The size of the place is perfect for a small family/group. I liked the colors/ decor- looks very nice. We had a couple issues with missing beach tags and such but the owner was quick to respond and very friendly. We really appreciated how quick she was to rectify things!

Fabulous Vacation!

We had an absolutely fabulous time staying at the Gold Coast home in Ocean City! Carol, the host, did an amazing job creating a home away from home. She kept in touch prior to the stay and also reached out during our stay to make sure everything was OK. My family and I will look forward to staying here again when we are back in Ocean City again 😊❤️

Family vacation.

We had an amazing stay. We have a 4 year old, 2 year old, and a 10 month old. The house was perfect. It had everything you needed for the beach and the house was set up great for young kids. There wasn’t a lot of Knick knacks around that my kids could break which I really appreciated. So close to the beach. Nice area. I would definitely stay there again.

Mostly wonderful !

Clean and orderly . Well appointed kitchen. Close proximity to the beach. Comfortable beds. Plenty of room for three adults. Only complaint ; after Wednesday, the family upstairs woke me up every morning at 5 am. and we were aware of them during the day and night.

Wonderful week at the beach

This property was wonderful and perfect for our needs. Me and my husband have a 3y/o daughter and we brought a friend as well. It was ON THE BEACH! The rental was equipped with beach chairs , boogie boards and a beach cart! The washer and dryer was super helpful especially with a small child. The proximity to the restaurants were perfect. We took walks with the stroller daily. We even did a long 20 block walk to the boardwalk one day. Lastly, the front porch was so comfy and clutch for late night wine and cheese ! I even took a long nap one afternoon outside . In conclusion- BOOK THIS HOUSE ! You won’t be disappointed!

Wonderful stay during Covid19

I can’t say enough about how beautiful the home is and the vicinity to the beach. Our options for activities were pretty limited, due to the pandemic but that didn’t matter, the house was enough for us. Just a stones throw from the beach. The front patio was amazing. All the amenities you need. I have 3 small children and they were so entertained. Will definitely stay again!

House was beautiful and so clean! Super close to the beach, which was very convenient with our two little ones. Everything we needed for the beach was supplied to us. The owner was SO accommodating given the current COVID situation. We had such a great week!!

Great for families and elderly! Only two steps in and out of property. Equipped with essentials for beach, close to beach/ocean, lifeguard straight ahead. Bike rental and playground close by. Randazzo's restaurant, sandwich shops, ice cream shops, take-out seafood, Hoy's 5&10 walking distance. Practically no traffic.

Proximity to the beach is very convenient, especially for families with young children. Only 2 steps in/ out of property, makes it easily accessible without stairs to climb. Easy to walk home from the beach to eat, use the bathroom, or grab a drink. Front porch.
