Decorated with a delightful mix of island-style furnishings and Hawaiian accents, this oceanfront condo offers spectacular views of Kauai's Coconut Coast. Lounge on the lanai with a cup of coffee and Enjoy colorful sunrises and the gentle ocean breeze.

The open floor plan has a large living room with a T.V. and large lanai. The master bedroom has a king bed and lanai. The guest bedroom has two twin beds that can be made into a King, fee may apply. The dining area seats six and there is a washer and dryer in condo. The fully equipped kitchen offers you the joy of preparing meals at home. And, if you enjoy grilling, there is a barbecue area on the property. Check out the local Sunshine Markets for fresh produce to complete your culinary creations.

When you choose to dine out, there are many restaurants in this area to tempt you with a nice variety of cuisine, from familiar favorites to local delicacies and, of course, fresh seafood.

There is a large pool that is surrounded by beautiful tropical foliage that you can relax in after a day of swimming the many beaches or seeing the mystical Garden Island of Kauai.

Lae Nani is a gated private property located on the east side of Kauai on the Coconut Coast. The central location makes both the north and south shores a pleasant trip.

Nearby Wailua Golf Course is among the nation's top municipal courses and offers challenge plus spectacular ocean views. Kayak Wailua River and hike to waterfalls or take a riverboat cruise to famous Fern Grotto.

Activities nearby include seasonal swimming, snorkeling, fishing, surfing, windsurfing, kayaking, hiking, sightseeing, shopping, tennis and golf.

Lae Nani has perfect old Hawaiian charm and this unit was perfectly located and immaculate! Full ocean view from this location, I loved watching the tides and beach changing all day. Nice furnishings, kitchen very well stocked, good wifi signal. Wailua/Kapaa's is an excellent location whether we were going south/west or north to explore and meet up with activities. Best place to stay on Kauai!!

Great location, Beachfront!

Nice 2 bedroom condo with two ocean facing lanai. Third floor so some steps. No A/C but air circulates well with windows and ceiling fans. Location on a small beach walking distance to shops and restaurants and a paved Oceanside walking path. Convenient location for driving north or west.

We watched whales as we ate on the lanai and were lulled to sleep with the waves rolling in not far below. We miss the bed! One note needs to be made re the wedge tail shearwaters nesting cries at night. They are quite the experience in spring! Once we figured out what the noises were, it became funny rather than disturbing and is certainly one of the curiosities and highlights of the trip we share often. The kitchen is well-appointed with decent knives and a welcome and generous collection of storage containers. Bring all oils and seasonings you need for cooking; salt and pepper only. It accommodated creating dinners for 6 easily. The gardens are gorgeous and the mostly-protected beach is really great for kids and fine for adults who are looking to cool off rather than surf (though you can watch people riding the waves in the distance). The expansive lawn and lounges allow for reading and resting in shade or sun. Pickle ball lessons were a fun surprise! Lae Nani has some of the assets of a resort without feeling like one.We met very nice people but had no lack of privacy. The building is remarkably quiet. Not once did we hear any neighbors. Easy access, great security, and so centrally located for exploring all parts of the island. It is a very short walk to the farmers’ market, shops, and to the most exquisite meal and drinks we had on our trip. Thank you for sharing this lovely space.

The views from this condo are amazing. The furniture is comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked. We appreciated the extra supplies such as laundry soap and paper products. We will definitely be back!

Perfect stay on Kauai

We had the best time in Kauai at this Condo. The condo is spacious, clean, and right on the beach. Perfect location to explore both sides of Kauai. Walking distance to many restaurants, shopping and the best bakery, Passions Bakery cafe. Def make sure to try the Malasadas. Condo has 2 decks to lounge on and eat meals on. Did not miss AC in this condo. The breezes were great as you are literally right on the beach. Unit was stocked with salt, pepper, and soy sauce. Was really nice the unit had tupperware, foil, and other storage containers. Also really nice to have a washer and dryer. The only thing we needed to purchase was shampoo and conditioner. Plenty of towels and beach towels. Also had some boogy boards, umbrella and beach chairs which we used and we left and donated a bigger boogy board we purchased from Costco for our teen son who really wanted to catch some waves. Nice they have a tennis court there as well. You can use rackets and balls from the main office. We've stayed at multiple places on Kauai and this was probably our favorite location. We will definitely be back. Mahalo.

Centrally located so we drove North to Hanalai for Hiking, waterfalls, and Kayaking and south to have a fantastic trip on a Zodiac boat trip along the Napali coastline, highly recommend that! Also, beautiful beaches and the Waimea Canyon which is incredible. I would highly recommend staying at Lae Nani #532

My kids loved seeing all the snails, frogs, koi fish and enjoyed the pool almost daily. I loved the two lanais and while I would have liked AC, the fans made it just fine. We never saw any bugs in the unit-even if we left food out overnight on the counter. I would stay here again! Oh, and the boogie boards, chairs, water toys were all excellent but the beach umbrella was broken-just an FYI. We loved it all!!

Kauai is a beautiful location. The sweet smell of tropical weather and salty air does wonders for the soul. The location we stayed, Lae Nani is a perfect spot—walking distance down to the beach, and for a quick drive you can drive north or south to visit the other areas on the island. I recommend it to anyone who wants to relax, soak in the sun, and enjoy the ocean and sun.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The ocean view was great and the Kauai Vacation Rentals is an excellent company to rent through. We loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. The trade winds helped to cool the unit a bit, but it got very hot when we cooked a meal. The unit is beginning to showing its age and a number of items could use some updates (dishwasher, cracked tile, holes in ceiling, older carpets, etc.) It felt a little over priced considering the age of the unit and lack of air conditioning. On the other hand we enjoyed the beautiful grounds at Lae Nani. The unit is very quiet since it is far away from any traffic. However, in general between 3:00 and 6:00 PM in Kapa'a the traffic is painfully slow! It is a great location for easy access to the north and south beaches.

Wonderfull experience.

We had a superb experience staying here. One of the best views at the complex. Very quiet and relaxing. This unit is right on the beach. It had everything we needed for a great stay. The property is beautiful and extremely well maintained. Would definitely stay here again. We did not want to leave at the end.

A wonderful visit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first stay in this complex and unit, and it is as described, with a couple of minor issues. The unit was clean, well furnished, to include beach chairs, boogie boards, and toys. The MBR and living room glass sliding doors would not lock, but a call to KBR, the management company, resulted in a repairman coming out and fixing the issue. The view from the LR lanai is somewhat limited due to tall trees on either side, and we never saw a sunrise. There are cipher locks on the unit door, vehicle gate, pedestrian gate, and swimming pool gate, all with unique codes, so be prepared to memorize several codes. The swimming pool is heated and very nice, never crowded, but there are some deck repairs going on which didn’t interfere with usage. There is a small beach, and several people went swimming and snorkeling just off the property, but as a 70 year old, not for me. There is also a small protected pool that youngsters can safely swim and splash in, as long as an adult is there. The complex is a short walk from a very good bakery and a shopping center, and a short drive from Lydgate Park, with a playground and two protected swimming areas, one for children and the other for adults. It’s about 20 minutes to the airport, 30 to Lihue, Walmart, Target, Costco, Safeway, etc in one direction, and about 10 minutes to another Safeway and smaller shops in the other. Poipu beach is about 45 minutes away, with a very nice swimming and snorkeling beach across from Brennecke’s restaurant. In the other direction are more swimming areas, sightseeing, shopping, so the location is quite convenient. We brought some dry goods and paper products, laundry and dish detergent, ziplock bags, etc, but previous renters had left some of those items behind. We used ours so we didn’t have to carry them back, and left some other items behind as well. The unit was clean and neat upon arrival. One last thing,getting the TVs to work was very frustrating, as following

Beautiful property

Great location and beautiful property with private beach. We would definitely stay again. Although be aware that no shampoo was provided. Wouldn’t have been an issue if we had known to bring it, but the listing said it was provided. Also be aware there is zero pantry items, not even salt and pepper. It was almost like the owner didn’t actually expect you would cook. Also would have been nice to have some beach chairs to use on the beach. We had some miscommunication with check in and we had to reach out to the property manager several times, but they were always very prompt to respond.

This place was AMAZING. I have been to Kauai multiple times and I think this was my favorite place I have ever stayed. The views from the balcony and being steps from the sand and ocean were incredible! It was clean and perfect for our family of 3! I hope to return!

Beach and Town in a Perfect Location!

Condition of the condo and furnishings was good, particularly given the ocean front location. Kitchen was nicely stocked including some condiments so we didn't have to procure. Lots of beach equipment for outings which was a nice touch. Great views of Lae Nani beach only 200 feet away. The beach gets a lot of wave and surge action, so not a real swimming beach outside of the protected lagoon (which was very fun as it broke the waves). Very nice pool which was never busy during our stay (unfortunately closed for resurfacing last two days). Wonderful sea breezes so we didn't miss a/c - good circulation to the rear bedroom and the fans helped. As mentioned elsewhere, no elevator, so not suitable for disabled or elderly guests (luggage, groceries) - we helped an older couple living on the 2nd floor. As I said, the views are fantastic and the location excellent - Kapaa shopping, restaurants and supermarket minutes away - 15 minutes to airport, literally walking distance to Smith's Family, good road access to north and south shores or daytrip to Waimea Canyon. Very reasonable given the furnishings and location - definitely would recommend and stay again.

Beautiful View, Quiet and Comfortable

Beautiful Location, Wonderful Property

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Lae Nani at the end of July 2022 and could not have been happier with our location and the property. The central location on Kauai allowed us to easily spend time in both on the North and South shores of the Island as well as just enjoy our beautiful view from the friendly confines of our deck. We had an amazing stay!
