Newly Remodeled, Ocean View, Beachfront Paradise at Lae Nani

Lae Nani Condo unit 435 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Penthouse unit with two ocean view lanais from the main living area and the master bedroom suite. Our remodel in late Spring 2024 included a full kitchen remodel, new flooring throughout and an update to both bathrooms. We hope you love it as much as we do.

The Condo:
In this third-floor unit, everything has been considered to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. With the master bedroom facing the ocean and its own private lanai, you will experience high quality bed and bedding as you listen to the surf at night. As a top-floor unit, it is comfortably cooled by the famous Kauai Trade winds which flow throughout the condo. The fully remodeled kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking and serving as well as many thoughtful additions. We’ve made our brand new washer and dryer available in unit and provided laundry detergent, as well as soap and shampoo/conditioner for each bathroom.

In addition, as a beach condo, we have included accessories for the beach including beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and separate beach towels and other beach accessories.

Lae Nani Grounds:
There are only 83 units at this gated, oceanfront condo complex, nestled among swaying palms and tropical grounds. There is a sand beach fronting the complex with natural rock swim areas easily enjoyed by small children. In addition, Lae Nani has a large, heated salt-water pool with an expansive ocean view as well as a tennis/pickleball court. There are multiple, shared gas BBQ grills available throughout the complex. Shopping, dining, and attractions are within easy walking distance. There is also free, on property parking for your convenience.

About Us:
We had been renting at Lae Nani for over 20 years with our kids and are so excited to be owners of our dream unit and be able to share this beautiful oasis with you. We are also happy to share some of our island favorites with you as well as any travel tips we know of. Just ask!

Our stay was wonderful. We appreciated the details like having beach equipment, towels and coolers available as well as night lights and charger ports in the condo. The beautiful and well equipped kitchen and washer dryer really helped our family for the logistics of life. We loved the beach access and the pool. It was all so picturesque and lovely. The location was perfect and access to groceries and restaurants as well island activities was easy. Mahalo for a great stay.

Beautiful condo at Lae Nani

We've stayed at Lae Nani several times before and this condo was perfect for our family vacation! It was beautiful and clean, had a fully-stocked kitchen that made it easy to cook and dine there, the bedrooms were great, and we loved the two lanais and all of the little things that made it a great stay - from the local treats to the boogie boards, beach chairs, and sand toys, to the use of the laundry. We would definitely stay again!

Nice Location

The condo was well furnished and clean. The waves were strong at the beach in front of the unit so we traveled to Poipu Beach, Hanalei Beach, Anini Beach and Lydgate Beach to swim and snorkel in the ocean. The unit was in a great location for traveling to the North Shore and South Shore beaches. The unit has all of the beach equipment needed, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and coolers for a day at the beach. There is also a walking path that starts by the beach in front of the complex so we were able to get our 5 mile morning walks in. Stan was great to work with and responsive to our needs.

Kauai getaway

We enjoyed 8 nights in this wonderfully equipped condo on the beach in Kauai. It is an ideal location within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The kitchen had everything we needed and there is a closet with any beach items you might need like chairs, boogy boards, and ice chests. I would stay again.

Wonderful location

Property was perfect. Large grass area that was steps from a nice safe beach. Condo had great views and was super clean. Walking distance to everything you need. Would definitely recvonend it.

A Little Slice of Heaven!

Our stay at Lea Nani was amazing. The location of the condo was perfect. Centrally located on the island so that nothing was ever more than a 45 min drive away.The beautiful gardens, landscaping and lawn view opening up to the beach right in front of the complex was so convenient. The condo itself was so nice and spaicious. We had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. I just wish we could have stayed longer! We absolutely loved our stay and were sad to leave. Hopefully we’ll be back sooner than later!!

This condo was outstanding!

This is the second time I have stayed in the Lae Nani community and it never disappoints. This condo in particular was just as advertised and more. So many amenities, particularly beach items such as chairs, umbrellas, toys, boogie boards, fishing equipment. What really made it special was the outreach by the owner, Stan. He provided so much helpful information regarding activities and dining. Such a personal touch.

Holidays in Paradise

If I could give this property a 10 star rating, I would. This was our favorite vacation spot on the Hawaiian Islands. The condo is absolutely beautiful and tastefully decorated. We used the pickle ball set in the patio closet to play on the tennis courts on the property. Never have I experienced a better stocked apartment. Beach supplies, Coffee filters, condiments, spices and state of the art cooking supplies . The location on the east side of the island is ideal to travel and visit other parts of this gorgeous island. The best part was the incredible view every day. We all enjoyed falling asleep to the sound of the ocean . We will book again. Don’t think twice to book this amazing property. Communication with host was super easy and efficient. Prompt responses to questions were received . The welcome basket with Hawaiian delicacies was especially appreciated . Such a nice and personal touch.

Nice Location /Very Quiet

Properties a great location, centrally located to move about island in either location. Very quiet. Not necessarily a fan of carpet but was clean though somewhat dated. Communication with owner and on island contact person was phenomenal!!! Would stay again without hesitation.

Perfect spot for our family of four

Loved this well-stocked condo in a great location. No AC made the nights without a breeze a little tough and the twin beds in the second bedroom were a tad small for my two young adult children. Other than that, we loved everything about this place. Highly recommend.

Family vacation

Stan has a beautiful condo on a perfect slice of beach very equidiatant feom both the north and southe sides of Kauai. The view was perfect. The grounds very tropical and spacious. Most of all the beds were amazingly comfortable and had really nice linens. We really had a wonderful stay and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Paradise Near the Airport

The location was just as described, very clean, views of the ocean. The pool and ocean front were both great to enjoy. The waves at the ocean can be strong so keep those learning to swim close by and maybe in a vest. There were a few excellent food options within walking distance and plenty more a short drive away. The condo also came furnished with all the beach going equipment one could want which was greatly appreciated. We would definitely return with our children.

Just perfect!

The place was perfect! Great view. Kitchen stocked with everything needed to cook. Great round table for family dinners. Tennis. Swimming. Boogie boards. Close to shopping. Everything we needed for a fabulous time. We loved this property!

Even better than the pics!

Beautiful property! Convenient location with shops nearby, and the ocean at your doorstep. The condo was very clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. Perfect for our family of 4. The host was very helpful with recommendations of activities and eating. We thoroughly enjoyed LaeNani as home base for our stay. Mahalo!
