Disfruta de la impresionante vista de 180 grados de la Bahía de Wailua y siente la brisa del océano tropical que te acaricia en esta espectacular propiedad frente a la playa. Fantastic condo! We had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean, nicely furnished, well stocked, and had an absolutely unbelievable view. The Lae Nani grounds are beautiful and very well taken care of. The pool and beach were both lovely. Looking forward to returning!!!

The view was spectacular! The condo was well furnished and the kitchen had all the utensils and all we needed to cook meals. We loved the beach and the restaurants, shops and grocery store within walking distance. Thank you for sharing your Kauai home.

The view is amazing. The location is convenient. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen was nice and we cooked several dinners. I was surprised the unit did not have A/C and never thought it was something I should ask about. Luckily extra fans were provided.

The place was beautiful, location was perfect within walking distance to coconut market where everything you needed was at. The condo was fully stocked with all the amenities needed for a long stay. We cooked breakfast, and dinner most of the time. Enjoyed the patio overlooking the grassy and sandy beach. The condo was on the second floor facing the beach which was only a few steps away. The only down side is that it did not have AC or elevator which was not so good if you are brining a big luggage. We came in July which was very humid and hot. An AC at least in the bedrooms would have made my stay even better.Another down side was host often very slow in responding not sure if it was my reception or something else. Overall I would very much recommend this place despite not having an AC. Our time here was amazing and great. My daughter and her friend loved the location and all the shops within walking distance.The place was very clean, spacious and the beds were very comfortable. I loved everything about the condo except not having an AC and an elevator. We also road bikes on the trail to Kapa’a beach which was right next to the condo. If it’s your first time to Kaua’i I would highly recommend Kapa’a location and these condos, everything happens in this town.

Awesome place to stay. We enjoyed our visit very much. The condo was just as described, immaculately clean and thoughtfully stocked with everything needed. Beautiful grounds, spectacular ocean view and good location. We would definately stay here again!

You can’t beat this property! Location is right on the ocean. Plenty of restaurants nearby and grocery stores. The condo is well equipped.

Beautiful location

We really enjoyed our time at Lae Nani 525. 2nd floor, so not too many stairs but a perfect view. It was so easy to walk to coffee, Lava Lava for happy hour, or over to the Coconut Marketplace for some dinner or groceries. Cindy and the management company was very responsive when we had a need or question. I would recommend this place and stay here again.

Great Location Close To Kapaa

We loved staying here, we were a bit worried about it being too warm at first since the unit doesn't have AC, but even in august, the breeze at night ended up keeping us plenty cool. Love the location and the complex is very nice.

Beautiful condo; great location

Fully stocked home with an amazing view of the ocean. We loved hearing the sounds of the waves during the night and the view from the deck during our morning coffee. The location is central on the island. The location is also great as next to it is the Lava Lava Beach Club where you can walk for drinks and food. The ocean has a small section “roped off” by lava rocks which makes a great “pool” for little kids. Overall great experience!

Mahalo, we loved our stay

What an enjoyable stay in an ideal location. This was our first time to Kauai so we weren't sure where we should stay. Originally, we had booked a hotel, but we decided that having a separate room for our son and staying in a more central location would be a better idea. I'm so glad we made the switch and especially glad we were able to stay in this nice home. The view couldn't be beat! We were steps from the beach, watched wind surfers from our balcony, could see the mountains in the distance, and even caught a beautiful rainbow. Shopping (Coconut Marketplace) and malasadas (Passion bakery) were just a short walking distance away (bring reusable shopping bags). The home had everything we needed, including a good blender and a couple of beach chairs. We used the washer and dryer and the extra fans in the bedrooms came in handy. I appreciated all the beautiful artwork the owner has collected. There were several families staying at this location. We would love to come back.

Great base for first trip to Kauai

Lae Nani was a great base for our first trip to Kauai. The unit was very comfortable for our family of four and we made use of the washer and dryer frequently. The views are exceptional and the beach and pool are only steps away. Great location with good access to north and south shores, and walking distance to shopping, dining and groceries at Coconut Marketplace. Some of the furnishings and appliances could use a refresh, but all of the advantages far outweigh any negatives. We'd love to come back!

Had a wonderful time, the location was great.

The property was not ready when we arrived at 1500 hrs, the cleaners showed up as we arrived and we had to wait on the deck for them to clean for the previous occupants. The property met our expectations and the location was faunistic. We has not issues with the unit.

EXCELLENT LOCATION

Centrally located on the island, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is perfect! This was our second stay here. Close to restaurants, the Coconut Marketplace for food and supplies and souvenirs, the BEST part is the amazing view! You can see sunrises AND sunsets! The condo is very well-equipped & clean. We'll be back!

A few surprises

We love the proximity of this condo to the water! Gorgeous! The condo is very well stocked with nice patio furniture and general comfort. However, for the price, it is showing it's age and is in need of a facelift...new bedding/linens, bath work and paint will go a long way. The primary bed is very comfortable but we would like to see AC in the primary, namely to drown out the noise of the nocturnal seabirds that make a huge racket each night, as they are so close. It was too hot to close the windows and an AC unit would most likely keep us cool and in quiet. We would love to come back to this lovely Lae Nani condo with these minor adjustments.

Ocean Waves!

Loved the location of this property. We travelled north, south, and west for hiking and snorkeling. Everything was within 45 minutes. Pool was super relaxing. We also walked over to the next resort for live music from 6-9pm. My favorite was going to bed and waking up to the sounds of the ocean every morning.
